Mariah Gorman: I’ve had several experiences with Creative Catering through work events, both casual and formal, and I am always impressed with their orderliness, quality, and flexibility. I am so excited that they were available to cater my October 2020 wedding. The owner is very easy to work with and helped us plan the perfect menu. The pricing is very competitive (I got dozens of quotes for our wedding) and they even packed up all the leftovers neatly for us to take home. They’ve been keeping a close eye on safety and executive orders during the pandemic and provided beautiful disposable tableware and even served all of the food to our guests as they walked down the buffet line, which made things move very quickly and efficiently. In the future, I would love to see them offer an online invoicing/payment portal option that can be emailed, as I am not someone who uses checks regularly. Otherwise, I have absolutely no improvements to suggest regarding the wonderful service and food we received from Creative Catering!

Linda King: Thanksgiving dinner at the VFW was very good again this year! We had reservations and there were approximately 20 of us there including my 2 sons and my daughter-in-law. We've been coming to the VFW for many years on Thanksgiving and really enjoy getting together there with our relatives. We're hoping the VFW will serve Thanksgiving dinner there again next year... I had turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy and pie for dessert. A big THANK YOU goes out to the VFW Post for for all their hard work putting on Thanksgiving dinner this year and all the past years too!!! 🙏🦃

Tina Woycik: I took my kids for my son's 9th birthday dinner. The first few plates we picked up were dirty. Half of the hot foods were empty so not a good selection of different foods. And the employees that were behind the hot food buffet were just standing there talking to each other & other customers were standing at the buffet talking to the employees & not moving so us and other customers could get their food. I was very unhappy with our visit.

Johnny Johnson: Went to golden corral for dinner and they didn't have any food and the plates were dirty. They didn't have a problem taking my money but when I asked for a refund the manager gave me attitude. Like it's my fault that they're short staffed. They're not gonna tell you that at the register and gladly take your money. If they don't have enough staff and food they should close and not be dishonest and take your money.

Susan Mitchell: The food was really good, I had salad bar, fish bar and some ham and sweet potato casserole. Weird combo, but so much to choose from! My server was great and attentive.Now, the atmosphere, NOT IMPRESSED. Seems like a free for all. Kids all over the place, in the way, just hanging out by the food stations. And being extremely loud. Tori Schack: 3 weeks ago I called and he said he was heading up North, I asked if Sept 24th was availible and we briefly talked about cater my wedding. I Call him back when he told me he'd be home from up North and we talked about catering my wedding for September 24th and he said it was gonna be great and the food was gonna be amazing. (he doesnt offer taste testing)Then about 1 week later my soon to be husband called to ask about a deposit and he said we could come in Saturday at 1 o'clock and go over everything and put the deposit down. Well he just called me (the night before sat) and said that he couldn't find our file. He told me he was so unorganized that he'd have to call me back his words not mine. So he calls me back and says that he was in the hospital for a couple weeks (even though he told me he was on his way up North at that time)and that he can't find our file and that the date is already booked. I tried to explain to him that we have talked several times and that each time he has confirmed that date was available and and all he said was "well I'm booked i cant do 2 in a day" I try to explain to him that this has put me a few weeks behind on organizing my wedding and Before I could even finish the sentence he rudely hung up on me. I'm so disappointed cause he made it seem like my wedding was gonna be great with his catering service and now I'm stuck trying to find someone else short noticed.

Sabrina Walker: Unfortunately we started well and that went to pretty bad. Owner became unresponsive as the day drew near causing several concerns and stress. The food was just okay. It was edible but not good. They were almost an hour late and the food didn't have time to heat due to the tardiness. I expected more for nearly $700 to feed 35 people.
