Karen Condi: Todd does a great job with running the business. He and his iwife are so personable and down to earth. He has a good business sense and he is willing to work with anyone having difficulties of any kind. The prices are great, and units are clean. Run professionally but still approachable.
Syvannah Tewes: Uhaul dropped the ball when I was moving, but Todd recovered it effortlessly. He made renting a storage unit easy and fun. He has excellent customer service skills and a wonderful attitude, and it was a joy working with him to get the paperwork for my unit set up! Roberta Seymour: This is a nice place o feel safe when I'm there. If I have a problem the workers are right there to help . I had a few rough weeks . Lost my mom and sisters cancer started the men that work here were so understanding and very helpful. I really needed the kindness they showed. I choose to move to the storage due the bad service I got at the place I was and I should have done it 3 years ago.

Brianna Tornow: Wayne has been a phenomenal help and super professional. My husband and I have rented a unit here for over a year and haven't had any problems. The gate malfunctions on occasion, but no ones fault and is fixed almost immediately. Great place to rent from and very professional in manners of payment and seeking assistance. Would highly recommend.

Christina Campbell: The facility is disgusting and literally looks like a dump. I don't say that to be mean, the people I've spoken to once or twice were nice, but this facility is not where you want to keep anything valuable. Someone tried to break into a huge slew of units and no one bothered to even contact me about it. The prices are astronomically high and they continue to increase them month to month, don't let the intro rates fool you. Go to Storage Sense in Holly. It's like 10 minutes away, 1/3 of the price and way nicer. I have no idea how this place is allowed to even rent out units like this.

I wish people had more sense about picking up after themselves instead of filling this place with their garbage leaving it for the owners to clean up. Not right how this place is treated.
Dewynta Ware: Very unprofessional. It says first month a $1. They billed me the full rate at the time of sign up, plus I had to pay for two months. It was never a buck. Then the roof leaked all over my particle board furniture… destroyed… The owner never calls you back. I was mistakenly locked out of my unit for a month, no return call. Then when I finally gain access to my unit, I get a text that I’ve been locked out. Smh. I’m moving ASAP!! GTStorage I HATE IT HERE!!

Applesnap 1: I would give them zero star but that's not an option. Don't rent with them. I've been with them for 5 years. The previous owner was wonderful. Family owned business, but now out of state owner who steals from your account. Last two years has been hell. I have water damage andcthey wouldn't repair the roof leak. Triple charged my account. Although the girl tries to be helpful the owner who never calls back is always unavailable. Im going to have to sue to get my money back. I'm in process of moving to another company that has people on the property.

Sarah Carr: These guys would get 5 stars if only they were open 24 hours. Nice promo package for first time renters. Prices here are pretty good and the storage facilities are dry and clean and easy to access, but that’s only during hours of operation which are limited. The gates close at 10 pm, which I didn’t think was going to be an issue but it seems like lately it has. I’m a second shifter as well so I’m usually awake between the hours of 12 noon and 4 or 5 in the morning. When I get out of work it’s closed and then when I wake up my time to get anything from over there is very limited. The centralized location is great for me anyways. Like I said I would rate 5 stars if it was open all the time. I would recommend to anyone needing a place for storage.

A lot of different size units to choose from. Not a lot in and out traffic. They have storage units small enough for just a bed rooms worth of things to store and as big as a while houses with things to store. Friendly owner who actually lives right on the storage unit grounds of you need anything at any time

Shawn Herbert: I recently moved into town and my new place was a bit too small for all of my things. This storage facility was the perfect place for me while I got everything sorted out. The staff was very courteous and I really felt like my belongings were in a safe and easily accessible place.

They had an extremely pleasant staff, rent was cheaper than most, and they had more security surrounding the unites than most of the places in Flint. The location was super convenient for me as well. Unfortunately, my job had relocated my living arrangements, so I needed to find a new place for storage out towards East Lansing area. To my surprise, the staff informed me there is a location in Lansing. So now I relocated my storage out to their Lansing site. Definitely would recommend this company to all my friends and family!
