Kj Jane: Today my husband and I came into this store looking for a wood laminate that we bought previously About a month ago. We went to the flooring section and didn't see it, we looked it up online and it said it wasn't in stock at any flint store so we asked another associate to page someone from flooring for us so we could ask about ordering it online and after about 5 minutes of waiting for an employee that never showed up so we were on our way out the door when my husband decided to stop at Pro Services and that's when our trip here turned around to a good thing. We met TIFF S at PRO SERVICES and not only was she extremely friendly but as she was getting ready to hit the send button for our order which would've cost us an extra $20 too btw to have it delivered, she decided to call the back one more time and double check the stock and low and behold she found 9 boxes of it for us in a clearance section so we were able to take our floor home today and save $20 on shipping. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THIS STORE WOULD'VE LOST OUR GOOD BUSINESS AFTER ASKING COR HELP AND NO ONE COMING. THANK YOU TIFF S.
Mikhail Macherkevich: I don't like The Home Depot, because consultants in any location try to ignore you! I always have to look for these consultants all over the huge store in search of help. When I find someone, it's like they don't care what you buy and like they're doing you a favor when they tell you something. This store's policy is terrible! Any way the Ace store, the consultants are simply the best! In all Ace locations, consultants will approach you and offer their help! Ace has the best customer service!

Carson Wilson: I had an awful experience with this very unprofessional “company”. I had storm damage on my vinyl fence which was being covered by my insurance company. I contacted Michigan Fence Company and the gentleman they sent, Randy, came a half hour before the scheduled appointment. When I arrived at the agreed upon time he was long gone. I called the office to have Randy call me but was informed that he left his cell phone at the office. It’s a wonder he found is way to my home in the first place. After multiple days I finally received a quote without a date and a price estimate. As many know, this is not acceptable to submit as a claim to an insurance company. After contacting the office to get a more detailed quote, I was still left stunned by the callous response of the office staff. Needless to say, I am unsatisfied with their proposal and I would never recommend this company for any residential or commercial work. In my 53 years of existence, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

A 20 lb tank holds 4.6lbs of propane. So beware you're getting cheated .6lbs every 20lb tank your getting filled.. ride off.

C&L took the time to understand the situation, they were compassionate and sincerely wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and it was. They did some stuff without unnecessary up charges that we didn’t even notice or realize was a problem. They just care and have pride in their work! Each team member from sales to the installers and Ashley were all aware of our situation and I didn’t have to repeat anything to the different groups. Todd took amazing notes and more amazingly the rest of the team actually read them. That doesn’t happen with other contractors. All the installers were friendly and professional! That also doesn’t happen with other companies. We were frustrated about having to pay twice for the same job, but that was not C&L’s fault and they were very fair given our situation. We are now proud of our house again. We couldn’t be more happy in the way the entire team handled our situation. Would recommend them and already have. David Dillon: This review is for work that was done in January of 2023.We added onto our original Fiberon deck that was installed back in January of 2020. The new deck was a mirror image of the original deck which made it 44' long all across the back of our house. Tony and Trenton did a excellent job. I had them come out in October to quote our home for windows and siding, we talked with the salesman for over an hour. The sales person called back the next day and said the project for siding is way more complicated and would be tons of money (since we have partial brick home and half siding) that it would cost a lot to prep the home prior to adding the siding. My husband said well how much, he didn’t have an answer because he assumed we didn’t want to spend the money. My husband asked if we had a quote for the windows, he didn’t. He advised my husband he would call back and never did. You literally lost a 60k-90k job because you didn’t called back.Service:Window installation
