Raeann Gatenby: Been coming here for years for repairs. They are always friendly. Had a heater core issue and when dash was put back together my radio did not work. Had to turn around and go. back and only fixed my Sirius. Am/Fm would not work. After an 1800$ job it should all work and they should have cleaned the greasy fingerprints off inside of windshield .Still have to drive back out there to resolve the rest of the issue. Of course they won't charge me for that, but what about my time and gas money? Not so happy this time.

I told him everything I wanted and what kind of budget I had, and he nailed every single thing. He worked with my schedule so I could take the truck for a test drive. Casey came in on her day off to do the paperwork and I brought the truck home within a few hours. Both of them were just extraordinary people. Normally buying a vehicle is boring and time consuming but their hospitality made it very comfortable. They were straightforward and detailed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Patrick McCaskey: Really shi**y customer service and communication. Confirmed availability for a car 4/10 @ 11:00AM with a Alice L., confirmed we should test drive first which is located 1 hour and 45 minutes from home. Received multiple confirmation appointments from Alice L. and Aaron Erway regarding my appointment the following morning. Received a call @ 9:30AM 4/11 (15 minutes away at this point) to confirm appointment from some girl, and I'd be with Jay today.Get to the 'dealership', and was told by Jay that apparently the car was sold for auction that morning? Don't get how a car would be sold for auction that quickly when someone literally was ready to pull the trigger on buying it and HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE IT SCHEDULED YESTERDAY. I've purchased A LOT of vehicles, and this situation was the weirdest, most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a so called 'dealership'. Idk how someone wasn't able to confirm availability of a car in your lot within 24-hours, or why said car is still listed on your website? This should have been communicated the morning of, not when I'm almost there by some stringy blonde; you open at 9. Being a car salesman isn't rocket science, do better.

Luckily I talked to a lady named Lisa who was also fantastic. I told her that I wanted to make sure Dean got my sale even though he wasn't there, she reassured me that she could take care of everything but make sure Dean would get credit. Lisa took such great care of us and was so helpful it made our purchase smooth and easy. On Monday I got a text from Dean thanking me. This is why I love to purchase our vehicles from Randy Wise!

Hayley Norris: My lease was up and I was on the search for a new car within my budget-which isn’t an easy feat with the current market. I had been to another jeep dealer the day before and was having a hard time getting the salesperson and manager to listen to my wants and needs. I reached out to Feldman via online chat, where I first met Dan Provenzola and Vera. Dan gave me an initial quote based off very little info. When I was able to get in to see him the next day my needs were a little more than what he had quoted me. Needless to say, Dan fought for what I wanted and needed and got me (what feels like) the deal of the year! We all know the car buying/leasing process can be long and boring, but Vera, Dan’s assistant was a pleasure to sit and chat with while she worked on all the paperwork. If you’re in need of a new car, make sure you go see Dan and Vera at LaFontaine of Fenton; I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Not only was the process done completely through text and email, my husband was able to lower his payment $50 a month from Dave finding an incentive. My Jeep payment is right on point, especially in this market. He finds you what you want quickly and stays within the range you are looking to spend. Their service of dropping off your new lease and taking your previous one is such a game changer for us. If you want someone who is fair, doesn’t waste your time, is excellent at communicating the process and what is going on, go see Dave!2021: Dave was extremely fast and helpful. He found me a great deal! The process was seamless and easy from start to finish. The driver who brought the car was professional and courteous. I am so happy with my new Jeep! Patrick McPherson: Not a good experience. Dealer shenanigans include forced purchase of non-disclosed add ons (paint and fabric sealant for $1,295) as well as packing payments to cover an extended service contract I did not want. In both cases dealer was not forthcoming and I had to probe deeply to reveal the ‘hidden’ costs. It’s tactics like this that perpetuate the old school sleight of hand that destroys dealership reputations.
Krista Dungey: The recent oil change other that the long wait was good however I again am having the jeep wobble at high speeds and called for service and they could. It get me in until 5/18/23. Unacceptable. The vehicle has just 25,000 this is the second such incident and I’ve had to resort to taking it to Garber in Saginaw.
