Angel C: This store is holding on. Boutique style clothing, very unique finds. A bit pricey, so expect to pay a lot for whatever you are looking for. Hats, some purses, 2 piece dresses, unique sundresses, pant suits, ect. Womens and kids clothing. Give them a try. You never know what you will find.
Judy Smith: Great experience there today, shopping for a tux my toddler grandson and an outfit for myself. Gentleman helped me get my grandson stroller inside. The ladies helped watch my grandson while I tried on my outfits. Then she helped me carry out my purchases and get my grandson out of the stroller. Friendly and very helpful.

Richard C: Yeah I was in Burlington coat factory walking around looking at everything because I like to take my time and look at things before I purchase them I'm a white male who has a lot of tattoos and the cops were called on me saying I'm a shoplifter a known shoplifter and I haven't even lived in Michigan but a couple months and have been in their store one other time and spent $180 on clothes and jackets so if I was you I wouldn't go to Burlington coat factory on Miller road if you have tattoos or if you take too long to look at stuff because they will call the cops on you
Sarah Carr: They have a really nice selection of shoes at this store. I recently went here shopping for boots and found more than I expected. I ended up with a pair of boots and two pair of shoes at checkout and I spent probably less than I would for one pair at some other stores. My favorite thing to shop for here though is the bath/body products and the accessories. They have some really high end beauty products flor way cheap! Shampoos, serums, lotions, bubble baths, and soaps. You name it! They also have some cool things in the accessory aisles. Just unique looking clutch purses, jewelry, stockings, and hair pretties. The candles are where it’s at though. They have candles here that are top notch, normally expensive, and sold in high end stores. That’s because they last the longest, they are made with all natural ingredients, they smell the best, and now they are only available at Burlington Coat Factory and sold there for nearly nothing. It’s so worth it! See you over there!

katie owens: Went to this location and had multiple items to buy. I had a clearance bathing suit. They said that they could not sell the bathing suit for that price because they had marked it wrong. Last time I checked you have to honor the listed price. The manger caused a scene in the store yelling. We called corporate and they did in fact say that she had to honor that price. He filled a complaint on her. Terrible customer service.

Alex Blanding: Customer service is the worse. The person I spoke to was absolutely no help at all. I asked to speak with someone in a leadership position and was put on hold. I wasn’t real big on H&M from the start, this has just turned me off all together. Plus, my order still wasn’t sent out.
