I’ve had bad doctors in the past; but if you want someone who truly listens to your concerns, has compassion, and knows what they’re doing then this is the place!

Kristen Kraft: I had my first visit here as a new patient today. I honestly had a very pleasant experience. Everyone from the receptionists, the nurse, my doctor to Ben the lab gentleman who said he'd take a late lunch for a consumer to be able to get his blood work done before court.I used to go to the McLaren residency center here in flint and the care and effort put forth towards everyone was night and day. My waits to be seen were not long either which I value the office respecting my time.I saw Francesca (sp? I apologize!) and she was friendly and addressed all my concerns as a new patient.Thank you for the great care!

Gnome Emong: I've interacted with three doctors here and they have been the kindest most thorough medical professionals I've seen in a while. And I've seems lot lol, maybe even too many.Jori the NP and Dr. Phung are both really sharp and their bedside manner is good. You can tell they aren't just being doctors because mom and dad wanted them to be. I think they really want to help people.It's surprisingly difficult to find doctors who aren't caught up in their ego. When a doctor is in their ego and trying to maintain their authority instead of listening to the patient, it isn't fun for the doctor or the patient. Creates tension.They don't do that here. At least all the people I've interacted with.I feel cared for, and seen and heard. That's important.Four stars because they advertise on the tablets during check in. They advertise medication in a doctor's office, directly to the patient. It's probably easier to make an argument that such marketing is unethical than it would be to argue otherwise. Also they pump in ads on a TV that has programming that's mixed up with pharma ads. Like it's a channel just for doctor offices lol. Madness.Gave me a bad blood pressure reading.I'm considering filing a civil suit because if it. It's so annoying . Nothing will happen except me losing money but oh well. It's illegal to advertise pharmaceuticals at all in countries that have better laws. It's illegal for a reason.But other than the unethical advertising it's a good clinic.Namaste

Autumn Nemitz: Have had multiple issues with this practice involving scheduling and miscommunication. Even spoke with the supervisor regarding this issue and she assured me some one from the front office would call me to reschedule my appt. Waited and waited but never received a call. Had to end up calling them for medication refills and was advised I needed an appointment for that, but the schedule was booked out for 3 weeks. THEN a staff member had the audacity to tell me I needed to take some responsibility for them not reaching me to schedule the appt. Extremely unprofessional environment. Discharging myself from this practice TODAY.

Quetika Eason: Took off work for physical. Was told when I got there that Dr. Wong couldn't do my physical because he wasn't my primary physician. Wow poor communication. That mt my primary wouldn't be able to do it until in December. Didn't even feel bad. I had already been waiting. Changed clinics.

Syd Gassel: I wish I could give more stars the staff are friendly and patient not to mention the nurse practitioner that I see char is the absolute best I was so nervous that I wouldnt be listened to and she made me comfortable enough to talk to her and confidence in her word thank you so much for your service. Oh and a nurse named Ruby she was also very sweet and understanding and made me super comfortable with the whole appointment. Would recommend anyone seeking mental or physical health.

I can't leave out the security guard on the first floor he does a wonderful job and is so friendly and takes you to the elevator.

Larry Soule: Make sure you arrive a few minutes early. The clinic is on the 2nd floor, so you have to go thru security to get to it. The security I met were God people, but when it gets busy for other things, they can get busy. The actual staff is all amazingly friendly and helpful.

Cadenza: My doctor is great, this review is in no way a reflection of her. This review is simply about trying to get a hold of ANYONE in the office lately. I have been trying to call about an urgent matter for the past 2 days since it happened and not a single person has answered the phones. I've sat on hold waiting to be answered for upwards of a half hour. And this is not the only time this has happened. One of the last times I complained about this they said their phones were not great. And it continues to happen and nothing changes with their phones. I'm about to drive up there just to get some freaking help.

Amanda Kenney: I am 24 weeks pregnant and I started out a 166.7 pounds now I am 264 I gained nearly 100 pounds I have been complaining about it every sense I went past 200 I am so uncomfortable and it's harder to get around instead of helping me and doing test to find out why I have gained so much they fudged my weight numbers and said I have been this weight for 2 years. I would advise anyone that wants a good ob doctor not to look for it at this facility

bobotat123: I have nothing but good things to say about this place..Appointments are easy to get, I can talk to someone right away instead of getting an automated system where I have to go through a 5 minute menu only to have to wait in line to speak to an actual person. I have never had to wait for an appointment I've scheduled..staff is very friendly and helpful. And Dr. Naismith is fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable, and if you have questions after your appointment will get back with you within a few hours.

Callum Carr: I was pretty disappointed with my care here, so much so that I am now driving to Ann Arbor to go to the University of Michigan for care. The office staff at McLaren are very nice but there were a lot of problems. My OB left the country for good and no one informed me. This threw my care for a loop. I wasn't able to get any of the necessary medication refilled. I'm struggling with Hyperemesis and with Depression. My previous OB had no problem prescribing me meds to help with this but as soon as he left the practice it was like pulling teeth. I ended up missing MORE work because I couldn't stop vomiting and went through withdrawal over my depression medication. I called and emailed to get scripts filled and never got a response from the office - no email back, no phone calls. I also don't think I ever spent more than 15 minutes with a doctor at any time. They are clearly over worked and the care is just not what it should be at all. I was faced with the decision to continue care 10 mins from my home or go somewhere that I felt safer. So I'll be driving an hour away for care from now on. I know this will complicate my pregnancy and all the logistics related to it but I have to go with my instinct and I just don't trust this office. When I emailed them to express my concerns and tell them I was thinking of transferring care they never responded. They were just done with me at that point apparently. Very disappointed. This is my first pregnancy and I need to feel safe and supported.

Shooler One: I came to this location/practice specifically and ONLY for Dr. Frye. In the beginning of November (7 month pregnant) I was informed I had to do my visit with the available midwife because the doctor was on vacation. They scheduled me back early mid Dec. After having to reschedule because of my riding having the flu, they inform me that Dr. Frye is NO LONGER THERE.Since I've had a c section in the past, and considered a "high risk" the midwife (only other person I've ever seen in the building besides the nurse and Dr. Frye) cannot deliver me, and the soonest I am available to even meet one of the other doctors is when I have less than 3 weeks left to go.They have not done anything to adequately prepare for this extra load on the remaining doctors (was told they see 55 patients a day now instead of normal 35), and do not seem to be prioritizing which patients can get in to see doctor (since I should be seeing a doctor EVERY 2 WEEKS at this point, instead of over a month to a month and a half).I would definitely reconsider another practice, if you wanted Frye, and I am not even sure if I can get into anywhere else at this point in my pregnancy and time of year, insurance-wise. So I feel strong armed at this point to be stuck in a situation, I did not want.

Tacrisha Triplett: I had the most horrific experiments with this clinic and Dr.Annapurna after give me major surgery on a Bartholin cyst she did not give me any anabiotic's in case of infection and very mild medication for swelling and pain I will never attend this womans clinic again I ending up in the er where I was given several anabiotic's and strong pain medication to deal with the horrible enlargement of my vaginal area

After only seeing them one time as a new patient- I called with an urgent issue and they were beyond helpful and actually called another office to get my blood work back faster......told me to go to ER where Dr. Rostam then called and got me the treatment that I needed.Couldn't imagine a better office.

Cynthia Watkins: The lady that works outside in the hall way that greets you when you come in is terrible. I came in for a Covid test and she treated me like I had Covid. When I told her I was there for the Covid test. She was like can you stand back, she wouldn’t let me go to the inside to the desk to confirm my appointment. She treated like I was sick. She kept telling me to move, and move again. I told her I would just go outside in the cold and wait. The security guard went and got help for me. And the nurse found my name. That ms inside didn’t even look, or get up to see if I had a appointment. Other than that the clinic and the Doctors is great.

Find somewhere else that actually cares about peoples well being.Thank you for your response. As you stated below proves my point. My suggestion is to remove emergency dental services from your services offered as you have just confirmed thats not something you offer with a 3 or more month away appointment. This way no one is to waste their time with this establishment when needing actual care.Hope to see you do better.

Zachary Marin: The doctors here are amazing, which is why I didn't rate it lower. That being said, the office staff is absolutely terrible. A few weeks ago, I called our doctor's assistant when my pregnant wife was violently ill with food poisoning, and we never heard back; and that's not the first time we've called, with no response. I just drove almost 40 minutes for my appointment and waited for ten minutes to be helped, only for the secretary to say I should have gotten a message yesterday (I didn't), and that the doctor was out on emergency business. Love the doctors, but the clerical staff here will drive the establishment into the ground.

I went to another clinic and was rushed right into surgery for appendicitis. Was told if I would have waited any longer, they would have had to remove some of my intestines as well. Just don't.....

erick nolan: One stop shop. You can buy illegal drugs and get mugged. This place is extremely ghetto and offputting. I wouldnt bring an animal to them let alone a human. Dont go here unless you want your car to be stolen and chopped in the time your in there. Its in a abondoned apartment complex with boarded up windows and has a rapey feel to the entire situation. All in all avoid this place like the plaque. Probably would get the plague just from going in.

R H: What's the point of appointments if it's going to take over an hour to do a simple meet. Got paperwork done in about 10min and been waiting over an hour since I completed them. The address on maps took me to a vacant lot a few blocks away. After continuing forward I noticed dozens of abandoned apartment complexes. This is a very ghetto area and feel like I might come out to my vehicle on blocks missing tires. Should I be worried about getting bed bugs just for being here? If I had to guess I'd say someonestarting out trying to get cheap rent. Talk about scrapping the bottom of the barrel...
