Eric The Explorer: I didn't actually go to Parker's Propane HOWEVER, I used to run The Printing Press at Jiffy Prints And they were a very good client for years. I did hear a lot of customers talk about their low prices and their customer service being just outstanding. They were always polite when they came to pick up their printing and they've been in business with propane for decades. If I had to get propane for my gas grill to My "pig" for my trailer, I would go with Parker's Propane just on their reputation alone. Just next time you need your propane filled or any propane needs; at least give Parker's Propane a try.

And they re-paint your tank every 5 years. What else can I say? Pretty outstanding for a propane company.

Melinda Riggs: Very poor customer service!! I had my tank moved in the winter and Ferrell gas was suppose to come back when the ground softened to buried the lines, and never did. Hear at the end of September still no lines in the ground. We changed service due to the lack of customer service and now I still have their pig in my yard. I'm pretty sure I will be calling them daily to get it removed. Then when I did complain Lynn hung up on me. Never will I ever use Ferrell gas again!! I don't even think they deserve the one star rating. Overly priced gas for poor service.

Aimee Lawrence: Horrible Service. We called for a delivery on 1/31/21 and have not received our delivery yet. We will be running out of gas when it is 11 degrees outside. They said that if that happens they will waive the fee for being empty but that doesn't keep us warm. We are having to find alternative sources to heat our house, cannot cook on our stove and cannot do laundry. My husband calls every day and has been told that we are not on the delivery schedule yet. We will be going somewhere else after this delivery (if it ever happens).Very unsatisfied! Would not recommend at all!

Now we have run out of propane and they are stating they cannot give us a date when the delivery will happen nor will they refund us. We will be taking our business elsewhere after this delivery

Kj Jane: Today my husband and I came into this store looking for a wood laminate that we bought previously About a month ago. We went to the flooring section and didn't see it, we looked it up online and it said it wasn't in stock at any flint store so we asked another associate to page someone from flooring for us so we could ask about ordering it online and after about 5 minutes of waiting for an employee that never showed up so we were on our way out the door when my husband decided to stop at Pro Services and that's when our trip here turned around to a good thing. We met TIFF S at PRO SERVICES and not only was she extremely friendly but as she was getting ready to hit the send button for our order which would've cost us an extra $20 too btw to have it delivered, she decided to call the back one more time and double check the stock and low and behold she found 9 boxes of it for us in a clearance section so we were able to take our floor home today and save $20 on shipping. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THIS STORE WOULD'VE LOST OUR GOOD BUSINESS AFTER ASKING COR HELP AND NO ONE COMING. THANK YOU TIFF S.

When I find someone, it's like they don't care what you buy and like they're doing you a favor when they tell you something. This store's policy is terrible! Any way the Ace store, the consultants are simply the best! In all Ace locations, consultants will approach you and offer their help! Ace has the best customer service!
