C CLARK: As on par with Genesys Hospital, the wait was ridiculous. I only was there for a pre-employment screening and I was there for 2 hours and 10 minutes. Was told that between noon and 2 are a bad time for them. Somehow I just think their always slow.

Mary Kraemer: This is a great place - the staff are good at drawing blood and are caring and considerate.
Margo Kincaid: The Quest in Villa Linda is good. My primary does my lab work when I see her and my Rhemotolist has a quest on site so they both go straight for the butterfly needle. The last two times I went there for my Nephro doc they wanted to jab me with the big needle and was told the butterflies are for babies. However in short time they realized they had to go for the butterfly. I do like that can get my test results on line
paul Snyder: Horrible service, very unprofessional staff and the kiosk check in is rediculous.
Ashley Chase: Came here at the end of January because the Quest in Walmart didn't have the test kit I needed. They answered the phone then, let me know they had the correct kit and I was able to make an appointment online. They were fast and did a good job. I have to have 8 more tests done and have tried to call up there for two days now and finally was able to reach someone, but they told me they couldn't check if they had the testing kits, I would have to come in with the form, which is odd since they were able to check for me last time I called.

Blaine Bray: As long as I’ve gone I’ve always really liked the staff the only thing is…everyone goes to this one so you’re always waiting. Even if you show up at like 6 am. Also because everyone goes there they have been short on certain tests before. If you want to get in quick I’d suggest the one in Walmart instead.

Tyrah Hinkle: A employee at this location told us she was going to put us out. It was 7 degrees outside. They took over 15 minutes trying to draw my mother's blood. After 2 the closing time she wanted my 73 year old mother with children outside. She has gray hair with a part in the middle with bi focals. Very unprofessional
Ora Lee Carter: I had my insurance card with me I’ve test done numerous times at thus same Quest lab. Lab said my card did not cover the lab work I needed. My debit card was bill for $154. I called my insurance carrier which said the test should’ve been covered. They contacted Quest. Quest said I did not have my insurance information with me which was untrue. So now I’m frustrated as to how to get reimbursed for $154 Quest charged me when they should not have and then they lie to my insurance company, I did not have my insurance card with me this is very very frustrating. Sat on the phone for the second time for 45 minutes waiting to talk to my insurance carrier again. All because Quest lied and couldn’t do what they’re supposed to do.
Danielle Rustin: Attempted to make an appointment today the phone system is absolutely absurd and drones on and on could not get through to a person. After going through most of the voice prompted questions The phone disconnected leaving me having spent 5 minutes in their in their call system and still having no appointment or no contact. I will be going elsewhere. Very frustrating!!
Jan Hatch: I came in to pick up sample supplies, I was waited on almost immediately! The person that I spoke with was very nice and helpful even suggesting that I have an additional test for the symptoms I was experiencing, my doctor approved this. I was very happy with this experience and have never had a bad experience here!
Cassandra McKinstry: I took my daughter here for her one year blood work. To say I was dreading this appointment would be an understatement. They were so gentle and patient with her. Initially they were having trouble locating a good vein to use, but instead of trying to poke my daughter a bunch of times the girl went and got some help and they were able to draw her blood with one poke. I’m so grateful that they were so kind and reassuring to both me and my daughter. I will be returning here for future blood work and no longer dreading these appointments (at least not as much!)
Becky Smith: Cannot say enough about them! I took my 11 month in to get his blood drawn and they did so so amazing with him.the ladies we delt with were so gentle and he didn’t NOT flinch when she put the needle in! I was so happy with them!!
Jana: This is the second time I was walking out of the Quest lab and noticed blood dripping down to my legs from my hand. They don't know how to draw blood properly, I noticed right away how they insert the needle blood leaking around. My hand is bruised and sore now. I heard bad reviews about this place, but wanted to come anyway just because it's closest, but won't be back next time!
Debbie Kremlick: Last Monday I went to this location at 8:00 in the morning. After leaving I had a really bad bruise and today over a week later I still have it. This is not acceptable. In the meantime I had to have more blood work done and went to Hurley twice and there isn't even a mark. I will be using Hurley from now on for my blood draws.

Sabrina Hipshire: If you’re deciding which location you want to go to like I did go to this one! Super quick and I got my results back the next day. People usually have trouble with my veins and most can’t get it right but I highly recommend Liz!! She knows what she’s doing and is super nice. 10/10

Logan Murphy: Fast and friendly! The online appointment scheduling is very convenient, and the location is not very busy in the mornings. The staff is very friendly and efficient. It never takes more than a few minutes for them to draw blood, and I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes.
Ms. S. O'Dell: A single star for customer service. Needed one simple test using one simple sample. These geniuses spilled the sample, making it useless and didn't bother to let me know. I was told they called but cannot leave a message, per HIPAA. Untrue: they are legally able to leave a message asking the customer/client/patient to return a call without violating the Privacy Act. Also Untrue: I don't know who they called, but my call log shows no calls came in from any unknown number - which would have been them. Thus- there was no call to me to let me know that the three-day test process was not even begun because a moron is on staff dropping samples all over the place. Morons. --- Update ---- When my MD called, they told them I left the sample unattended. In fact, they said to leave it on the shelf and I confirmed with one of them before I left that this was proper- and she said yes. Fortunately, I recorded the phone call where they stated it was spilled. So, let's see what happens next.

Jeremy Young: The picture shown is correct. Drive behind Dialysis bldg, walk in ground floor of large brown bldg, and Quest is downstairs. My wife bruises easily and has very uncooperative veins. However, the techs here are great and she's never had an issue.
Lady Alex: This is an excellent facility to get your lab work done, but the photo I am presently seeing is incorrect. The Quest Labs on Ballenger Hwy is a brown bldg next to Kith Haven Nursing Home. Regardless, I won't go anywhere else for my lab work. I have very uncooperative veins but they are excellent here. I highly recommend the Quest Labs Ballenger Hwy facility.

Jennifer (Jhoch22): I have been needing to go get blood work done here. Unfortunately, it either is not open (but made an appointment and wasted my time driving up there) or there's a wait for hours with no seats. I'll just head to Quest and I'm giving up on Mclaren. They obviously don't care, as it's been this way for YEARS!! Nothing has changed. It's all about money and not patients or even their employees. Used to be a decent place but I'd go elsewhere in a second.
