Jack Macejko: A very good, extraction-centric grow shop. BVV supplier, has fittings, hoses, consumables, can special order more exotic items. If you want to put your hands on a built column and feel it out, great spot to do so. The staff have been accommodating, professional. Also, If your regular shop doesn’t have CO2, these guys probably do. They stock more tanks than grow shops twice their size.

Brandy: The worst business experience I've ever had. The most unprofessional employees..I had an appointment during an ice storm, 3-6pm..they said I had to be there. They never showed up, never cancelled, left me there waiting in the cold for HOURS in freezing temperatures. And to top it off, I've called everyday for a week requesting a call back or explanation..still, a week later..no power, no callback.."managers" were supposed to call me back, in 15 minutes, 6 times now..5 days ago.

The reps I spoke with said too bad, pack your medical equipment and go somewhere else. I've owned my house for 13 years and have never missed a payment.Thanks Consumers Energy! We should all be so lucky to have service disconnected in dead winter with medical equipment keeping us alive.If it's not obvious that I'm being sarcastic, feel free to insert air quotes where necessary

Ed Cuttill: I called for information in regards to the home warranty plan I asked the rep for a breakdown of witch appliances are covered in each plan but all she said was go on line and look. I informed her I had no on line capability at the moment could she send me some paperwork to read about it and she said she couldn't because I'm not a member. I said I'm attempting to become a member but need information about the different plans and she starts all over again to go on line and view the plans . I have to say horrible customer service there.

Glam Gloom: Public utilities should be just that: public. Publicly owned and ran by the government as a complete non-profit service to the residents of city/state in a manner that is the least harmful to our community, which includes the environment. Not ran for profit or cost. The physical infrastructure should be maintained for longevity as well versus maximizing profits.Electricity is a vital piece of our infrastructure and should not be privately owned.Perhaps this explains the horrible experience I recently had involving a Consumers crew during an outage but right now that's between me and my lawyer.
Kyle Raup: 4pm on a Wednesday power goes out 150 people affected crews say 7:30pm restoration no power now for 16 hours call the center and the crews are on break till 10am today and have never been to the outage what a joke. Quit giving a restoration time when you don’t even have crews going to look at the problem.

Eran Vallier: April 27th we had a power surge at our hose. It fried a bunch of our property. We called and notified Consumers. The lady said she would send someone right out as we were the only people who had an issue at that time. A tech came out shortly after and said the line that went to the house was old and frayed. He replaced it and we had power back.When I notified Consumers of all the stuff that was ruined they told me they will not pay as it was "due to weather" a quick google search will tell you the weather was beautiful that day. They also informed me that even it was their equipment they still wouldn't pay.So they are the only provider in my area, they can have their equipment fail, ruin my stuff and I have to pay to replace it.That is pure abuse of being a monopoly in the area.

DJ_Diligent: It's a Home Depot, it has tools and all the other things you need for basic home repair. Fine service and plenty clean.
