Tina Streeter: I’m glad they’re closing Sonic down. There customer service is horrible and the ice cream machines are always down the food is no good and the workers give horrible customer service. I also had to come back to the restaurant too many times because my order was not what I asked for.

Scott Hansen: My sister and I each ordered a cheeseburger combo. We felt it was one of the WORSE burgers we ever had. The burger was lukewarm and the patties were tough. It tasted like the patties were left overs and slapped on the bun. The cheese wasn't even melted. The tots were a little better but not crisp. The burgers were so bad that my sister and I couldn't even finish it.
Peter Myers: Update 9/22:Still drive-thru only. It's weird - if you want ketchup or ranch or anything after you get your order, they won't talk to you thru the speakers. After trying two different spots, a nice worker opened the employees-only door and brought me some condiments when asked. Also, no shakes or slushes. I guess both of those machines are broken.Original review:Drive-thru only. We had a snack - cheese tots and a shake for the kid. I would prefer a cheese sauce rather than the melted Velveeta-type stuff they use. But the tots themselves are about perfect. Nice folks and pretty good food.

Tanya Dubie: I had to sit at the speaker for a very long time, there was only 1 car ahead and they took their order and made us wait until the car in front got their food at the window before I could even order. Since I know that this happens often I didn't let that bother me. The issue was that BOTH slushes that I ordered were AWFUL, I actually had to throw them away, we couldn't force ourselves to drink them, two different flavors by the way. The mozzarella sticks were very good though.

Theresa Grace: This was my first time going in and I went in with somebody who had been in one on the east coast about 10 years ago.I was shocked at how much it cost. It cost me $23 for a cheese burger and fries in a drink.With that said, the burger was fabulous and the fries were great. I can see how they want awards they were a little salty.I just wish they'd offered a meal deal like you get it most places then trying to figure everything out on the board. And the other thing that was an issue was we got there about 11:30 in the morning and the tables were all full except for the really high tables.

Joseph Hardy: Out of all fast food places, Arby's is one of my favs because of the beef n cheddar. But, I got some chicken nuggets with dinner tonight and they were raw. I should've known because I watched the cook take them out of the fryer before the timer went off. The wife and I have had a sour stomach since eating them, no we didn't eat all of them but realized they were raw after eating like 2 or 3 of them. If anyone goes here and gets the nuggets, I'd recommend getting them cooked extra to avoid raw nuggets.

ally with the family: Tonight was the absolute worse costumer service I've ever got. This is usually my go to Arby's till tonight. The old lady working window and taking orders rushed me thru the drive thru all for me to get to the window for her to ask me what I ordered. I was the only customer there. All my sandwiches I ordered where poorly made with old meat, my nuggets that I had to argue with the lady about came out horribly hard, no Arby's sauce like I asked. My sandwich tasted so much like a can of potted meat I ended up feeding to my dog. Very disappointed after spending $40 on food we where by far not happy with.

Sunshine Evans: Im not sure why they were so rude to me over coupons. I gave my order and read what i wanted off the coupon . They asked me if i had the coupons . I replied that i did have them . They gave me my total and it was a little bit more than what it should have been so i asked them at the window about it and the guy point blank said that i didnt say i had them . I told him that i said i did and he insisted that i didnt . Needless to say i didnt get any food from there and im probably not going back . Its my nephews favorite place so we go there often. I am not happy!
R Campbell: Unfortunately the food here is so extremely hit or miss that it’s not a safe betThey have one of every item made ahead and if you order something that hasn’t been ordered in a minute then you’re getting something nasty and congealed and there’s absolutely no workaround to avoid it like ordering without cheese or sauce or whatever cause they’re giving you the old item either way

Angel C: The service was good at this loacation. I don't know if my quirk is with the location or Rallys as a whole. Advertising says a lot. I pulled up with someone else who wanted to order. I had no intention of ordering anything for myself. I noticed on the menu they were selling fried 🍄s......... yummy. 😋 I was excited and my mouth watered. The person I was with enjoyed what they received. I took my shrooms out pf the bag and I felt deceived or thought maybe I was given the wrong item. Upon asking, the staff reported I indeed had a correct order of fried mushrooms. I felt like a kid who had just dropped their ice cream cone on the ground. 😪😔 😢 😭 The Advertising was so deceptive. Again, the service was good, staff were honest, polite and helpful as I inquired about what I was holding. I should have stayed with my 1st intentions.Ive included a pic of what I saw that made my mouth water. I've included pics of what I received trying to show the amount and look of what I received.

Jordyn Petee: Stealing manager/staff.This is the second time this place has tried to lie about the total. They charged me $12 for a meal that was supposed to be $6.50 I went back up and they tried to argue I paid for the triple patty which would have been the 11.99 price. Tried to argue because I wanted a single patty it would still cost the price of a triple combo. Today I tried going and redeeming that free sandwich with large drink purchase and they said the coupon was invalid and it took points off and I still owed 8.57 for a cheese champ burger. Lmao someone either is dumb as a box of rocks and thinks everyone else is. Or they are scamming. I will be reporting this place because this is the last time they try and steal from me while laughing in my face.

Rylan Petrosky: Positively the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Some nights you will pull up and it seems like the workers are just inside not wanting to work so they tell you they're closed. They do such a bad job on preparing food that grilled cheese burritos are always burnt. Got two freezees and they both tasted like there was some kinda cleaner in it. O “Ordinary Me”: I had an order and I was missing quite a bit of food once I got home. I called them multiple times so that I can make them aware they missed items in my order. Each time they hung up and I never received my missing items, but the kept all the money they charged me. Not sure if it was just the team on night shift, but with the amount of money that was paid, I should have been able to come get the rest of my food that I ordered.
