Chelsea Rawson: I had my mom go in with my daughter to get our drinks and I told them I wanted a mocha madness which I had before from their popular menu... they made my drink wrong and didn't put the burst bubbles in it and instead put the jellies in. When I went back in to tell them I needed it fixed because they made it wrong they proceeded to tell me that it's a "drink at your own risk" thing and basically told me I would have to buy a new drink even though THEY made it wrong and not how it's suppose to be made on their menu!!! Im glad you guys made $10 off me for free basically!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

Alyssa Cline: Ya know i only gave this 2 stars because I loved coming here the first time but after today and the customer service by the lady with the beard. I am disappointed. After drinking the "banana split" which tastes like a banana Laffy taffy that's been sitting in water then removed.. with zero sugar. I asked to get a different flavor and was told I could pay for a new one. Then paid for a dirt cup which was decent but I ordered it with whipped cream and she just rushed making it and didnt put whipped cream and put it on the counter saying hope this tastes better and walked away. And I said I asked for whipped cream and she just looked at me. Very weird behavior and not acceptable from such a small company. Thanks 21 dollars wasted today.

Miranda Kay: I wanted to love it. I go to a bubble tea place in Davison all the time. The taste was not satisfactory, my family of three all got drinks, none of us were happy with them. The only thing we did like were the prepackaged ice cream. And it was more expensive than the other one we go to. Sad to say, but I will not be returning. Total waste of $30.

Joshua DiGiacomo: I've been here 3 times including today. It's a very cool atmosphere and the staff were great the first 2 times I came in. I arrived today and the lady that greeted me was very unpleasant to say the least... the black girl that was trying to make the drink was on edge and nervous (due to the high stress the "possible owner" or "manager" gives off) I felt so bad for the girl, I almost told them to cancel my order and give me my money back. Next time I come here and the same lady is working, I'll leave immediately. It's unfortunate because the drinks are good.

It's as good as it's going to get for an americanized chain boba tea place 🤷🏻♀️ but then again I'm probably just spoiled from the actual thing from actual oriental mom and pop boba shops. If you had the actual thing I wouldn't come here and set yourself up... pretty expensive too. Spent almost $10 for a large, I've had the same exact thing for $5.25 at other places

Angela Jennings: I stop in here at least once a week, after visiting my grandma in hospice care, and I often bring home a bubble tea for my daughter. The fact that you have so many vegan options keeps me coming back. Besides, it's a nice treat for my slightly long drive home after visiting my grandma.The workers are always quick to greet me, kind, courteous, and provide fast service. Today was the first time I've seen more than 2-3 other customers at the same time. It must be prom in Clio, as all the teens were dressed up in their best! Though the store was full, and the line long, the staff was just a kind and quick as always. Thanks for providing great customer service and for making fun drinks!

David Waltzer: Best cafe in Flint. Great coffee, great service and an atmosphere that is so cool you must see it to believe it. I was there visiting from NY. I wish this place were in my town! Great job guys! Oh- and of course, most important - the coffee. The espresso was really good and the coffee drinks were perfect. Also, you MUST try the apple crumble pie. It is fantastic.
Brandon Barnefske: Tried to call an order in yesterday at 10 am which apparently they do not allow anymore even though i have previously called and placed pick up orders you have to place them online now. That's fine i understand but did not want to deal with downloading and creating an account for one thing so i just went in to place my order. The staff was very friendly and there was only one table waiting for food and a few people having some coffee. I got there at approximately 1030 and did not recieve my food until around 1115 so i had to wait approximately 45 minutes. On top of that no one in the kitchen was wearing a hair net and I did not see anyone wash their hands after taking an order and then going back to cook. I'm serv safe certified and this is not acceptable.

N P: This place is super awesome, everything is always great from here. They offer a ton of variety and it all tastes great and it's on par price wise with every other bubble tea place so no surprises there. My only issue is the operating hours are super inconvenient and I can almost never go because of it. But thats more of a me problem than a them problem so they still deserve 5 stars. Just wish they had at least one day open in the mornings for those of us who sleep/work afternoons and nights and cant get there during their only open hours. It's an awesome place I wish I could go more.
