The young African American lady was taking care each line but alternating but it became my turn I was skipped over twice and I address her she didn't answer my question then back to the little window with my order like I bothering her no thank you have a good day or anything but others before was greeted in that manner. Kaitlyn: I’ve been going to Hoffman’s since this location opened and I’m really bummed that the quality just isn’t there anymore. I used to LOVE Hoffman’s sandwiches, but the last few times I’ve been, the sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller..yet, I can’t say the same thing about the price. I also noticed this time that the bread is different and the sourdough just looks and tastes like toasted white sandwich bread..well not toasted, because my food was soggy when I got it home and my order was incorrect. Overall just disappointed in the lack of quality. Please do better and make your sandwiches the way you used to. Edit: I called and told someone (didn’t get name) my issue and they put me in the books to order a new sandwich to replace this one, so thank you for that! I really appreciate it. Hopefully it turns out better.

Leggings 4 Life: We have ordered from McAlister’s a lot in the past year and enjoyed it but lately the service has gone down drastically. The food is now way overpriced and the last two orders I’ve placed have been wrong. Tonight there was a black hair on my pickle! So gross. They changed the strawberry shots in the pure cane lemonade that costs almost $5 a drink and it’s not even close to the same thing as before or worth what it was. My Club sandwich didn’t even have Spring Mix on which it is supposed to… Overall the service just sucks these days! Not sure I’ll be back after a second disappointing trip that costs me $50 to feed 3 people.
Gretchen Sage: We have ordered here a few times. Each time it’s been great. Only disadvantage is it is kind of pricey. Cannot go wrong with the berry pecan salad. Their customer service is also great. The convenience of ordering through the app or online and picking up through the drive up window is awesome too. Will be back probably more than I should be.

That's no drinks, desert, or side upgrades. On a regular day I would pay half price tops for the items, but even then the sandwiches were a bit light on meat for the price. Worth a try, but didn't turn out great for us personally.

So we go walking and it’s LITERALLY 8:20 pm. We try and place and order and they’re not doing hot food anymore tonight. Sandy La mar: First time at this establishment. We walked in ,only ones in line , a young lady on the phone at front counter, never spoke to us . A young man walking back and forth behind the counter acknowledged us and said he'll be with us in a moment . A young lady walked in to pick up an order . We told her to go ahead ,we were looking at the menu . We decided after a minute or two . She left , still nobody waited on us. My husband walked to the men's room and he came out and I'm STILL WAITING because 4 ladies came in and went right up to the register and the young man came over and waited on them . This was a total time of almost 15 minutes. We walked out !!!

Tiralana: I'm a long time fan of Koegel's hot dogs, especially their foot long dogs. For the life of me I can't find them anywhere.I have to wonder if they're a seasonal product or if they were discontinued.
Barbara Doggett: I grew up on Koegel meat products. The past few years, I have noticed that the taste and quality of some products has changed and not for the better. The hot dogs are almost tasteless and the texture is kind of mushy. The skin on the Polish sausages no longer stick to the meat inside. As soon as heat hits it, the skin curls up and falls off and the texture of the meat is also kind of mushy and not as flavorful as it used to be. Even the balogna is not as good as it used to be. I have all three of these products right now but I'm thinking about not purchasing them anymore. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down.
Matt St. Onge: I have always and will always support Koegels. I grew up on their viennas and pickled bologna and red hots. I recommend their viennas to all that simply aren't in the know. As of late, however, I've found their pickled bologna and red hots to be lacking. I work for a Michigan retailer and lately the pickled bologna and red hots have been coming in looking quite aged (grey) and unappetizing. Tasting them only has verified that this is NOT what I've eaten all my life. They don't taste as they've always tasted. They look and taste old. I've stopped purchasing Koegel's pickled bologna and red hots and began purchasing Little Town Jerky's pickled bologna instead. It tastes how Koegel's used to, except with a slightly more smoky flavor. Otherwise, I'll always be a die hard for Koegel's viennas! Nothing goes better on a Detroit Coney! I hope Koegel's gets their pickled bologna and red hots back to how they used to be. I miss that flavor.

Bob: Thank God for Koegel on the road , we live in Georgia but a Michigan transplant who doesn't get up that way much. I grew up on Koegel hot dogs and pickled bologna in fact i remember Dad taking us to the local tavern and they would have a big jar of pickled bologna and pig feet on the bar . A few weeks ago the truck came into town and we loaded up and this time bought the dinner franks and with sauerkraut was Delicious . Too bad Koegel isn't nationwide with suppliers like krogers and walmart.

There's no snap to them anymore. 🙁 Maybe they're not using as many, because they're not producing as many (because of covid canceling ball games, festivals, etc.) and being older makes them tough?Either way, what's the point of spending the extra money if there's no snap when you bite it?Does anyone know if Nathan's hotdogs have snap?
Rachel Gutierrez: At first there were a lot of bone pieces and hard gelled (what ever that was) in the bologna. I have not bought it in over a year and a half. Tried it again it seemed fine. That was great the last pack has fine pieces of bone. I'm done.

Then he seemed frustrated that I was looking at all the meat they offered. The grey bacon was in the case didn't look appealing, so I passed on that. It seems like I was being watched like a hawk when I came in here.I ended up purchasing a 6 pound box of breakfast sausage and 5 pounds of ground round. I should have checked the price tag - they charged me 50 cents more per pound and called it chuck instead of round. Ugh!

They have roaches, the c-19 plastic protection shields at the cash registers constantly break and create safety hazards for customers and employees alike, constant stealing, poor management- they fired all minors for small things so that they could switch to “hiring 18+” only, they mistreat their staff. They don’t have enough workers for most if not all of those reasons above, so they have staff do things that they don’t get paid for. People in deli working the register, cashiers being impromptu courtesy clerks. One cashier they had being a makeshift courtesy clerk, had constant asthma attacks from getting carts and had to be hospitalized almost every time and they still made them go out. Took management about 3-4 times of the employee having an attack before they finally decided they can’t get carts.

At this location I had one incident with the kiosk and the person I spoke to at the desk. However; I take names and I DO call corporate. Trust! Other than that I find everything I need. I don't like that kroger doesn't have a non dairy section of choices available, as does meijer. Other than that this location is cool. Some of the experiences I'm reading....deserves a Call to the headquarters. I appreciate that this location is next to the apartment building that does have a lot of disabled persons (drunks too) but I digress it's good spot for the apartment dwellers. I love the savings card...I don't like the gas but if you do , unlike meijer your points can be used for gas. So I'm done I've went on, and on. Store cool some employees not so much. 4☆ for me...good day

brian wolfe: It used to be a great place to shop but i had a bad experience with the dat shift manager telling me they were waiting for the person who runs bottles to come in but yet it was after 9 and they had 5 employees standing around talkong i said well cant they help she said you can apply and you can do bottles i said i have a job she said you obviously dont becaise yer returning bottles

Matthew Charles: This Kroger is a good hometown store for most everyone on the Eastside of Flint MichiganEveryone has to return bottles and cans and this is closest for themI wish they could double the size of the bottle room and amount of machines , I know they won't, but doesn't hurt to dream lol. , The store has a great deal of items ,Much better than Wal-Mart for groceriesI'm thankful this store is here !!!
