Scott Hansen: My sister and I each ordered a cheeseburger combo. We felt it was one of the WORSE burgers we ever had. The burger was lukewarm and the patties were tough. It tasted like the patties were left overs and slapped on the bun. The cheese wasn't even melted. The tots were a little better but not crisp. The burgers were so bad that my sister and I couldn't even finish it.

Peter Myers: Update 9/22:Still drive-thru only. It's weird - if you want ketchup or ranch or anything after you get your order, they won't talk to you thru the speakers. After trying two different spots, a nice worker opened the employees-only door and brought me some condiments when asked. Also, no shakes or slushes. I guess both of those machines are broken.Original review:Drive-thru only. We had a snack - cheese tots and a shake for the kid. I would prefer a cheese sauce rather than the melted Velveeta-type stuff they use. But the tots themselves are about perfect. Nice folks and pretty good food.

Tanya Dubie: I had to sit at the speaker for a very long time, there was only 1 car ahead and they took their order and made us wait until the car in front got their food at the window before I could even order. Since I know that this happens often I didn't let that bother me. The issue was that BOTH slushes that I ordered were AWFUL, I actually had to throw them away, we couldn't force ourselves to drink them, two different flavors by the way. The mozzarella sticks were very good though.

Angel C: The service was good at this loacation. I don't know if my quirk is with the location or Rallys as a whole. Advertising says a lot. I pulled up with someone else who wanted to order. I had no intention of ordering anything for myself. I noticed on the menu they were selling fried 🍄s......... yummy. 😋 I was excited and my mouth watered. The person I was with enjoyed what they received. I took my shrooms out pf the bag and I felt deceived or thought maybe I was given the wrong item. Upon asking, the staff reported I indeed had a correct order of fried mushrooms. I felt like a kid who had just dropped their ice cream cone on the ground. 😪😔 😢 😭 The Advertising was so deceptive. Again, the service was good, staff were honest, polite and helpful as I inquired about what I was holding. They charged me $12 for a meal that was supposed to be $6.50 I went back up and they tried to argue I paid for the triple patty which would have been the 11.99 price. Tried to argue because I wanted a single patty it would still cost the price of a triple combo. Today I tried going and redeeming that free sandwich with large drink purchase and they said the coupon was invalid and it took points off and I still owed 8.57 for a cheese champ burger. Lmao someone either is dumb as a box of rocks and thinks everyone else is. Or they are scamming. I will be reporting this place because this is the last time they try and steal from me while laughing in my face.

You need them, they don’t need you.Once you gather your whits from this jarring interaction you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the “30 min wait for rice”, “out of chicken”, or the classic “we ain’t got no sour cream”. The intricate and strategic planning of being out of virtually any item that makes this a burrito business lends itself to a tension among the cue of patrons aimlessly waiting around the disgusting dining room thicker than the aging queso that’s baked onto the trash receptacle.Should you be brave enough to wait 20-30 minutes for the items you actually desire you’ll be lucky enough to continue your walk on eggshells the rest of the way down the hot table until finally reaching the actively dying or potentially already dead inside cashier who will stare through you with dead cold eyes as they mutter “$23.15” if anything at all. “Rewards?” you quietly ask, the cashier quickly points to a sauce stained 6 month old piece of paper that reads “rewards down”. It’s at that moment, your value as a customer is fully realized and you think “it can only get better right?”.On your way toward the door as you’re scrambling to text your significant other the reasoning for being at Chipotle for 53 minutes you reach for a handful of napkins… not here bud, not here.

dustin vangordon: I just went to this location on 4/6/23 and the line was almost to the door. After waiting 30-40 minutes in line, the line employees are not communicating at all, the lady checking out the items is asking everyone down the line 3 times what we had in our bowls, one of the line employees is chomping on gum like no other, and after I asked for a large chips and Queso at the register, a bag of chips was placed in my bag, but no Queso. So I had to go back for that. It didn’t feel like any managing was really going on this night.

Thats a start. 2nd please get some type leader running the show. I was just served by 10 teenagers who have 0 communication skills let alone know what keeping a clean workspace means for the health of the paying customers. This place has been here for a yr minimal. Please tell me why we are out of almost every product we offer. After paying 50 dollars for what was the most depressing meal i have ever eatn, I can assure you i will never step a foot in that circus tent you call chipotle again. I beg you to please get some real managers and some good team leaders. Train them kids. Or else this will be yet another food establishment thats a complete failure to this already dying city. I will not be spending anymore of my money at this location because of the treatment I received today and the last visit by a red haired women because I asked got my mustard to go on the sandwich. Some of the rudest treatment I have ever received at a restaurant. She indicated that she would not make the sandwich they way I wanted because of subway policy. She was extremely rude to me on my last visit too.

She’s touching the cabinets, food refrigerator, coffee pots counter, this and that and coming back to make the food with the same gloves on.
