Jennifer (Jhoch22): Was really open minded as this was right during COVID. So I decided to just leave them a check to pay and leave my house and leave my home open for them. Bad idea on my part i guess. Easy I thought. I was told the day before that if I wanted to add services just call, or email. So I did and asked for a dryer vent cleaning the day before. Heard nothing back. Ok whatever. Figured it wasn't that easy but they even said so. Guess not. They came, cleaned the vents and left. Was fast and sort of painless. Except I had so much mess left over my basement on shelves, floors, etc. I was kinda surprised. Messes left pretty bad but oh well. I would not use them again. The cleaning didn't make any difference in air quality, smell and dust. Waste of money, just extra work for me later however.Service:HVAC duct vent cleaning

Denise Reinwasser: Not happy with the carpet cleaning done. It also did not smell fresh or clean when finished. There was cleaning solution residue on my leather couch 10 inches up from the floor,, and front of an end table. I had to clean both twice. It was even smeared by my front door handle. Footprints and residue all over my pergo flooring as well. A call from a manager would be appreciated. It was the most I have ever paid, and the most clean up I've ever had to do.

Allen Bellamy: I have been using this company for years since 2005 and it has been great. Timely, courteous, inexpensive. Called for my yearly appointment and the phone was answered by a younger gentleman (used to be an older lady). Made the appointment for 2pm and they (2 younger males) showed up at my house at 11am saying, "I know we are early but we just finished a house down the street." My daughter calls me tells me at work telling me they are at the house. I said I am not home to pay you and I still had some furniture to move and they need to come back at the scheduled time. He says, ok. Do you mind if I give you the quote. He says it will be $250, up from the estimate of $159 he told me on the phone. The $159 is what I have been paying for years with them but I do understand inflation. I come home early from work and they were a no show at 2pm. Called the main line and the workers cell phone that he called me 3-times earlier that day informing me that he was at my house early. Well no answer to this phone either. I don't know what has happened to this business. I am guessing they sold it and now look at this service. Pitiful, don't waste your time or they will do it for you.Service:General carpet cleaning

N Kryza: Bruce did a phenomenal job restoring our well-loved, well-used overstuffed leather chairs, which are 20 years old. They now look brand new - seriously. In addition to the workmanship, Bruce's customer service was top notch. He walked us through the whole process, coming to our house and picking up the chairs, then bringing them back mid-way to show us the progress and giving us options on final restoration. The price was reasonable, and definitely worth it. Thanks Bruce!

Robb Cairns: I had a new Bennington Pontoon that I received back from winter dry dock with a minor hole and some pinholes in the upholstery in an awkward place near the rear deck storage. Bruce came out to my boat slip on Walled Lake and in order to do a better job, he removed the panel and took it to his shop for a day or two and returned it to where I couldn't even find the patch until he showed me! He stuck to his estimate price and now it's perfect again.
Ryan Thompson: Bruce was great. Had a couple cracks in my leather truck seats. Bruce came to my vehicle and made a great repair. Color is spot on and looks like new.
Joy Snyder: I had a leather ottoman that had stains from acetone spilled on it and pet damage. Bruce repaired the ottoman quickly and it looks perfect. The color match and workmanship were excellent and it looks brand new.

He offered a good selection of colors and grades of vinyl. Mr. Merkel was very professional and worked around our patient schedule. Brian Horton: Bruce repaired a leather ottoman top that would have been very expensive to replace. It looks brand new. He had the job finished just 2 days after my initial call. I have already scheduled him to repair a leather car seat and a boat cushion. I would highly recommend Bruce for every upholstery repair!
