Pastor Doug: I dropped off a blazer. That I use while umpiring baseball, it was filthy. The team did a fantastic job cleaning it and had it ready for me the next day!

D G: I don’t know what to say. I am heart broken that our flag has been disrespected. I need to wear this jacket this Sunday yet the flag is upside down. I was pressed to get to another engagement, so I’m just as guilty for not double checking the work. Buffington Bros: I purchased a brand new red dress from Macy's for my 50th birthday. I wanted them to press it. On the day of my party, my red dress was stretched in the front. I went to the cleaners before the party to show them the black dress which they also pressed. It had what I thought was a scorched mark on it. The next business day my husband took both dresses to them. They fixed the black one and kept the red one for over a week. The owner purchased the same dress from Macy's. She refused to give me the new dress. I tried both dresses on and the new one fit snug just like the one I brought in before they stretched it. She wanted me to take my dress back to Macy's after they made the mistake. I will never bring any clothes to be cleaned here and I will tell everyone I know about this incident. I will put it on Facebook. When you have a problem with a business the best way is to hit their pockets.

Sarah Carr: Clean facilities and the attendant working at the time was very helpful as he offered to bring us change as soon as we walked in the door. The prices were decent, comparable to most other laundromats. I would definitely recommend.

brian bostwick: Do not go here to wash their clothes,the machines ruined my fiancée’s clothes on Friday 17,2023, when I called to talk to the owner about the problem,he was ok. Then I asked him if he replaces damaged clothes,he said no. So if you treasure your CLOTHES DO NOT GO THERE PERIOD
Never A Dull Moment: Good prices on drying my clothes-only $1.25 for 30 min. Went at night few times & the downside is its a poorly lit parking lot. Its basically only lit from lights coming thru windows from inside laundrymat. Very dark & if you dont park right in front of the building/windows, it seems a bit sketchy. Backside of building no lights & if you didnt know there was an open business there, you'd miss it in a second. Sign states they never close but there is note on front door with hours that state otherwise.

Bad idea on my part i guess. Easy I thought. I was told the day before that if I wanted to add services just call, or email. So I did and asked for a dryer vent cleaning the day before. Heard nothing back. Ok whatever. Figured it wasn't that easy but they even said so. Guess not. They came, cleaned the vents and left. Was fast and sort of painless. Except I had so much mess left over my basement on shelves, floors, etc. I was kinda surprised. Messes left pretty bad but oh well. I would not use them again. There was cleaning solution residue on my leather couch 10 inches up from the floor,, and front of an end table. I had to clean both twice. It was even smeared by my front door handle. Footprints and residue all over my pergo flooring as well. A call from a manager would be appreciated. It was the most I have ever paid, and the most clean up I've ever had to do.

David Gaylord: Dust Out came and cleaned my vents. I wanted to make sure they got all of them. After looking, I thought I found a vent they missed. When I spoke to Dave, I told him I wasn't sure if the vent in question was cleaned. Just send someone out to make sure I'm right I said. Nope. They're not going to do that. They sent a truck and crew to check. Sure enough, they missed it. Not only did they clean the vent in question, they checked all the other vents, just to make sure they got everything.
