Flint Children's Center: what do users think?
Joseph Williams: I am disappointed I am having to write this review. I received a letter stating my daughter will no longer be seen by Dr. Holloway. My daughter and I went in to have her regular physical to be completed. At check in, I was given 2 thin surgical masks and was told we were required to put them on. I questioned why this was, they rudely pointed to the “Mask required” sign and said because they are. I said I saw the sign but why the requirement. They responded “because covid”. As I sit down contemplating putting the mask on just to appease them, I realized doing so ERODES my constitutional rights.President Biden says the pandemic is over, CDC says these specific masks do not protect again Covid, so what gives? I asked if they follow CDC guidelines, they responded “yes”. When I made sure they were aware CDC says these masks do nothing, they said “you still have to put it on”.Where does it end? Here is a clown nose, if you do not wear it ,we will refuse medical services. Here are clown shoes etc.
Christina Martin: I am unbelievably disappointed in this office. My 17 year old was a patient from his birth to adolescent years along with my 13 year old daughter. My newborn also became a patient here up until recently. I had discussions multiple times with Dr. Holloway regarding the fact that I am not antivax but I only will do one vaccination at a time. They always say if there is a bad reaction to a vaccination report it. How are you supposed to report a problem when you are giving a dose of vaccine for 7 different things at a time. My last visit was for a shot. The supposed vaccine specialist as she referred to herself started out telling me how my son is way behind on his shots. Which is false. I was there to get his pentacel. The following month was his pneumococcal. I had done one Rotavirus and decided to not do the second considering the possible side effects are the same as the prevention. Not to mention at this appointment my son was 35 weeks old.. the maximum age is 32 weeks and not a day over. Thank God i didn't let this so called specialist give it to him. Hell she didn't even realize how old he was. After being lectured on my right to decide on my child's health. He received his shot we scheduled are following appointment and left. Received a letter two days later. They have canceled his appointment and will no longer be seeing him until I am ready to follow there schedule. Sad to see that doctors actually believe they should be making our decisions for us. Especially on something like this.
Jodi Henderson: I'm getting a lawyer and will be exploring my options against this office. Particularly Dr. Vina Patel...keep looking for more drs.
Madison Robinson: We have seen Dr. Sankaran for 16 years and have ALWAYS loved her as a provider. Like everyone else, we’ve had our run ins with her staff. However, our most recent issue is just upsetting. We went in for a simple checkup and when the MA said my 16 year old daughter is due for Meningitis, Hep A and HPV vaccine. I responded that i wanted to go speak with my husband before making this decision. Mind you, my daughter has received majority of vaccines in her childhood. Dr. Sankaran came in and proceeded to tell us that if she didn’t receive these vaccines we’d have to find a new doctor. I received a letter this afternoon that they are firing us as patients “because she is not comfortable with continuing a parent/physician relationship with anyone who does not want to follow the recommendations of American Academy of Pediatrics Guidelines.... it is my job as a physician to protect my patients from these serious diseases”Absolutely heartbroken that we aren’t allowed a say in our own medical treatment.
Lisa Morningstar: We have seen dr.Holloway for over five years now. Since moving out of state getting any type of help from their office staff about shot records or balance payment has been very disappointing. I tried to call to pay our remaining balance and was told the person who did that was not in the office. The fact that only one office staff member can process a payment is a bit concerning. Then when I try to call back to make the payment they have shut the phones off at least 20 minutes before they close for lunch. When our current doctor asked for our child's last well visit info they sent me a letter with a bill for $25 before they would fax over anything... I understand most places charge a fee but $25 seems steep. Hoping I can finally get my balance paid off and move on with our lives.
Cassie Spicer: Tried to schedule an appointment, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Acted like I was nuisance when I didnt know what doctor I wanted my son to be seen by and I said which ever has the first open availability. Not a good first impression and I will be taking my son else where!
Toni Renerck: Very rude office manager! Beside the rude office manager front desk does not answer phone so difficult to communicate with anyone. Seems disorganized!
Samantha Waite: I hate having to give this review because Dr. Holloway is a phenomenal doctor. My boys have been seen by him and his office since they were babies and my oldest is 15. I am extremely disappointed with how hard it is to get a hold of anybody to make an appointment. They say office opens at 9am, but yet they do not have the phones turned on at that time. There needs to be a better system in place for the phones. How many times should I have to try to call and get through? I called 18times yesterday before the phones were on.
Matt Hopkins: Kids have been coming here for 10 years. Love the staff and doctors!
ItzUrParents: Been our kids doctor's office for over16 years, we love them.
MS: I want to respond to the parents who mentioned that we don't answer our phones. We have six incoming lines that do get answered. Depending on the time of day (first in morning or after school) these lines get quite busy. Depending on what is going on such as flu we also get many phone calls. We do have two phone lines 733-0400 and 733-0610 so if one isn't being answered please try the other one. It is frustrating when this happens but know we do care about your providing good service. Thanks.
Shannon Buchalski: Have always been helpful when I call.
Carmen Ostrander: They don't EVER answer their phones. I have just driven there and shown up. Last time at 9:45 I called when I was almost there they finally answered. They told me they were booked until 3 in the afternoon, standing room only. I said I had driven 20 minutes already and was 5 minutes away I wasn't going home I would sit and wait. We got there and there wand no one at all around except employees! I don't know if it is the doctors or just the office staff. But I am looking for a new pediatrician.

Mott Children's Health Center: what do users think?
Nick: Employees are rude and unhelpful
elizabeth Castro: Excelente Servicio desde El Front Desk Tru The Team Member Cleaning
Daphen Jones: I had an appointment for my daughter at 2 today and they told me it was the next day so I cancelled it because I couldn't make it. Then an hour later I got a call saying if I would like to reschedule since I missed her two o'clock appointment. The lady was so rude on the phone. I've had other incounteres with them being rude but I'm now going to get my daughter a new dentist this was the last time I was going to be treated like that. I wouldn't recommend the dentist but the doctor is very good.
Allahna Stevie: My 1 year old son attends the health department here and it is wonderful. I scheduled an appointment for the dental department a month ago.. and you know life happens. I mistakenly missed his appointment yesterday and was told since I “Broke” the appointment he couldn’t be seen at all and I would have to find a new dentist office all together. I don’t appreciate how condescending, sarcastic, and rude the front office staff were along with the office manager. Life happens.. you never know what someone is going through with their child.. and to be that condescending is just not cool. I think I dodged a bullet because who wants to be spoken to like that by office staff and the manager. Again, the health department is wonderful, the dental department (from what I just experienced) terrible. First I was told I would have to find another office when I asked to speak to office manager she told me what she could do is send out a calendar reminder for February 20th of next year.. just being condescending asl.
POTUS YOTUS: Complete excrement. I doubt the mental competency of the staff. If this is your child’s only dental option, I would recommend becoming self taught. The office staff is of the lowest intelligence I have seen in any medical establishment. The actual dentist resembled an inept student, and I would suggest immediate closure.
Darmita Dumas: They are very and very helpful
Mr Human: They broke the law.the parent was unable to wear a mask.and they refused to see a emergency situation with a child.really? as of June 22 the governor said there is no mask mandate& only three types off places are still required to wear mask& dentist office isnt one of them we think this whole covid(flu) thing is causing people to become paranoid!!.they can be "inches" from a patients face.doing dental work& not catch covid, but a parent who isn't legally required to wear a mask.sitting by themselves.they supposedly can miraculously catch covid from them.that that have.this place should be sued.By law they must accomadate thoughs who cannot wear a mask.they acommdate all others disabilities& religions, but a mask.yes a mask that says "on the box" it doesndoesmnt protect you.will Never go back.
Brittany Butters: Taniesha is extremely disrespectful and should be ashamed of herself for the way she talks to people. Her supervisor needs to be made aware of the her horrendous attitude.
Amanda Sawchuk: Behavioral health needs more professional people working the desk. I like the psychologist for my son but the receptionist need to be trained on how to call and talk to people and communication with appointments.
Marshall Barnett: I had the pleasure working for ABM and or Chris for 10 years at Mott Children's Health Center. Mott treated us like one of there own and invited us to every social gathering they had. I learned a lot while working there and made a few friends as well. I wish everyone the best!
N&R Talley: I NEVER thought in all my days that a doctor's office would refuse to see children because a mother is incapable of wearing a mask. Children that needed to see a doctor! Really... It a mask... The kids are more important. but obviously not to you!
Among Us: They are so nice I had a bad toothache and they numbed me and took my tooth and I now I have no more problems and I can eat in peace 𝔹𝕖𝕤𝕥 𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕤𝕥 𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕣
Taylor S: I went there as a child and now I take my children here. I absolutely love this place
chiefwhitetail: Not a great place to work. Ken complains all the time can be heard throughout and Chris doesnt enforce regulations bothfrom AMP contract services and this creats a hostle work environment. Horrible horrible environment.
Nicole Woycik: I love all the doctors at Mott Children's. My son has been seeing them for 7 years now
Karry Shears: Dr. Rao has always given my son the best care. And when he is sick and I call to have him seen, he is seen the same day. As long as I call first thing in the morning.

Hurley Children's Clinic: what do users think?
Bree G: I wish I could rate this negative stars. If you want doctors that actually care and listen, this is not the place. They’re HORRIBLE. They brushed my concerns off for MONTHS and my child ended up having CANCER. There’s one medical assistant in particular that would always make negative comments directly to me because my child had a tablet, when in reality, it’s only used for appointments, in restaurants, and long car rides. (To her, maybe you should keep your rude comments and unwanted “parenting advice” to yourself since you don’t have all the facts. You’re paid to take temperatures and weights, let’s keep it that way and stop judging parents). The same medical assistant came into the room at a different visit, a visit where I said NO FLU SHOT, gave my child injections without telling me what they were, when I asked I got ignored and she proceeded to give my child said injections..AFTER injections she then told me that I needed to schedule a nurse visit for the second dose of the flu shot. A shot CLEARLY said no to more than once during that visit. I told her I didn’t want it more than once, I told the resident I didn’t want it more than once, and I told the doctor I didn't want it more than once..with the resident standing in the room. (I’m sure that’s illegal?) Another medical assistant didn’t even give my child a chance to stand on the scale properly before telling us to go back to the room and now abnormal weight loss is plastered on the chart. My child was weighed only a few days later with a correct and accurate weight. Turns out there was no weight loss, only proper weight GAIN but that hasn’t, and I’m sure won’t be, removed from the chart. Also, don’t bother bringing up ANY behavioral concerns. They will literally accuse you/your family/babysitters of child abuse and say they’re going to get CPS involved with little to no questions about said behaviors. Behaviors that aren’t even alarming. Speaking to a Hurley social worker, they said that was way out of line and said behavior could have been a number of things. Oh and if you call to express a concern to the office manager. She couldn’t care less, she just brushes you off and is extremely rude and condescending.Do better. You’re giving Hurley a bad name. And I’ve already spoke to the patient advocate. Brushed off as usual.
briana Phelps: The lack of communication from this office is astounding. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this office.
Loretta Spencer: Took my grandson to the doctors
Amanda Plonta: My husband and I have been with the clinic for years with all 7 of our kids, I have nothing but positive things to say about them, every single person from the front desk to the phone operators to every single dr or student in that place have been anything less than awesome to myself, husband, or my kids, I've never had a drs office listen to us so well about our kids before them, I appreciate everyone on staff here so much!!
Elle Musall: Thank you for saving our sweet peanut, you were all absolutely amazing throughout our entire experience.
Ashley Jackson: I left a bad review & they deleted it to save their reputation. I’m not going to explain it all again. But let’s just say, the doctor I saw with my 5 month old son pretty much scolded me and got loud with me because I caught her student lying to me. I left feeling like I wasn’t a good mom and they told me everything I’m doing isn’t good enough.
Cara Jones: I take 3 of my kids here, just gave birth to my fourth and would like to set her up an appointment but can't find a working phone number......
Endya Jourdan: I would NOT recommend anyone to this place. I thought my daughter would be in good hands here but I was wrong. Every time I'd come, there were a different doctor at every appointment. I need 1 simple doctor who can treat my baby. On top of that they have pushy, annoying medical assistants and no one could ever help my daughter when she was in so much pain and bleeding in areas she wasn't supposed to be. NOT ANYMORE. You would think you'd be able to count on doctors and medical assistants. The people here proved that wrong.
catina claytor: Dr. O'Connell is a great child development pediatrician for children with special needs
Edina Chambers: Loved the supportive and informative care we recieved. ❤
jenneline bloing: Being on hold on the phone for a long time, i didn't like. Being not able to get ahold of them asap is not good for my baby. However, sandra bronni is a good doctor, and my baby's nurse is kind, so that's why I'm staying. But, i hope they would really answer the phone calls fast especially if it concerns the baby to be seen by doctor asap. Coz it's never a pleasant experience to be put on hold by phone operators for such a long time that you ended up getting disconnected, quite frankly, it's irritating!
Amanda Montgomery: They know just how to interact with kids! I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed. They did everything in one visit to make sure my little man was healthy. I didn't have long wait times in between seeing doctors and nurses either.
Jamila Marshall: This doctors office is a joke the nurses dont do they're jobs and they apparently have a problem with the incriminating and defamation of character of parents further more my children will never be back there againand i hope this office rots to the ground
Nicole Stevens: Staff is nice but I’m still sitting in a room waiting for the dr over an hour after my appt time!
Kaylee Vasbinder: love them
priscilla gonzales: Awesome nurses and doctors I've been taking all 3 of my boys since they were born!
Mariah Lee: Definitely did not like this clinic. Doctor was okay but did not care for the PA. She didnt seem to understand what she was doing and definitely did not work fast enough. And scheduling appointments? Do they go by their availability or the patients? I did not appreciate the attitude from that receptionist when I asked to schedule a different date and time. I had no choice but to confirm the next already scheduled appointment as if I had nothing going on. I had to cancel 2 appointments that I had that same day because "The doctor does not have any openings and will only see you at the same time you were first seen." I would not recommend this place at all. Disgusted.
Kelly Kaiser: I feel they need to improve somethings. Still great staff. Im glad theyre here to help.
Ahmad Soliman: Wonderful.
London Hu: Would not fill a prescription for upwards of 3 weeks. When they were told that going without the medication in question would cause serious issues to the patient's body, they did nothing. Have some sort of prescription notes taken on the weekend, so things can be filled promptly when the week starts. It is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous to not provide for your patients for this long, and to forward them on weekdays and weekends to a doctor that never picks up, and an answering machine that apparently never gets answered, because nothing gets done. Also, asking the age of the person calling when not medically relevant is extremely invasive. Absolutely inhospitable. Would not recommend.
Jeremy Briseno: Rude. Never has insurance right. Makes appointments at the wrong time.

Mawri's Medical Clinics Flint: what do users think?
Kathleen Parker: Very nice staff, friendly, helpful and understanding. Not a long wait time, nice waiting room and clean office.
Tiffany Zavala: Bring my kids here often when I can't get them into our family doctor's office. Just have to say I've been back 2 days in a row and even set an app for a covid test to clear my son to go back to school. Been left waiting a ridiculous amount of time both times? Thought it was appointments before walk-ins??? Not according to the ladies at the front desk!
Amy Daliege: We were quite impressed with the Urgent Care on Linden Rd. We loved Dr. Mawri and that we didn't have to wait very long to be seen. We will definitely be back!
Jacqueline Freeman: Absolutely amazing clinic and urgent care. Staff and Providers are amazing and so patient and attentive. Highly recommend.
Shelby Carpenter: Fast and efficient! Super nice staff
Alex & Mommy: Love Dr. Mawri he is so thorough and compassionate!!
Stacie Strange: Fast and friendly.
Jesse Szmagaj: Amazing with the kids! Fast and to the point. Have never waited longer then 10 mins from our appointment time to be taken in. Kids enjoy him too!
Chloe Young: We switched from this practice another that was closer to our home. Unfortunately they will no longer see my daughter since she isn’t THEIR patient for urgent care. However we had been seen multiple times after we switch. Apparently it’s a “new policy”Sad they will turn away a sick toddler
Jennifer Feeney: This practice has been godsend to our family. They are always available to see my child and provide excellent medical care.
Kendell Snear: I love Dr Mawri! The best doctor any of my children has seen before. He’s so sweet, gentle, and funny! He’ll make the children feel comfortable, and laugh! You don’t see many doctors that actually care about their profession, but he 100% does! Thank you Dr Mawri!
Dayonna Ward: Doctor Mawri is AMAZING. My daughter has been seeing him since after she was born and now she is three years old. He has a great personality and is always in good spirits. He usually comes in singing and dancing and my daughter loves it. He takes him time and makes sure my daughter is taken care of. The part I love the most is, out of all the patients he see, he remembers my family when we come in. I have nothing but love for him.
Kristina: Dr. Mawri is a great doctor that cares about his patients, this is the best urgent care for children!
hadel kneifati: Dr. Mawris's practice refused to see my daughter because they have a policy of no show from the first time they can no longer accept the patient. I understand each practice has its policy, but that approach is inconsiderate of the struggle of the minor's parents and how to deal with my child's tantrum, and they didn't ask me what was reason for the no-show.
Amy Wentworth: dr mawri is a great dr who cares and is very knowledgeable definitely recommend !!!
Ashley Reid: Has been a wonderful office for my kids to go to. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Will answer any questions I have. It's very easy to get an appointment for if someone gets sick.
Kelly Willette: Absolutely love Dr. Mawri!
Ariana Hoye: Normally I'd give the office a 5 star raving review but the last 2 times we were unable to see Dr.Mawri and we had to wait over a hour past our appt time for the kids to be seen. I love Dr.Mawri and so do my children but things definitely aren't the same with him not in the office.
Valeria Powers: Dr. Mawri is a phenomenal doctor. I like how gentle he is with my infant son. My teen daughter like him as well. He is attentive and will answer any questions you have. His staff are always nice and very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone who have kids. Best doctor we’ve had so far.
Melissa Yake: If I could give zero stars I would. We loved Dr. Mawri when we first started going to him but as he started expanding to other locations we only saw his PA or nurse practitioner. We made the decision to switch to a pediatrician closer to our house since we weren’t seeing Dr. Mawri at our appointments.Fast forward 3 months and our daughter needed urgent care so we took her to Mawri’s urgent clinic. They REFUSED to see our 3yo at the urgent care because we moved to another pediatrician. You can’t call yourself an urgent care if this is your practice and what kind of Dr. has this kind of policy in place for his “urgent care clinic?” I will never recommend him to anyone ever again.
Brianna Gilbert: We love Dr. Mawri & all of the staff! They are amazing with our daughter, we never have to wait for an appointment and they are very thorough and address all my concerns!

The Children's Office Flint - Ascension Medical Group Genesys: what do users think?
Terry Brackins: I had a 3 opp I have had so many things going on that I thought his opp was 3 30 sorry some people are going threw things and yes they are rude. So I’m taking my son to a Hurley doctor he is 16 time to see an adult doctor they not helping . My first born always saw Hurley doctors and had no problem with my daughter they help her even when she was having problems with school so I will not be going here no more I don’t even think they check these how ever since I am .a nurse in the hospital and my family is on the board they will here about this and there is a number to call about your experience at this office all you have to do is go to the Ascension Genesys and look up the number and then you call it. Sometimes you will get an answering machine you leave your name and number and what you want to talk about and they will call you back.
Lillian Wright: the people are so rude. i don’t recommend coming here. they have the worst attitude and make you feel not welcomed at all. the children’s office is fenton though is great!
LINDA Miou: I TOOK MY SON TO THE FLINT OFFICE YESTERDAY 10-25-21 AND THE DOCTOR ASSUMED THAT HE HAS THE SAME THING I HAD WHICH WAS RSV. WITHOUT TESTING HIM FOR IT, I ASKED DR IF HE SHOULD BE TESTED AND HE SAID NO.I HAD MENTIONED THAT MY SON WAS AT A FOOT BALL GAME AND I ASKED ABOUT COVID TEST AND DOCTOR SAID SINCE MOM TEST NEGATIVE THERE WOULD BE NO REASON FOR HIM TO BE TESTED FOR COVID.I INSISTED THAT MY SON GET THE COVID TEST AND GO FIGURE THAT MY SON TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID. I WISH THEY WOULD BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CHILDREN’S HEALTH AND TAKE THE CORRECT ACTIONS AS THEY SHOULD TO MAKE SURE THE KIDS ARE STAYING HEALTHY AND WORRY LESS ABOUT HOW MANY PATIENTS ARE BEING SEEN A DAY.
Madison Kuchar: HORRIBLE, my friends kid left with a hand print on her arm! Police were involved!
Erin Edwards: It pains me to write this review as dr simmert was my doctor since I can remember. Today my daughter was grabbed so hard by one of the nurses here that it left an imprint on her arm. She is already terrified of the doctor as is. Never coming back.
Samantha Bartle: Have never left here without being trapped in a room for an hour. Doesn't matter if you come early or not. Went to the Fenton location, in and out in a half hour. This place just takes its time. You can hear everyone out of your door, having fun and giggling while you sit there hoping to be out within 2 hours. Complete nonsense
Monica Embeck: I love this office! Dr. Allyn saved my daughter’s life. This is the place to go if your child suffering from mental illness I recommend The Children’s Office. They are very helpful and they really care about our children.
siimply Me: After commuting to here with 4 children (hour drive) for the past 8 years they “terminated” us in the middle of a pandemic over me asking a question. Be warned if you question them you may end up like me. Totally inconvenient
Audrey Deming: Receptionists are always extremely rude and disrespectful.Drs ignored my daughters severe dairy allergy that she had since birth; told me basically that I was a first time mom and didn’t know what I was talking about.Said I would never go back.3 years later had my son and just scheduled an appointment out of Convenience when we left the hospital. Again ignored what I had witnessed and was told ‘I’ve been a Dr for 20 years and I’ve seen it all. This is normal.’Turns out it yet again was not normal. Always trust your instincts and get a second opinion. Also DONT use this Drs office.
Amanda Coon: I loved Dr Murphy and I am a fan of Dr Allyn's. However, the administrative staff here are absolutely the worst. They take condescending and rude to a whole new level. Half the time they don't turn off the answering machine, so getting through to the office to make appointments is terribly difficult. I wish I had changed to a different pediatrician when Dr Murphy retired. Now I just feel like I am stuck here until my oldest ages out.
Tabatha Dehmel: It actually pains me to write this review. Dr. Simmert is an AMAZING doctor, and has been my pediatrician for nearly 10 years. All of the other Dr's there as well are great. However today I called to get my daughter in and was told they no longer accept our insurance (bummer) so I asked the receptionist if she happened to know of any offices in the area that did, very snotty she told me "NO". I asked if she would be able to tell me in a guesstimate of what I would have to pay out of pocket to have my daughter seen, as she is sick and needs to be seen. Again the response was very rude as she scoffed and basically said she didn't know. Mind you most people don't call their child's doctor just for the fun of it...Maybe tell me you aren't sure and transfer me to billing or someone who may be able to tell me. I just offered to pay out of pocket to have my child seen. I can assure you I will not call back to that office ever again.
Z J: Amazing office saw a Dr from here at the hospital when my wife gave birth to our daughter. She is 15 months old now and we have had amazing experiences there. If you want to be seen right away you need to let them know you don't care who sees you. All the doctors are really good their. The only person I ever had a problem with was a PA named Ashley that wanted to argue with me that todler formula isn't as good as just whole milk. Besides that they have always taken care of my daughter really well. When she had to have her ears cleaned out, which toddlers hate, the Dr was really nice about it and took his time. It wasn't just hold her down and scrape out her ears he took his time. When she had a bad rash and we couldn't determine what it was the Dr went through a dermatology journal with me explaining what tp watch for for the ones it most closely resembled. The office is great and it is not an in and out money mill type office they take there time and care about the patients. The doctors are really knowledgeable and able to answer question were some Dr i have been to in the past just type stuff into a computer. I actually had a Dr that used web MD before. These doctors know there stuff and if by some chance they don't they can consult the other doctors. Having multiple doctors there is amazing and we have seen all of them. Best thing to do is make an appointment though, walk-ins obviously would take a bit longer.
Travis Eberhart: Doctors were OK except for the time they ignored a flat spot on my son's head that my wife pointed out. We were told it wasn't a big deal. We later found out it was caused by torticollis. Average wait time to see a Dr is about 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Kids don't like to sit idle that long. The receptionists are mostly rude. We put up with it for over a year but the last straw was when we called ahead and took my son there on a Saturday because he was very sick. They left and locked the doors without telling us. Shows an obvious lack of care for our son and complete lack of professionalism I would expect. UPDATE: Shortly after leaving this truthful and negative review, the office sent me a letter telling me how it was unprofessional how I 'missed' the previously mentioned appointment. And then they sent our $66 medical bill to collections. It's sad that the office seems to have more passion for getting revenge on negative reviews than they had for the health of my child. Oh and my older son had his first appointment at his new pediatrician and we found out he has knock knees. Stay far away from this place!
Christina Eberhart: I've been going to this office ever since my first son was born and I've been saying I wanted to find somewhere else because the wait time is always too long. Well today, they made me realize I really needed to go somewhere else! They do not care about their patients and that was made clear to me today. I called at 9:30 and asked if I could bring my son in because he was sick. I was asked how far away I lived and I told the office 20 minutes and was told to come in and they would put me on the schedule. I wasn't given an appointment time, just was told to come in. The office called me at 10:18 asking if I was still coming and I told them yes, but my son was sleeping when I called and I had to wake him, feed him and other things (I have a 3 month old as well) the office tells me they will keep an eye out for me. My husband got to the office with our son at 10:45 and they were gone. The doors were locked, the phones were off. I left a voicemail on the emergency line and the Dr did give me a call back but not to apologize, he argued with me on why they left and that it was ok! So the year and a half I've been going to this place I've always been on time, always had to wait in the room for an hour or more but the one time I guess I'm running late even though I wasn't given a time to come in, they leave. Let me just add the staff is rude and it takes the nurses forever to come back in after the Dr leaves to do vaccines. *Update!* They actually sent me a letter in the mail saying my no show was unacceptable! It's comical really. I wouldn't of been a no show if they wouldn't of left without telling me. What a childish practice.
Kelli Horner: Love this office and the staff. Dr Allyn is great. I would recommend to anyone. He handles special needs children outstanding! Love him
Margaret Lobstein: I love this office and all the staff, they are great with my son. We never have to wait long. They are very professional and great at what they do. We have never felt rushed out of the office. My only complaint is that the waiting room and bathrooms need a good cleaning. Dr. Simmert and Dr. Chrenka is my son's favorite. We love the ladies at check out, they are so nice and always ask how we are. I recommend this office and Dr's, to everyone!!!!
Mike Singer: Wait times CAN be an issue, but I prefer the doctor spend the time required vs. rushing to meet the clock. Been going for years ... very happy.
Breanna Bartholomew: The Children's Office was my doctor office from 5 to 18, and now I'm 22 and bring my own daughter here. The staff is always extremely kind, patient, and considerate. The longest I've ever had to wait was 15 minutes, tops. I couldn't recommend them enough.
Taylor Mason: I love this doctor's office. The doctor's are amazing and my son loves them. The wait time to get in a pretty fast. When I need a last minute appointment they get me in right away. I love that they are open Saturdays for emergencies! I never have to take my child the after hours clinic!
Jessica Goodrich: All four of my daughters have seen these doctors since the day they were born. One has now "graduated" out of the office. They are always good about answering questions and take the time you need in the rooms to do a thorough job. They explain things to the kids as well to try to put them at ease. They even worked to squeeze in a foster son of ours because we wanted him to have the best doctors just as our children had. I have nothing but great things to say!
Heather Quasarano: Friendly and efficient staff. Appointments always available. Never have to wait. Great Dr's.
