scott spencer: I tried to call at 8:30 in the morning and they said they are closed but their office hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday except holidays and this is not a holiday that I’ve been trying to call
Devakinanda Pasupuleti: Called about clarification on taxes and the asst assesser was abrupt, unprofessional, impolite, rude with a arrogant tone and made me very upset with her over tone and not cordial at all. "Burden of proof is on you" like I am some kind of criminal and no logical explanation to the hike in taxes. Very uncooperative. I sent an email to her supervisor, city mayor and Governor's office. Haven't heard from any one so far. They need monthly training on how to communicate with tax payers and customers. As public workers and getting paid by the tax payers they have duty and responsibility to answer any questions tax payer has, period!
Randy Foskett: Their s*** we bought a house trying to fix up a vacant house and trying to live in and everything else they have nothing done nothing but harassed in us the way arresting us code enforcer drives up and down a dead-end road mind you to harassed us they're just comes the Earth and they've gave us tickets and everything else they're no help to anybody but it's mostly the cold enforcement
