D G: I don’t know what to say. I am heart broken that our flag has been disrespected. I need to wear this jacket this Sunday yet the flag is upside down. If you don’t know what that means then google it.I just don’t think I can ever go back cause I don’t think our flag is held in high esteem in this establishment.This, in my opinion is horrible. Buffington Bros: I purchased a brand new red dress from Macy's for my 50th birthday. I wanted them to press it. On the day of my party, my red dress was stretched in the front. I went to the cleaners before the party to show them the black dress which they also pressed. It had what I thought was a scorched mark on it. The next business day my husband took both dresses to them. They fixed the black one and kept the red one for over a week. The owner purchased the same dress from Macy's. She refused to give me the new dress. I tried both dresses on and the new one fit snug just like the one I brought in before they stretched it. She wanted me to take my dress back to Macy's after they made the mistake. I will never bring any clothes to be cleaned here and I will tell everyone I know about this incident. I will put it on Facebook. When you have a problem with a business the best way is to hit their pockets.

Dan Yoon: This places is super clean and has new machines that work great! My cloths dried in 20 minutes. Never seen washers spin so fast!

lee Detwiler: This place is my go to for large capacity loads to wash comforters etc. Always clean and in good repair as far as equipment. I travel 40 minutes one way to use it.

Carpe Noctem: I took in costume pieces for dry cleaning. Pointed out a few safety pins on a skirt I was getting dry cleaned. I asked they not be removed, was told that wouldn't be an issue. They were used to hang the skirt onto the wire hanger. Totally ruined the set front hem line of my costume which took me about 40 minutes to properly fix, the pins held several layers of material up so I am able to walk in it.
1suvgirl: I like this laundromat although it is coin operated. The other pro clean on court st. uses a card instead of coins. I do like that feature however. The coin operated laundromat is Located on Corunna n dye rds. It’s kind of small. Decent area. Clean. Helpful staff. Machines work. I think the machines here wash n dry better than the Court st pro clean. The machines were very clean. Everyone took their carts in instead of leaving them in the parking lot. I only saw one person do this and that’s pretty good since there was a lot of people there. It was immediately taken back in by staff. The weekends are a little noisy and crowded. The only cons is people driving fast through the parking lots at both the laundromat and Kroger and the use of coins.

Lynda Shaw: These folks are always busy. They do a great job and are friendly. During November the have a huge box out front for Coats for Kids but it's also for adults too. So if you have a gently used coat you'd like to donate just stop online. They will dry clean it and send it out to the organizations that are giving away Free coats. Open 6 days a week.

Jackson: This was the worst dry cleaner I been to in Genesee County, I gave them 4 Polo shirts (70$ each) to be cleaned after I picked up my shirts I noticed once I got home that 3 of them still had spots that were noticeable I took them back and they tried again but one of the shirts still had a spot on the sleeve. Now today while I was putting on the 4th shirt I notice there is a small hole by the horse, this is ridiculous to charge 40$ but then destroy and half clean customers clothing I will never go to any Troy’s cleaners again they need to train their employees better this is unacceptable.

Pat N.: This Laundromat is opened 24 hours and 7 days a week. It have extremely Large to small commercial washers, and dryers. Their largest washer washes up to 10 loads for $11.00, 5 loads for $9..00, approx 3 loads for $7.00, and the smallest for 1 load is $3.50, and medium washer, I believe was $4.00/or $4.50. Dryers are large, and drys fast. They are priced at .50¢. Depend on how many loads, and what item you have in the dryer for its drying time. $1.00, $1.50, $2.00/$2.50 should dry a whole load to a 10 load of clothes. The facility also have a change machine for $1, up to $20 bills. They also have a snack vending machine, and a drink one, a vending for needed laundry items (trial ppackages of washing items, bleach, dryer sheets, laundry bags, hangers, etc) and a customers restroom, mounted Televisions, and some type of prize coin game machine, tables to fold your clothes, baskets to collect items from washer/dryers, & carts to assist you to bring in/take out your laundry. And most of the staff seems to be very helpful, & Friendly.
