Tara: When you first start an insurance with them they will charge you $150 for I forget it's some kind of automotive club or something like that that you will never ever use or need and they don't even tell you they're doing it they just add it to their to your total and then when you get your bill for the next month you see that there's an extra $150 charge on there and you owe them money now and it's just it's not good so if you ever go here tell them you do not want the $150 whatever it is that they give you and it will save you some money and trust me an insurance expert told me that

Joanna Brown: I have had Progressive lnsurance for 6 years. I have went through 2 accidents and NEITHER were my fault. Last loss was March 2021 with TOTAL loss of my vehicle. Both Customer Claim Agents l have dealt with were incompetent and l received a very low amount for the total loss of my vehicle. Very dissatisfied with Progressive. Progressive even took away the $1000.00 deductible from the amount my car was worth even though it was TOTALED.. It was in excellent condition with 88,000 miles. Never had one problem with my Chrysler. I have left Progressive lnsurance and l will never use this company again. Dishonest and poor quality insurance. I am certain my car was repaired and sold for a large profit. My car was almost paid off at the time of the TOTAL loss and Progressive took advantage of a essential worker during this pandemic. I worked very hard to pay off this vehicle and l was not compensated nearly enough. They even sent me a bill for $84.05 and claimed they didn't receive notice that l cancelled my insurance. Progressive deserves NO stars!!
