Jamal Ali: I called the UPS store in morning to inquire about their notary services, and they confirmed their availability. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that the notary is right next door and would be available shortly. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes, nobody showed up. It was frustrating to have my time wasted, and it would have been preferable if I had been informed beforehand that there was nobody available to provide notary services. It was a disappointing experience.

B Langston: This store just makes up their own prices. Went there to get 10 papers printed that I emailed to them and was charged $11.00 but only .35 cent to make a copy. Never have I been charged that much but trust it will be the last time, rather go to a corporate store!

Angela Davis: Just came in there a little after 11am today there's a line to the door. I have to return some stuff to Amazon I'm on my way to work the young lady working answer her personal cell phone walks to the back while she have a line of people to the door and begin talking about tickets, an air bnb and her dealing with a dude that had a girlfriend. Like really I don't wanna hear that I have to be to work. I walked out because that's so unprofessional. She was a lite skin chic with lite brown hair and glasses. Even during her conversation she says she's the only one in the store and she doesn't get off until 7pm but continue her conversation like lady seriously.

Raymond Jackson: Place is run like a ghetto chicken shack. Paid to have a package packaged and shipped out of there, and it arrived damaged and ruined. As I left, the clerk went out of her way to tell me it would be backed "with love". That was nonsense - see pics. She wrapped it in a layer of bubble wrap and put it in a box, way oversize, where it bumped and banged it's way all the way to it's destination. The receiver emailed me that in shipping, it had been severely damaged and could not be worked on.I had to file a claim, but getting them to accept my claim was like pulling teeth. They don't even answer their phone sometimes. They show no professionalism and it seems that UPS does not hold them accountable for dragging their brand through the mud. If you care about your business, read the reviews and avoid this place, and maybe UPS altogether.

I came into this location at 12:00 pm Monday evening to have a paper faxed over and UPS store Employee Erin jones approached me with her cell phone device up to her ear she seemed to be arguing with a friend or someone because her attitude was very hostile when I asked if you guys were to fax my paper she goes on to unprofessionally use vulgar language cursing using profanity and she then proceeded to tell my daughter that they don’t fax and I know that’s not true because I’ve faxed with that location before I would really like for someone to file this claim to have her possibly terminated because not only was she acting professional on this date 6/20/22 there has also been times my friends have came and told me negative things about this worker as well again her name is Erin jones working at the 18701 Grand River Ave Detroit mi 48223 location she was very unprofessional and rude towards me and other customers-Patricia Womack

Lexie Marie: 1. The staff that appears to be Indian were extremely rude, made slick remarks, and snatched when I ask which register he was at2. It took two weeks to release my items to Amazon3.the wait is ridiculous

Crystal Marie: I frequent this location to do a quick drop off. Fewer wait times are always a plus. The workers aren't that friendly. I asked him a question, and he barely opened his mouth to answer. Again, it is perfect for drop-offs, but if you need more assistance, I'm not sure I would recommend this one.

I went to drop a pkg off and didn't realize I had to seal the pkg up myself but no problem I was told it would cost $2 to put tape on the box I thought ok odd but again no worries it's just $2 so I paid the $2 with my card and it in turn cost me $25 that's what was charged to my instantly and when I tried to get it removed my bank could not remove it because it came as an ATM charge but I didn't go to the ATM. So beware when you use your card in there and check your balance before and after! 😡😡🤬🤬

ABC ABC: They hold your packages hostage till they scan them in! Waiting 2 days for an email to tell me that my package has been delivered and is ready for pickup and haven't gotten it yet. They will not release anything till they scan your package in AT THEIR CONVEINENCE. Don't bother with fast shipping or anything else like that because they will waste your money. Go anywhere else but here.

I recently just went into this location no more than may be about 10 minutes ago and the young lady that I had at the counter I asked her how she was, How was your day going? I get no response at all. I tell her I’m dropping off the package to be returned. Still get no response. She just scanned it handed me my receipt I said thank you have a nice day she says nothing then I said it again thank you have a nice day. She goes back to talking to the girl behind the counter, saying“Oh yeah we bought the turn up!” “it’s gonna be a party in my city tonight”like is this customer service? does no one know how to talk anymore.Beyond unprofessional there’s a customer that needs assistance & you don’t even know how to speak to people? I didn’t know the young ladies names but they were two black girls and they had braids in their hair and they were talking about turning up and getting ready to have a party like is this what you talk about in a professional setting this is supposed to be a business I’m sorry to say it or I hate to admit it, but this is what happens when you start hiring Hoodrats! they bring the business down and this is coming from a black woman. Do better in your hiring process UPS!

Donald Parshall: I had previously dropped off a package at the Mack UPS in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236. I still had the UPS Package Drop-off Receipt with the Tracking Number of that package, but I needed proof that the package actually had been delivered. The UPS on-line tracking site was unable to provide me that proof because my receipt was over the 120 day period that their system was able to track.Their office manager "Tanya" took the extra time and effort to provide me with the proof of delivery confirmation I needed.
