Tiffany Patrick: ATTENTION!!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I bought my daughter's winter coat on Sept 27th the guy wrapped it in plastic and I took it home. My daughter wore it for the 1st time today, after picking her up from school my husband and I noticed the coat was peeling, so instead of going home we decided to go straight to the store. Once there we told/showed the older gentleman the coat. He first said this never happened before, then he said it was nothing he could do. So I already had a coat in layaway, but since he decided that he couldn't work with us I decided I wasn't going to get my coat that was in layaway. So I told him that I didn't want the coat that I had in layaway. He tells me that he's not going to return my money but he'll give me a in store credit. I was livid!!! I told him that's not what he told me when I put the coat in layaway he said that I would lose $35 and that's it. He goes on to talk about how his store has been in business for over 20 years and blah, blah, blah..... Long and very exhausting story short!!! He only refunded me $30 from my coat in layaway and wouldn't exchange my daughter's coat. This man is a fraud!!! Please Please Please don't waste your time and hard earned money in this store.
MalTheGentleman: The owner and his wife are the only employees so the store is severely understaffed. To make things worse they are extremely rude and very un helpful. They pressure you into making purchases and you do not feel welcome in the store. Everything seems extremely overpriced and you could get much better items for less on amazon or at other stores. The stores layaway policy is absolutely horrible, they charge a $45 dollar re stocking fee if you are unable to come to get your item on time, they charge an additional $10 fee if you have to make a late payment on an item, and even worse, if you have to cancel a layaway they will not give you your money back in cash, only in store credit. My advice is do not shop here under any circumstance.

Rick Georgette: This is a wonderful find in the middle of nowhere. We came to have a fur altered and glazed. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. We came back the next day and bought a blonde beaver coat. They negotiated a great price. I love this place and will be back occasionally to see what's new. I am updating my review to reflect additional information. I was searching for a sable stroller and had no long. I was able to find one on line, but was apprehensive to buy from an unknown source. Superior furs found Russian pelts for me within my budget, and helped us design and build an amazing coat. They provided accurate updated along the way resulting in my wife's dream coat, thanks!! While picking up our coat we found a really cool raincoat, based on a painting, great.
Cheri F: I have taken my entire fur wardrobe (about 7 pieces total) to Superior Fur for cleaning and repair. It's a bit of a hike for me (45 minutes one way), and I only took a few pieces initially because I was not familiar with them. What I found was a furrier who is accomplished (30-some years in the industry), talented, personable, and sensible in how he runs his business. I am very confident leaving my treasures in his care.

Richard C: Yeah I was in Burlington coat factory walking around looking at everything because I like to take my time and look at things before I purchase them I'm a white male who has a lot of tattoos and the cops were called on me saying I'm a shoplifter a known shoplifter and I haven't even lived in Michigan but a couple months and have been in their store one other time and spent $180 on clothes and jackets so if I was you I wouldn't go to Burlington coat factory on Miller road if you have tattoos or if you take too long to look at stuff because they will call the cops on you
Sarah Carr: They have a really nice selection of shoes at this store. I recently went here shopping for boots and found more than I expected. I ended up with a pair of boots and two pair of shoes at checkout and I spent probably less than I would for one pair at some other stores. My favorite thing to shop for here though is the bath/body products and the accessories. They have some really high end beauty products flor way cheap! Shampoos, serums, lotions, bubble baths, and soaps. You name it! They also have some cool things in the accessory aisles. Just unique looking clutch purses, jewelry, stockings, and hair pretties. The candles are where it’s at though. They have candles here that are top notch, normally expensive, and sold in high end stores. That’s because they last the longest, they are made with all natural ingredients, they smell the best, and now they are only available at Burlington Coat Factory and sold there for nearly nothing. It’s so worth it! See you over there!

I was talking them up to my girlfriend about how great they were the last time I was in and then huge disappointment when we walked through. She couldn't find one decent blouse.
