Everyone enjoyed the food had so many compliments. His business is only 8 mins from the church and no one ever heard of him. He is a true hidden gem. Mariah Gorman: I’ve had several experiences with Creative Catering through work events, both casual and formal, and I am always impressed with their orderliness, quality, and flexibility. I am so excited that they were available to cater my October 2020 wedding. The owner is very easy to work with and helped us plan the perfect menu. The pricing is very competitive (I got dozens of quotes for our wedding) and they even packed up all the leftovers neatly for us to take home. They’ve been keeping a close eye on safety and executive orders during the pandemic and provided beautiful disposable tableware and even served all of the food to our guests as they walked down the buffet line, which made things move very quickly and efficiently. In the future, I would love to see them offer an online invoicing/payment portal option that can be emailed, as I am not someone who uses checks regularly. Otherwise, I have absolutely no improvements to suggest regarding the wonderful service and food we received from Creative Catering!

Kaitlyn: I’ve been going to Hoffman’s since this location opened and I’m really bummed that the quality just isn’t there anymore. I used to LOVE Hoffman’s sandwiches, but the last few times I’ve been, the sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller..yet, I can’t say the same thing about the price. I also noticed this time that the bread is different and the sourdough just looks and tastes like toasted white sandwich bread..well not toasted, because my food was soggy when I got it home and my order was incorrect. Overall just disappointed in the lack of quality. Please do better and make your sandwiches the way you used to. Edit: I called and told someone (didn’t get name) my issue and they put me in the books to order a new sandwich to replace this one, so thank you for that! I really appreciate it. Hopefully it turns out better.

Tori Schack: 3 weeks ago I called and he said he was heading up North, I asked if Sept 24th was availible and we briefly talked about cater my wedding. I Call him back when he told me he'd be home from up North and we talked about catering my wedding for September 24th and he said it was gonna be great and the food was gonna be amazing. (he doesnt offer taste testing)Then about 1 week later my soon to be husband called to ask about a deposit and he said we could come in Saturday at 1 o'clock and go over everything and put the deposit down. Well he just called me (the night before sat) and said that he couldn't find our file. He told me he was so unorganized that he'd have to call me back his words not mine. So he calls me back and says that he was in the hospital for a couple weeks (even though he told me he was on his way up North at that time)and that he can't find our file and that the date is already booked. I tried to explain to him that we have talked several times and that each time he has confirmed that date was available and and all he said was "well I'm booked i cant do 2 in a day" I try to explain to him that this has put me a few weeks behind on organizing my wedding and Before I could even finish the sentence he rudely hung up on me. I'm so disappointed cause he made it seem like my wedding was gonna be great with his catering service and now I'm stuck trying to find someone else short noticed.

Sabrina Walker: Unfortunately we started well and that went to pretty bad. Owner became unresponsive as the day drew near causing several concerns and stress. The food was just okay. It was edible but not good. They were almost an hour late and the food didn't have time to heat due to the tardiness. I expected more for nearly $700 to feed 35 people.

Talk about wedding day… they were a great help bringing us drinks during dinner and even giving us recommendations for the layout/flow as they had been at our venue many times before. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony with a tent and then had our reception inside. They had workers serve our guests so nobody touched anything on the buffet.
