He has a good business sense and he is willing to work with anyone having difficulties of any kind. The prices are great, and units are clean. Run professionally but still approachable.

Lost my mom and sisters cancer started the men that work here were so understanding and very helpful. I really needed the kindness they showed. The gate malfunctions on occasion, but no ones fault and is fixed almost immediately. Great place to rent from and very professional in manners of payment and seeking assistance. I was a Public Storage Customer in California and Florida and always had a small unit and got the First Month "FREE" and I'm here in Michigan and was told my First Month is not Free though their Website shows " FIRST MONTH FREE" and YOU ARE FORCED to sign up for their Insurance if you don't have Insurance.There is a waiver that you can sign declining their Orange Door Insurance yet they fail to tell you that. It's all about making money.In the past I've always referred people to Public Storage for their storing needs but will not refer anyone at this site due to false advertisement and forcing people to buy their insurance.Enough said.

Sarah Carr: These guys would get 5 stars if only they were open 24 hours. Nice promo package for first time renters. Prices here are pretty good and the storage facilities are dry and clean and easy to access, but that’s only during hours of operation which are limited. The gates close at 10 pm, which I didn’t think was going to be an issue but it seems like lately it has. I’m a second shifter as well so I’m usually awake between the hours of 12 noon and 4 or 5 in the morning. When I get out of work it’s closed and then when I wake up my time to get anything from over there is very limited. The centralized location is great for me anyways. Like I said I would rate 5 stars if it was open all the time. I would recommend to anyone needing a place for storage.

Jaide Weston: I AM SO ANGRY! I called and called for a unit but no answer. Even drove up there for many days but I couldn't even get through the gate to even talk to anyone. Mind you I tried days in a row! AND NOTHING! Called and again nothing. I really was in need for a unit. I can not say how angry I am without sounding nasty. I was VERY upset over this matter. I wish I could have rented one but I guess God has other plans for me.

Josiah Augenstein: The unit has insulation in the ceiling that has a rip and is hanging down around 6 inches. The unit also has mouse droppings all over the inside. The shackle to put our lock through was rusted and unable to accommodate a normal sized lock with a hidden shackle. We had to get a smaller lock. The gate is left open every time I have gone there and no entry code was required.The area is somewhat remote and adds a little security. I would suggest looking elsewhere first.UPDATE: Started to retrieve our items from the storage unit and there are several water damaged boxes because of the hole in the insulation. The owners seem to care very little and seem to be riding out the monthly payment with very little upkeep or upgrades. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

Todd Ackerman: Hard to talk to on the phone. Showed up after I rented a shed and there was a lawn mower in there. They called asking if I could come between 9-5 for them to get it. Told them no but I could that night and they never came out to move it for me. Fence is broken up front even though the website says it's secured by fence and code. There's a nice one on Corunna and elms I think I would try next time.
Holden Cantrell: The manager is extremely rude, acts like he is doing you a favor. Has no concern about your property stored there and will even attempt to damage it. I moved my stuff out and put it someplace that won't destroy it.
Tane Atkins: Cheap storage and cheap service.! When you call, everything has to be done through the manager. Of course the manager is NEVER there and has to call you back. The manager NEVER calls back. Do not do anything over the phone with these people. They kept charging me after I cancelled my storage and the manager will not call me back!

They had an extremely pleasant staff, rent was cheaper than most, and they had more security surrounding the unites than most of the places in Flint. The location was super convenient for me as well. Unfortunately, my job had relocated my living arrangements, so I needed to find a new place for storage out towards East Lansing area. To my surprise, the staff informed me there is a location in Lansing. So now I relocated my storage out to their Lansing site. Definitely would recommend this company to all my friends and family!
