Joanna Brown: Do mot use this agency. It is one headache after another and you are persuaded to open additional policies for a discount and then later find out you have no Roadside Assistance. I spoke with Office Manager and he claimed he could not explain billing system. Not acceptable and not truthful with information.

Samantha Jacques: Easy to sign up, but deceptive billing practices when you cancel your policy. I continue to get bills months after the expiration of our policy. Regardless of how many times I call, I get a rude agent and threatened to be sent to collections. Every time they claimed the issue is resolved only to get another bill. Do not work with this agency.

Dylan Niadna: Katie and Christi are exceptional at ensuring your family has adequate coverage and all the discounts that are applicable to your home/auto/etc. I have never had to file a homeowners claim (so I can't speak to that side of my family's coverage), but I have had an auto claim and the process was quick, fast, and painless on Katie/Allstate's end. Even checking their rates against auto owners/geico/etc. every 6 months Christi Johnson Allstate's rates are routinely 5-12% lower than competitors. Katie is VERY responsive to phone calls or emails and never has an issue with even simple requests. She is always very timely with issues - if you call with an issue you will get an email from Allstate same day that the issue has been resolved. Katie and team deliver on what they promise to do and are my family's go-to for insurance. It would take a major issue for me to move my policies from Christi Johnson/Allstate's coverage - 5/5!
