carly weiss: I’ve been to 5 different stores to look at dresses and I thought going to a small business would be perfect. I walked in told her what color I want and size I am. She brought me a color I knew for sure I didn’t want in a size too big. I tried it on anyway and when she asked how I felt about it I told her it was too big. She said “obviously it’s not your size.” I was taken back by that statement but didn’t let it bother me. I told her it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for because of the bottom. She asked what I was looking for and I told her I wasn’t sure but it wasn’t that. She said “you need to know what you’re looking for.” I didn’t know what to say after that because I had tried on so many other dresses and didn’t love them. My mom had mentioned how the lady was being rude and helped me out of the situation. I will never go here again.

Amber Lindhurst: First impression of this place were fantastic! My bridesmaids purchased the dresses they loved with little to no hassle. The guys suits, however, are another story. My fiancé and dad purchased their suits and even though they were measured, their pants arrived unadjusted and were told we had to go else where to. The rented suits arrived 4 days before the wedding day and almost every single suit had issues either being too big, too short, or too small. We have received so much attitude trying to get everything fixed in time. Very unprofessional and very disappointed, frustrated in this experience! If you want to avoid a headache and have a smooth sailing wedding, do NOT go here!

From them ordering the wrong wedding dress, to promising to fix the wrong one so that I would like it and not meeting their own deadlines, to the lack of communication for two months leading me to believe my dress was forgotten, to the inability of Corporate to find a resolution or make my experience “right” in any way. I was so polite and understanding even though I realize now I should have stood up for myself more. Nothing but sad and negative feelings towards this dress and the company will not let me out of this disaster. It’s so devastating that I ever had to go through this. It’s a shame.

I immediately fell in love with Shannon, a Mgr there, as she helped with every detail of my shopping experience as I was heading to Dubai & Abu Dhabi. When I came back a year later she still remembered me!!! She helped me again shop/plan for my Costa Rica trip. She made me feel at home and like family right away. NEVERRR do you feel rushed or ignored at that store. They are always willing to go above & beyond!!!Last year Abby another staff was amazing as she helped me shop/plan for my Key West trip! She ALSOOO remembered me when I came back in a few months ago. Two weeks ago as I was in there shopping for my Texas trip I got to meet Garrett & Jodi (regional managers). It was so great to learn more about the founder of the company/her “why”, both of Garret & Jodi’s experience & passion about the company’s mission, etc. They understand that women who require a few more inches of clothing shouldn’t have to look frumpy or grandma’ish. We are just as beautiful as any other girl & deserve to have clothes fit our bodies, while looking just as stylish & hot! I get compliments in my Torrid clothes all the time!!! Danielle Woodd: I wanted to love this location because it was the closest to home. But the selection here was limited. If I liked it on a mannequin I couldn't find it on a rack. I tried on the pair of pants I knew I wanted and the dressing rooms DEFINITELY needed some cleaning. The walls, border and floor were covered in dust, and I felt dirty walking out of it. The only good part was the service. The ladies here were very nice. Only bought the pants.

Shannon Angel: Ivory Loft is such a beautiful store. They were the first store I looked at for wedding dresses because of their Made with Love inventory. They have been so helpful and their dresses are so unique. I went to one other store and half way through trying on dresses, I ended the appt and knew I wanted to get mine from Ivory Loft. I ordered my dress at the end of January and it arrived two weeks ago. This was the exact timeline discussed when I purchased. Beth (owner) has been very responsive with all my questions and very accommodating. There was a mix up on payment and she was so honest and it was greatly appreciated, especially in the wedding world.

The entire staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, and unlike many other bridal shops I never felt pressured into buying a gown.
