Dalila Alexis: I booked a small party. One of my guest complained the lady who helped us reaked of alcohol. Most of the pieces on display they did not have for you to paint. Pieces range from small to large, and you choose your paint. You get a small pallet of 6 colors, you literally get a couple of squeezes of paint, barely enough to cover a small piece. When the party was booked, i was not given a time to be out. I was informed while there i had two hours for my party, after we had been there over two hours. One of my guest had a chip card, and the lady mentioned above slid it five times instead of putting it in the chip reader, so it would not process. The card was called, no problem with the card, so to keep it short the owner was called, and security. However, my guest never raised her voice or disrespected the lady. I had went to a party at Clayin Around in Allen Park and had such a nice experience, nice selection of pieces, unlimited paint, good service, and they don't press you about time, so I wanted a party like that. I try to spend my money where I live, but should have just took the drive. I will not go to Fired Up again.

Courtney Morey: Love it! I am hooked on painting ceramics! I went here once with a friend from work and painted a bowl that looked like paint splatter and that was all it took to bring me back multiple times. I love bringing friends and family here to paint things. They have hundreds of things to chose from and always something fun and relaxing to do. Each time I have went I have averaged spending around 28$ for the ceramic thing, 6 colors of paint and firing of it. Large range of stuff (children can paint something for around 10$ where the more serious painter can get a really large item and paint for 60$) The last time i went I took my grandma and she was already planning what she would paint the next time we went. Definitely something to check out!

We bought our kiln here as well and they were so amazing with working with us since we were coming from Detroit and accidentally bought the wrong size trailer. They stated open a little later for us, so we could load our kiln!
