Jen M: Check in was easy but I recommend buying tickets online before coming. Then it’s faster. Especially with eager little ones. They don’t want to wait in line. We came later at 1:30 and there was still a line to get in. We waited about 15 minutes. Bring a lock for your locker. Kids 12 and up can attend alone. I watched from a window above. Parking can often be tricky. This time I parked in the nearest parking garage to the east. There was a swim meet going on and there was no parking in the lots to the west of the complex. Parking is not free but is reasonable.
Deanna Ebert: This was an awesome experience for the kids as well as for the adults. It wadnt overly crowded and all the water activites were super awesome.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More

Yuleny Coraspe Gambin: Amazing for kids 👏
S S: What a joke. It has turned into a white elephant.Seriously it is only open weekends noon to 4pm.Also good luck trying to get a phone call answered or returned. They try to cram 12 birthday parties a day into 4 hours, they are still blaming covid...the blame is poor management. They say you will have a dedicated party host who will serve your food and entertain your kids. They handed out chips and juice and put down the pizza box 20 minutes before the kids ate the cold Koolini delivered pizza. Then they left.... never to be seen again until they whined and asked us to hurry and leave. They try to promote it beyond the city, however they charge more for non city residents.Great business model Windsor.A place with limited parking. Not to mention it's located in one of the scariest areas in town, watch your kids and property closely.
Amanda Gingrich: We loved it, it had something for every age!
Rob Latta: This place is super cool. The kids loved it and the slides are always a thrill.. Pack a lunch because the snack booth doesn't offer much but there is places to sit and have a picnic inside the pool area.
Jolie at The Longbox: Wow. This place was actually super fun. In town for work and travelling with kids AND we could see it from our Hotel room, so we decided to go for a couple of hours. It was packed but the lines weren't too long for the big slides. Did anyone else feel like they were going to die on The Python?!? We'll definitely be back and will probably make this a permanent part of our trips back to Windsor!
Nicole Goulet: Great time with family. Kids had a blast. Family change room was clean when we first got there however not the greatest by end of day. We will definitely go back.
Sanim Mathew: It's been many years since I visited this place. Roughly 10 years. Just went there with my 2 year old daughter and seeing the amount of joy in her eyes was priceless. Going to try and visit at least once a month if possible. The surf rider is an awesome bonus for the adults. Shower water was too hot and needs to be fixed. Family change rooms need to be a little warmer. Feels like you're walking into a freezer and didnt like that for my daughter. Highly recommend visiting here with your kids.
golden lady: Its super fun
Slick Edwards: Great water parks with fun and activities for all ages
Lilly and Isabel Mackenzie: I’m so disappointed in the hours. Why only the weekends and why only for 4hrsI feel they are gearing up to close it down permanently and I don’t understand why. Great price for a fun place.
Mrs. Sparling: This used to be a terrific experience. We came here for my daughter's 13th birthday. We fully expected to stay the entire day with the food on location. The big slide shut down just after 3, before the park shut down. The pictures were the things on offer. And those were only on offer until they sold out. We ended up cutting the day short because we were hungry. Very disappointing.
Greg Sparling: 2023 review - same water park but NO food except sugary snacks and limited hours. Brought our daughter and her tween friends here for another birthday party and was shocked that it was packed and no food was available for sale! A Big complaint amongst the people sitting here and kind of dampered the party. Very disappointing. Not sure we will be back again.2019 review - Kids had a ball at their birthday party here! Rather than spending a bunch of money on food and party favors and renting a room and having a birthday party that no one ever talked about, we came here and the kids had a ball saying it was the best birthday party ever! Food however was limited on the healthy choices (they were out of half the items on their menu) and service was beyond slow (10-15 min for fries). Flowrider was a hit with many along with the wave pool.
Janadhi Magage: We really liked the experience. However the waves of the beach are too strong. So I would suggest having visual and/or auditory signals before the waves start, so that the families can get a head start to it.
Marnie Hayward: A little to hot I side but kids had fun still.

Afifa Zaheer: The museum was beautiful and we had a great time exploring different sections. We were able to go around 4:00pm which was the time when there were less people, and to be honest it was the best. If you wish to utilize the place for great pictures as well, make sure you either go super early or super late. All in all, amazing touristy thing to do.
Cody Weikel: The Detroit Institute of Arts is a great gallery exposition of fine art and artifacts from all around the world. Jessica Spiegelberg: What an awesome spot to take the kids, honestly neat for all ages. Lots of interactive exhibits for the kids to engage. We went on the first Sunday of the month when they did free admission (not realizing), so we had a little bit of a wait and it was VERY crowded. Overall, great experience the kids had a blast and if it weren't for the crowds we would have stayed longer.
Sara Omran: Very beautiful and fine for kids
Tamara T Lowe: Great place for small kids
Amber Houston: We love taking our son it is a calm, educational and fun place to go
Carol Allie: Beautiful place! Fun for the whole family!!
Raquel Carter: Fun place to take the kiddos.
Dave: Super fun for younger kids. So just my speed! 🤣
Nate Ball: Good quick stop with the kiddos. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing.
Kitty Kupcakes: Okay, for smaller kids. Super crowded.
Becky Asaro: Great place to take the kids (of all ages). It was super busy when we went. Not sure if it always is or if it was bc kids were home from school. If you plan on going, be sure to check their hours 1st.
Kimberly McCann: Very cool "outdoor" indoor experience showing us so many things our state has to offer!
Gene Testimony Hall: Our grandchildren loved the activities and the atmosphere, so as long as they are happy, we are happy! ♥️🔥💯‼️Thank you, Outdoor Adventure Center!Gene Testimony HallSonja Hall
Jon: Great place to bring the little ones. Very affordable and great location near downtown.
Tonya B: Took my granddaughters who are visiting here from NC. We all enjoyed the experience. The only complaint is that archery was unavailable today. Check out some pics.
Kevin McLarney: Great value, pretty cool place, definitely worth checking out!

Hamza Azam: one of the BEST MUSEUMs in Michigan, and especially the detroit have to offer. This location has one of the LAST full IMAX 70mm screen in ALL of the midwest and United States, and us local have to do everything we can to continue to support this place! One of my fondest memories was watching Christoper Nolan’s “Tenet” in full IMAX 70mm during the pandemic and feeling like i was inside the movie. I hope they also play his next movie “Oppenheimer” coming in July and I will be sure to spread the word!
Christen Smith: This place is expensive, yet exciting! I go there because I have a young daughter. I wouldn't go there if I didn't have a child. erika mbah: lots of exciting, hands-on exhibits for children [and adults]. even with several school groups, it iwas easy to navigate & didn't feel overly crowded. the imax offerings were interesting & the theater was comfortable. there are several elevators, so accessibility isn't an issue. on-site parking fills quickly, but there is plenty of street & ramp parking nearby.food & beverage options are very limited so if you have children that like to graze frequently, bring your own snacks.

Rach Baby: Really love this place very clean alot of learning exhibits to do for time you their you will learn a lot with your kids and family I love science so going their was like being a kid again 🤣🤣🤣🤣because it was so fun to see all the science exibits and I love the IMAX theater too ☺️will be coming back with my kids again and my kids really enjoyed themselves too ☺️will be coming back oh yeah let's not mention it's very reasonable price for family and kids and and they have membership packages that's if you go all the time ☺️
Denyce Detkowski: My grandson had an accident with a glass tube and was belittled and treated very poorly by the staff. He love science and I can't believe they would treat a child like this. Accidents happen and children need to understand it happens and it is okay. His first experience with a school field trip and now he never wants to go on one again. Very sad.

Makayla Sorrell: This is a really great experience for kids under 15. There are some cool things to do for the older folks. There great photo opportunities here. The food is expensive. We went to the Sound Scapes planetarium show and it was geared for children under 10 which was fine, but it wasn't great. It was just being projected on the dome. It was also ridiculously hot in the whole building. I don't think their AC was turned on yet, but after a couple hours it was awful. Again, it was a cool experience for the kids.
Sarah Grimm: What a cool place! We visited from out of town and our 7 yo and 9 yo had a great time. We saw two shows, and explored all of the exhibits. Springz Trampoline and Amusement Park: what do users think?
Abeer Ramadan: The frames of the trampolines are so wide, it takes away from the area of the actual jumping mat. You have to jump around them. It would've been better if it was just one big trampoline, not twenty tiny ones. Not fun. Not sibling-approved.
ImpulseH: Fun place to visit!
precious houston: It's fun and not that much money
Michael Mucaki: Music way too loud
Wallace Coleman: My kids love this place, especially the go carts
Danny Polanco: Pricy, go karts problematic
Me You: Great place for having fun. Friendly staff.
Kenny R: Lots to do. Clean and all amenities
Shahad Al-Haddad: Lots of fun, the eat and play combo is a great move on the company's part.
LH: Great place for kids to burn off s lot of energy. Especially the ninja courses with three levels of difficulty.
Randy Marion: I brought the kids on Family Day. Springz had a Family Day special. Well worth the money. The kids and I were entertained for almost 3 hours, for twenty bucks each. I would have granted a 5 star if not for two things. One, I had called first and it was recommended to do the waivers on line, to save time when we arrived. I did the waivers at about 11AM. We arrived at Springz at 1:30PM and waited half an hour to pay. I was told no waivers were in the system. The young lady then said, "you obviously did them on the U.S. site. I explained that I was positive I did them on the Canadian site. She asked if I received an email. I checked my mail, nothing. She said "see, you did them on the wrong site". Her tone and attitude were so disrespectful. I did the waivers there, and the rest of the day was great. Two, the original waivers showed up in my email at 11:00PM. ???? This wouldn't have been an issue except they were VERY busy (waited in line another half an hour), and the way this person dealt with us was totally out of line.
John White: I brought my 3 kids on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of room from r them to play and have fun. The staff was very helpful in accommodating various activity combinations (for picky kids).
Adam Lumley: It's ok, but others we have been to blow this place out of the water.
Yasmeen Jeha: Nice place to take the kids to playBig indoor play areaA little bit on the expensive sideThey charge toddlers full price for a jumpOther than that food is good and staff is nice and friendlyI left my kids there and the girl watching the kids jump named Aiysha watched and looked after my kids carefullyI was pleased with her and all the staff atSpringZ 👍🏻
CN Mills: Loads of fun, good variety of activities, friendly staff, never too crowded, ample parking, they didn't allow grip socks purchased from other facilities to be used.
Shelby Marion: Aside from one very snotty employee, it was a blast. The kids always love it.
Jacqueline Farrell: First experience here was great. Not many kids and the one employee was very friendly explaining what my three year old may be able to play with. Second experience was different though. Brought my three and four year old and it seemed like any time they tried to play on something, someone was right behind them to give some restriction or say no. For example, neither were allowed to play on the "ninja warrior" course because they couldn't complete the entire course (no way my preschooler could swing across the monkey bars). But, he was having fun jumping through the foam blocks until someone told him that area wasn't for him. There wasn't even anybody behind us waiting so I'm still confused about that. Seems like other people have experienced the restrictive rules too. I get that rules are there to protect kids and make sure everyone gets a chance to play with the equipment. But, the employees are a bit heavy-handed. I asked my four year old if he had fun and he said no because everyone told him he couldn't play. The place is also kind of dingy and it seems like bad planning to have the arcade right in the middle. The loud machines are a distraction to kids who are there to get some physical activity.Could be a nice place to play in the winter but I would recommend sky zone over springz. Prices are the same but sky zone is cleaner with better variety of equipment, friendlier staff, and no distracting arcade!
Kristy Thibert: Great packages now that include jump, glow golf and go karts. Plus you get a hot dog and soft drink. My son had a great time. Will be back again.
ibraheem alobaydi: It's not bad, but so expensive.
chris johnson: Fun place
Ryan Elliott: Horrible setup for young kids, flashy videogames in middle to grab kids attention. Go to London instead if that's an option
