We went to the flooring section and didn't see it, we looked it up online and it said it wasn't in stock at any flint store so we asked another associate to page someone from flooring for us so we could ask about ordering it online and after about 5 minutes of waiting for an employee that never showed up so we were on our way out the door when my husband decided to stop at Pro Services and that's when our trip here turned around to a good thing. We met TIFF S at PRO SERVICES and not only was she extremely friendly but as she was getting ready to hit the send button for our order which would've cost us an extra $20 too btw to have it delivered, she decided to call the back one more time and double check the stock and low and behold she found 9 boxes of it for us in a clearance section so we were able to take our floor home today and save $20 on shipping. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THIS STORE WOULD'VE LOST OUR GOOD BUSINESS AFTER ASKING COR HELP AND NO ONE COMING. THANK YOU TIFF S.

When I find someone, it's like they don't care what you buy and like they're doing you a favor when they tell you something. This store's policy is terrible! Greg Adle: I’m just some little woodworking guy so I get that my jobs aren’t big money in your pockets like a house or garage type of Estimate but us little folks will be the ones that keep your money flowing when the housing business slows down and it will.I came In with a materials list and went to the commercial counter and to start was extremely pleased and got my estimate while I waited. After I thought more about what I needed I did some changes to my list for the plumbing part and literally wrote down what the items were.And all that needed to happen if the add ons weren’t going to get done that day is a phone call letting me know you can’t get to it but that didn’t happen. I never get asked by anyone at your store if I need any help. The best thing experience I have ever had is with your paint department they rock. But as far as lumber goes you have lost my business I will not be back.

Morgan Nations: Donovan M. Inside at the counter in the back. Useless with no personality. However, Andrew in the lumber yard was amazing and so helpful. You need more Andrews and preferably no Donovans. Also - wandered around the store for 30 minutes without a single person willing to offer help.

Yoreleds Shinables: A 'Karen' that doesn't know the definition of customer at this store. She started to get all passive aggressive and said under her breath: "I'm gonna start getting p***** off." She also said the typical: "I'm just trying to do my job." Well, I was just trying to shop for paint. Because I was in her way when I was trying to shop for paint, and she was trying to load paint on the shells. So that's when I pulled out my phone and video taped her. I think she needs some reorientation from management.All she had to do to avert the situation was move away so a customer could shop like she did after I pulled on camera out.

Brandy Rebel: Actual worst shopping experience of my life. They treat women like criminal suspects- questions, detainment & intimidation just for buying some tools. Store manager was the worst of all. No exaggeration here- they even called the police to question me, AFTER I'd already paid, because it was so 'suspicious' I was buying power tools. INSANE!! Never received apology after the ordeal. Never heard back from corporate. Telling everyone I know, including fellow contractors, avoid this chain at all costs.

My only complaint was there is a rebate currently going on and you need the rebate receipt to do this. However my receipt tore off inside the printer and I wanted to ask the cashier if she could reprint but she was on her phone and turned the other way. I purchased 100.00 worth of items so I am hoping to receive my rebate coupon.

Billie Evans: Home Depot on Pierson Road is sketchy along with thier contractor. I had a Rheen water heater installed 13 months ago by their contractor and the small gas line was tightened to tight from the pilot assembly to the control assembly causing it to fail. When I tried to have them fix it all I got was the run around. So my advised to you is have a reputable plumber fix your appliances and not a contractor from home Depot.....

Sweetvk: I went to get a carbon dioxide machine to prove my car had a carbon dioxide and gas leak after Delta Tire and Auto Service said they fixed it but only destroyed it.All I went in for was engine timing chain kit,heater core put on and stabilizer bar control set and a oil pan covering they didn't even put that on right,My hazard lights don't work since they installed the heater core I bought and other things.I guess the mechanic forgot to hook the hazard lights back up.They said they checked it but it looks like after they checked it.It needed alot more stuff,additional things it looks like too.Now they won't give me an appointment to fix what they damaged.I went to the emergency room for 3 days straight with asthma and breathing difficulties,I almost died the first day.I called Delta Tire and Auto Repair,Friday morning and Sara the secretary said the owner,Mike the manager wasn't available so I asked her to have them call me backI scheduled an appointment for Thursday,January 26,2023.I haven't heard anything,guess it's too early.But they sure answered quick for the first and only service appointment.Yet I haven't heard anything from them.My warranty plan was purchased thru Elga Credit Uinion,they also financed the car.Upon coming home from Cottomans Auto Repair,all I did was pass a slow moving Jeep on Court Street facing Ryan Street.By the time I pulled in front of my apartment, my car was smoking.I called the Flint Township Fire Department,and The Fire Superintendent raised the hook,and said I had a busted radiator and a cracked head.I'm pretty sure a cracked head on a motor would cause ME or anyone else to smell gas fumes,and carbon dioxide.I really hate when people tell me I don't smell something when I do.I have chemical burns all over my body.My loan officer Leroy at Elga,Grand Blanc said I'm still responsible for the payments of the car and the Warranty that won't made Delta Tire and Auto Service Put My car back right.I bought my car July,2022,and here it is 6 months later and Delta Tire and Auto Service has basically totalled my car.I would like to keep the car and have them repair it to be fully functional.Or go somewhere else,but everyone keeps saying take it back to who fixed it but they aren't responding.Now what'I had a bad feeling the first time I went there ,but I still had to go because that's where the warranty is.I would appreciate any help anyone can give me because I'm not getting any from Elga Credit Union,Grand Blanc Office or the Warranty Company that I'm paying on.And who is financing my car.What a raw deal.So if you need your car fixed,I would suggest you skip:::::"DELTA AUTO and TIRE SERVICE.Also upon getting my car in July,22.I had an oil change,and an air filter put on.Plus it was towed from Sukki to Delta Tire for the warranty work.I figure why paid cash when you are already paying for a warranty.So that's where Delta Came in.All i want is my car fixed the right way.

Tonight, 3 associates were at the building supply desk, and I waited while one was on the computer and 2 were helping finish one customer. As they finished, the one guy walked with the customer and the lady walked away! I asked her, "Are you really going to just walk away?" This type of incident has happened more than once. Then there are 11 people in line at the register and 1 register open. This is unacceptable! I'm off to home depot!!!

Got the "nice" Masterforce Miter saw stand, and it came with broken parts. Misplaced my receipt and according to CS I'm pretty much out of luck. At least HD allows you to review items you don't like on their website. Very very displeased with Masterforce (AKA Nenards brand) quality and customer care.

I could not get it and an employee helped me and told me that they did not have it to order it online and walking to the exit he called me and told me ... here is one I grab it from where it was located very close to the cash registers and I fold it a little and he did not show me where the price tag was and he folded the bag and charged me as any employee would do, but I noticed that the bag had a yellow label of a sale, but I paid 18.01 the regular price and did not say anything. When I got to the car I realized that in reality the price marked on the yellow label said “Only this product… ..Sale 5 $”. I felt cheated and cheated after being a customer of the store. I do not know if I go back to that store for real cheated
