Chelsea Rawson: I had my mom go in with my daughter to get our drinks and I told them I wanted a mocha madness which I had before from their popular menu... they made my drink wrong and didn't put the burst bubbles in it and instead put the jellies in. When I went back in to tell them I needed it fixed because they made it wrong they proceeded to tell me that it's a "drink at your own risk" thing and basically told me I would have to buy a new drink even though THEY made it wrong and not how it's suppose to be made on their menu!!! Im glad you guys made $10 off me for free basically!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

Alyssa Cline: Ya know i only gave this 2 stars because I loved coming here the first time but after today and the customer service by the lady with the beard. I am disappointed. After drinking the "banana split" which tastes like a banana Laffy taffy that's been sitting in water then removed.. with zero sugar. I asked to get a different flavor and was told I could pay for a new one. Then paid for a dirt cup which was decent but I ordered it with whipped cream and she just rushed making it and didnt put whipped cream and put it on the counter saying hope this tastes better and walked away. And I said I asked for whipped cream and she just looked at me. Very weird behavior and not acceptable from such a small company. Thanks 21 dollars wasted today.

Miranda Kay: I wanted to love it. I go to a bubble tea place in Davison all the time. The taste was not satisfactory, my family of three all got drinks, none of us were happy with them. The only thing we did like were the prepackaged ice cream. And it was more expensive than the other one we go to. Sad to say, but I will not be returning. Total waste of $30.
