Richard C: Yeah I was in Burlington coat factory walking around looking at everything because I like to take my time and look at things before I purchase them I'm a white male who has a lot of tattoos and the cops were called on me saying I'm a shoplifter a known shoplifter and I haven't even lived in Michigan but a couple months and have been in their store one other time and spent $180 on clothes and jackets so if I was you I wouldn't go to Burlington coat factory on Miller road if you have tattoos or if you take too long to look at stuff because they will call the cops on you

Sarah Carr: They have a really nice selection of shoes at this store. I recently went here shopping for boots and found more than I expected. I ended up with a pair of boots and two pair of shoes at checkout and I spent probably less than I would for one pair at some other stores. My favorite thing to shop for here though is the bath/body products and the accessories. They have some really high end beauty products flor way cheap! Shampoos, serums, lotions, bubble baths, and soaps. You name it! They also have some cool things in the accessory aisles. Just unique looking clutch purses, jewelry, stockings, and hair pretties. The candles are where it’s at though. They have candles here that are top notch, normally expensive, and sold in high end stores. That’s because they last the longest, they are made with all natural ingredients, they smell the best, and now they are only available at Burlington Coat Factory and sold there for nearly nothing. It’s so worth it! See you over there!

With this information I won't even walk in the door! Even after all the negative comments on your staff it doesn't seem you care enough about your customers to change or train your staff properly. Too bad, you're losing a lot of customers.

Expect Reality: Honestly a nostalgic walk down memory lane. Very informative staff and I love a good upsell! Convince me I'm getting a better deal and you got me. Nice quality glass products and the piercings are worth the money. The eyebrow jewelry that I got from them doesn't come out while I sleep like the $10 packs from Walmart. Quality and good service over quantity any day.
