Douglas Duesing: I am a rare but repeat customer here, and recently ordered a load of limestone for a driveway. They had issues with putting it on the driveway due to overhead power lines, and put the 12-yard pile in the side lot I did not own. I reached out to them for a solution, and they moved, spread and levelled the stone onto the driveway - a $100 minimum job, and charged me nothing. That - is Serving the Customer. Rock Bottom clearly goes beyond basic Customer Service. Highly recommend, and will be a continued repeat customer with loyalty.

On my second delivery, he rushed to get it to me, which was really appreciated. Mike too was great. I called at 1:00 (they were closing at 3) and he made an exception to allow my second delivery. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the next weekend (my choice). I highly recommend Rock Botttom!

Chris Garnett: Ordered a yard and a half of river rock (4A) looks to be about a yard. But on top of feeling like i didn’t get what I ordered. The rock is full of sand, dirt and wood chips. They did try and make it right by bringing me a yard at no charge. But being brought an extra yard does not make up for the time I have spend picking through the rocks to try and reduce the amount of wood chips, dirt and sand.I am very disappointed and will personally not be ordering from them or recommending them.
