Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Mo Mery: Staff is fairly nice and place is well kept up with the amount of customers that come through this place. A lot to choose from.
A Foundational Black American Man: A typical Macy's shopping experience. A tab bit pricier than JCP. And a little more upscale in appearance. Alsi, a tad bit less crowded at the checkout counters on any given day from my experience.

Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Philly Paul: The young fella in the blue cap wasn’t remotely interested with helping anyone and finally walked up to assist with register(line was getting long) but didn’t made it past one customer and didn’t appear to care. Thankfully another gentleman wearing glasses came up and was extremely professional. This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Karen Glenn: Hello, I went in the store on September the 1st, with me daughter and a friend. The store was fully stocked, very clean and well organized. However, the ladies who were working behind the counter held a personal conversation between the two of them the entire time we were in the store.Neither employee greeted us, asked if we needed help, they did Not say a word to us . Meanwhile, their personal conversation continued. There was also a lady working in the shoe area of the store. I'm trying to understand how three grown women, over the age of 35, thought it was okay not to greet customers and talk about their personal lives so openly. . I also suspect one of the employees was a supervisor or manager. The person or persons Responsible for ensuring Employees provide friendly, professional Customer service may want to speak to management about their customer service policies. Speaking to customers entering the store, is showing common courtesy and respect to them, just like I'm sure the employees want from the customers. Additionally, customers have NO desire to hear an employees Explicit Personal Conversation.

La Muñeca: This Macys is inside southland mall and has 3 floors! 3rd floor is called Macy’s backstage where you can find marked down items including name brands even more discounted. I also love the offers around the holidays they have a little bit of everything in there! The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. My kids like to ride the escalator lol but I think the kid in all of us does! 😄
