Sam's always does a tremendously amazing job, they are all honest and hard working, they do quality work at an exceptional pace. Sharon Carter: Bad business Midas. I took my car there (pt cruiser) had just put new tires on it. Midas said I needed a motor. I said ok let me check with boyfriend and the tire co to see if they wanted to buy it . So they said they would give me $600.00 . We thought about it and we wanted our car. We took the keys to them. We said we'll call you when we get our funds together. Well that weekend we had emergency call had to leave flint to go to north carolina. But that Saturday I called and they said that complete towing had picked my car up because we had failed to communicate with them. Omg that Monday when I got back to flint I called Aaron the district manager/owner told him what their store had done and he said he would compensate us but giving us a decent discount on whatever kind of service tires or motor work and he would get back with me. NEVER DID AND NEVER ANSWERED MY VOICEMAILS THAT I SENT TO HIS PHONE. I STILL HAD TO PAY THE TIRE COMPANY FOR THE NEW TIRES.

Ben Kirkey: While I wasn’t expecting my exhaust to be as bad as it was which ended up being more money than initially thought, the guys at Midas did phenomenal work and everything is running great and new exhaust system sounds super good! They did not hesitate to pull me aside into their shop and take a look for myself. I thank Kane for his help and friendliness as well. Ms. W. Dumas: I sent my daughter to get a quote for 1 wheel bearing replaced and a tuneup. She was told the tuneup was $400 wo changing the wires, the bearing was $400, and another $200 to water wash the engine; which I did not ask for. The male customer before her had a bad axle and CV joint; His costs were going to be $200. No wonder women don't trust auto repair shops to not price gouge them if they don't come in with a man. What if that was your sister, Midas employees, or your mother or grandmother? You guys know you are dirty.

Jeff Olds: Made an appointment for an estimate on a exhaust crossover repair repair/replacement, appointment was on January 10 between 4-6, I arrived at 3:55 and was told I had to leave my vehicle overnight for them to LOOK at it, I had the cash for the repair and was prepared to leave the car for a repair but making an appointment and then saying that you can't look at it is unexcusable
