Allen Bellamy: I have been using this company for years since 2005 and it has been great. Timely, courteous, inexpensive. Called for my yearly appointment and the phone was answered by a younger gentleman (used to be an older lady). Made the appointment for 2pm and they (2 younger males) showed up at my house at 11am saying, "I know we are early but we just finished a house down the street." My daughter calls me tells me at work telling me they are at the house. I said I am not home to pay you and I still had some furniture to move and they need to come back at the scheduled time. He says, ok. Do you mind if I give you the quote. He says it will be $250, up from the estimate of $159 he told me on the phone. The $159 is what I have been paying for years with them but I do understand inflation. I come home early from work and they were a no show at 2pm. Called the main line and the workers cell phone that he called me 3-times earlier that day informing me that he was at my house early. Well no answer to this phone either. I don't know what has happened to this business. I am guessing they sold it and now look at this service. Pitiful, don't waste your time or they will do it for you.Service:General carpet cleaning

Jennifer (Jhoch22): Was really open minded as this was right during COVID. So I decided to just leave them a check to pay and leave my house and leave my home open for them. Bad idea on my part i guess. Easy I thought. I was told the day before that if I wanted to add services just call, or email. So I did and asked for a dryer vent cleaning the day before. Heard nothing back. Ok whatever. Figured it wasn't that easy but they even said so. Guess not. They came, cleaned the vents and left. Was fast and sort of painless. Except I had so much mess left over my basement on shelves, floors, etc. I was kinda surprised. Messes left pretty bad but oh well. I would not use them again. The cleaning didn't make any difference in air quality, smell and dust. Waste of money, just extra work for me later however.Service:HVAC duct vent cleaning

Denise Reinwasser: Not happy with the carpet cleaning done. It also did not smell fresh or clean when finished. There was cleaning solution residue on my leather couch 10 inches up from the floor,, and front of an end table. I had to clean both twice. It was even smeared by my front door handle. Footprints and residue all over my pergo flooring as well. A call from a manager would be appreciated. It was the most I have ever paid, and the most clean up I've ever had to do.
