Chris Garnett: Ordered a yard and a half of river rock (4A) looks to be about a yard. But on top of feeling like i didn’t get what I ordered. The rock is full of sand, dirt and wood chips. They did try and make it right by bringing me a yard at no charge. But being brought an extra yard does not make up for the time I have spend picking through the rocks to try and reduce the amount of wood chips, dirt and sand.I am very disappointed and will personally not be ordering from them or recommending them.

Haleigh Bradburn: I would NOT recommend using these people! They have screwed up at least 4 orders that were placed. They cannot seem to get their affairs in order what so ever. You could call a week or so ahead of time for your order and they will forget to put it in their books! Either that or give you the wrong materials(4x) and claim there is nothing they can do about it! They are not accommodating at all! I have nothing good to say about them we’ve been dealing with them for months! They’re absolutely terrible.

James Heading: “21aa” was supposed to be delivered to my driveway. Out of spec product was delivered that contains materials that are not supposed to be included per the 21aa specifications. I asked the driver about it and he was very rude. I asked the driver for a load ticket receipt and was just told “no” and to get out of the way. I am an Ortonville lifer and deeply support local businesses; not Bedrock anymore though.

Tabitha Brown: So far we’ve had 3 different deliveries of 15 yds of topsoil each (so 45 yds total!) to our home in Clarkston. The staff that answer the phone are helpful and knowledgeable. They took detailed descriptions of where we wanted the dirt dumped and that information was relayed to the truck driver every time. It takes about a week between placing the order and getting it delivered, which is fine. Ted delivered the dirt the first 2 times and Roy did it the 3rd time. Both called us before they got there and were super friendly. Both took the massive amounts of dirt and poured it EXACTLY where we asked (which was 2 different locations) without a problem every time. We are super happy with the service and our experience! Would definitely recommend!

RW: Confirmed two days in advance for an AM delivery and called on day of delivery to confirm (@ 10ish) that I was still good for AM delivery, was told I was second on the list. Called back at 11:45am to see what happened to my AM delivery w/ general response of “not sure and the delivery crew is not around, but I was next on the list”. Wasted a half day of vacation for nothing! Promptly canceled my order and went with another place.

Don Herbert: Ordered 45 yards of what was supposed to be limestone for my driveway. I got a delivery of crushed building instead; porcelain, tile, glass block, cinder block, and rusted steel. By the time we realized we didn't get what we ordered, the contractor had already spread it. This is just a small sample of what we pulled from the surface (pic attached), before we ended up with it in our tires. I pluck material like this EVERY DAY from the driveway. The contractor had been trying to work with Bedrock for almost 10 months to make this right, but to no avail. I thought if I brought a sample of debris in, I'd at least get some acknowledgement or resolution. Bedrock's response? Basically, the middle finger. "Sometimes, this happens" is what Bob told me. He offered nothing to make this right, and seemed completely indifferent. How is this acceptable material for a driveway? I'm dealing with the contractor for not inspecting the material first, but that's a separate issue. Buyer beware!
