Chey Chey: I went through them for auto insurance for about 8-9 months. Paid on time if not a few days early every month. Something happened in my personal life and I missed 1 payment. My agent called me just about every 1-2 businesses days, sometimes 2-3 times in a row. I explained to him previously via email that if I couldn't come up with the payment within a week, they would recieve the late payment and the next payment due on Nov 1st. I decided to go somewhere else as I didn't exactly like how the agent blew up my phone for 1 payment, especially given how great I've been with paying on time. :/

Janet McNew: We have been with our agent for years but haven’t heard from her personally in a long time…. Vicky. So we are forced to deal with customer service who is not very thorough or responsive. It has gotten much worse since trying to remove unlimited PIP which feels like it’s “by design” making you jump through hoops without good electronic options… it’s 2021, you want to cover your communications because it’s important to have documented records but difficult when they are evasive with email… so you call, but they leave you on hold with no response…. frustrating when you work full-time, just want to pay your bill, and need no hassle service… if you are not into hand-holding, please look elsewhere….

They actual 4 stars are because they have great rates and when I call the Flint office it's call forwarded to the East point office. The agent David is awesome I've added vehicles removed vehicles and renewed my policy all with my phone and printer. Also they gave me the cheapest policy and I shopped around. Now if they get my local office open I can change this to 5 stars.

Now although I haven't been with this agency for long I plan on staying with Advasure Insurance Agency for as long as I possibly can.The great charismatic charm that Cory gives when greeting on the phone or at the front desk is one of may reasons to stick with them.For me the decision also help with the fact the place is only a 15 minutes or less drive for me, so that was more then convenient for me so me in two ways; firstly I could drive there and not waste to much gas, and secondly I could visit a person instead of trying to traverse the internet for myself. Sherrema Bower: My experience with McCredie Insurance Agency is usually good. I have experienced the staff as being quite helpful, both in person and via phone/email. Their location is tucked away, out of sight, in an office complex that shares space with Redwood Lodge Restaurant and Holiday Inn Hotel, and their staff (especially their receptionist Julie) are readily able to offer assistance in finding them. I recommend McCredie for assistance with insurance needs.
Jennifer (Jhoch22): I have been a customer for almost a decade or more, however, I have NOT had a great experience like the others have said. I absolutely dread calling because of how rude and unprofessional the CSR's are to me and my husband every single time. We are asking for them to do much except add a car, delete a car, give a quote or a question about something. We're not asking for anything big by any means but we catch slack. I have told my agent and the owner of the company with zero response or not a care. Its a pain in the rear to change companies but that is exactly what we need to do by renewal. We don't need to be treated this way, after all, we're giving them our money, not the other way around. No payments missed or lapses or claims either. Just letting others know what they can expect. But we are courteous and nice to them anyway. Just all around rude like we are bothering them but asking for something. Trust me, we'd rather be able to do it online ourselves. Last time we got a guess on what adding comprehensive to a car we have. The CSR said it would be about $200 a year. I want to know exact not guesses. Not to mention all with an attitude. Its also weird you can't really work with your agent, only CSR.

Enema Supply: I've had Piper McCredie as an insurance agent for about a decade now. Every couple of years I see an ad or something that promises I can save 15% on my car insurance or something. So I try the websites and get a quote, and you know what? It is always more than I am paying for my insurance through Piper McCredie. Also, they offer great service. I call, sometimes leave a voicemail, sometimes talk to somebody and they respond right away. They are always friendly and great people.

Joanna Brown: I have had Progressive lnsurance for 6 years. I have went through 2 accidents and NEITHER were my fault. Last loss was March 2021 with TOTAL loss of my vehicle. Both Customer Claim Agents l have dealt with were incompetent and l received a very low amount for the total loss of my vehicle. Very dissatisfied with Progressive. Progressive even took away the $1000.00 deductible from the amount my car was worth even though it was TOTALED.. It was in excellent condition with 88,000 miles. Never had one problem with my Chrysler. I have left Progressive lnsurance and l will never use this company again. Dishonest and poor quality insurance. I am certain my car was repaired and sold for a large profit. My car was almost paid off at the time of the TOTAL loss and Progressive took advantage of a essential worker during this pandemic. I worked very hard to pay off this vehicle and l was not compensated nearly enough. They even sent me a bill for $84.05 and claimed they didn't receive notice that l cancelled my insurance. Progressive deserves NO stars!!
