Luke Lang: Went to this Taco Bell and I got the same food that I ordered from another Taco Bell the day before. The one I went to the day before charge me $21.67 for 8 chicken tacos, this one charge me $32.48 for the same order. I was told that some Taco Bell charge different prices for the same food. I called another Taco Bell and gave them my order and they told me that I was overcharged, it should have been $21.67. Don’t go to the Taco Bell on Ballenger and Corunna Rd, they will CHEAT YOU. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I could see why they charged me so much.

So my mom asked if she could hear what comes on the beefy melt and the lady said oh I wasn’t paying attention to what the guy said. The cashier swiped my card for 18 instead of adjusting to the beefy melt burrito. She was very rude individual but thankfully Donna came to the window and instantly fixed the problem for us. Taylor Franklin: The staff here is so nice! I was having trouble being heard at the drive thru and was a bit indecisive, but the cashier was so patient. I was relieved to get my black beans with hot black beans instead of the cold ones I’ve gotten a few times here. I’ve never eaten much TB until going to this location and it’s always a pleasure. Genuinely kind staff here!

Shadow V: 2019- We went through the drive thru 3 times before they got our order right. It wasn't even the whole order!2023- I lowered my original rating from a 2 to a 1 and if it could be 0 it would be. They obviously couldn't be bothered with making our order and just decided to give us some stuff in it. Instead of making the box they gave us 6 hard tacos, the wrong burrito and drink. I do NOT recommend this place. Do not expect good service.Another update...they didn't give us all 12 cinnibon delights and they were stale ✌️

That is insane, but the craziest part about it is they are even smaller and less filled than they were when they were cheaper🤦. Inflation on everything is dragging us working class people through the mud and back. It's sad actually. Rylan Petrosky: Positively the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Some nights you will pull up and it seems like the workers are just inside not wanting to work so they tell you they're closed. They do such a bad job on preparing food that grilled cheese burritos are always burnt. Got two freezees and they both tasted like there was some kinda cleaner in it. But hey they can make a quesadilla, simplest thing on the menu to make.

O “Ordinary Me”: I had an order and I was missing quite a bit of food once I got home. I called them multiple times so that I can make them aware they missed items in my order. Each time they hung up and I never received my missing items, but the kept all the money they charged me. Not sure if it was just the team on night shift, but with the amount of money that was paid, I should have been able to come get the rest of my food that I ordered.

Not sure where the break down in communication happened. One time I asked for a potato taco and literally got everything that goes on the potato taco... IN LITTLE BOWLS. NO tortillas. It's just been a let down one too many times. Especially with inflation. I don't have time to keep wasting money. The crunchwrap I ordered is SO SKIMPY it's like a tablespoon of each ingredient and a mouthful of tortilla. At least they remembered the tortillas but still.I give this location one star. It's consistently a letdown, and better locations in the city where the prices are even better. Smh.
