Rachelle McIntosh: The best dentist I've ever been to . The only bad thing is if you miss a appointment you have a fee to pay or you can not get another appointment scheduled until it's paid . I would pay it ! I would never even consider it at any other dentist but this one is absolutely worth it . This dentist is Very Fast I had 5 teeth pulled I was in and out in less than 30 mins . Has Emergency appointments and open on Saturdays! He actually talks with you about your procedures. I've never had a dentist I would actually write a review on but this one is definitely worth it .

Tonja Harden-Shellman: I am a relative of one of your patients. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism with your response when someone has a bad experience at your establishment. Businesses typically apologize and find solutions when customers are not satisfied. All your dissatisfied patients expressed their truth and you disputed THEIR truth. Not good customer service at all!!
Sherri Jordan: The staff were nice and friendly but my mother and I did not have a good experience. Staff and Dr. Daneshvar were not prepared for my elderly mother. Although she was in for a pre-counsel with my sister “Aly” did not know that my mother had partials and that she had trouble keeping her mouth open, which was discussed in the previous meeting. I ended up assisting Aly with my mother’s procedure, operating the dental suction and helping my mom with opening her mouth since none of the bite blocks that were tried would work. Also several walked by the room but no one came forward to assist since I am not a professional! Aly did her best but I know she couldn’t clean one side of her mouth and we were all exhausted after the procedure. Dr. D came in and did a quick look and mumbled something to Aly and left. The receptionist scheduled her for a cavity fill but I’m not confident that it can be handled by this office with my mother’s special needs. Aly gave me lots of instructions so I called back this morning to get clarification. She was not in until Monday so I asked to speak with Dr. D to clarify. I received a call from someone else who stated the Dr. would rather I speak with Aly to get the correct advice . I didn’t understand why the Dr. could not advise. I explained my frustration and the person apologized. I told her I think my mother would be better served by another dentist office that is better equipped for my mother’s needs. She agreed.

SHEENA MANUEL: First time consumer of Flint Family Dentistry. Took my 89 year Mother to have a long overdue exam. The office was beautiful!!! Staff were warm and welcoming, and handled her with care. Options to save and treat her teeth were discussed thoroughly, and all questions answered. Getting her on a regular maintenance schedule should be good going forward, as the staff made her feel at ease. Overall, very well pleased with the experience.
Leilani Lookerschnoos: You cannot even make an appt here, without them canceling it on you for not answering a confirm call . I made the mistake of referring my family here and because they didn’t call the correct number to confirm the appointment they just canceled them. Wait, WHAT? They have never even been there before?! Time is money, this place will waste them both simultaneously for you. So how do you schedule an appointment and actually KEEP IT, if you do not receive or answer the call?! So ignorant.

The staff and doctor was able to fit me in to get a cleaning and all my fillings I needed done and had them all done in one month 😁!!! Very nice comfortable office and atmosphere, very kind and compassionate staff and doctor.. And unlike most medical facilities or offices, there's no news or TV 📺 playing in the background... Just a nice cozy fire place in the background on the TV they have in the waiting room.. And there's never much of a wait in the waiting room, they usually get you right back.. This dentist office is so kind, they even bought my service dog/companion Alita 🐶 some treats ❤️🙂🙏 so very kind

Look no more, from the day I walked through the doors of Flint Family Dentistry Dr. Alireza Daneshvar, DDS and staff welcomed me with open arms and accepted me into their Family. I had many concerns due to years of dental horrors and failed procedures at other offices. Dr. Alireza Daneshvar and staff are gentle kind and patient and they take pride in explaining all procedures and the process and will assess your dental needs and lay out your options. All work that I have received, they were gentle and eased all my worries and concerns. I tell Dr. Alireza Daneshvar (jokingly ) I’m falling apart like Humpty Dumpty and he has to put me back together again and with love and security he says the right words and fix my dental needs and reassures me that I will be alright! Yes! Yes! I’m more than all right I love this Awesome Group of people!, I recommend them, if you looking for a Dental Family and just not a place again look no more make that call!!!

The hygienist are incompetent and the doctor is too. If I could do negative stars I would. Please do not go here. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere where they actually know what they are doing and care.

He has made my entire world different having teeth I I proud to show off. He has the skill for anything u need to be done. Any bad or nasty reviews about this place is simply due to people wanting pills and not procedures. The reviews do not reflect this place at all. Caren Arion: When I had a tooth pulled here during covid, it was like being in a horror movie. NOBODY spoke a word to me. A random person came in and I thought they were looking, but the next thing I knew they were injecting the numbing without warning. 15 minutes later, another random person came in, said "let's take a look" and proceeded to tank my tooth out without warning. Then she actually spoke and said I was free to go. This office is the reason I haven't been to the dentist since then.
Christy Sisco: Amber and Dr.Anbari were great, since my insurance just started doing root canals all these dentist places have been packed, they told me there was gonna be a wait for my root canal, which I already knew there was gonna be,I waited patiently, they keep coming in and checking on me which was very kind, and my root canel went great, :)

Mindy Schwab: I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like it is necessary here. I took two teens here yesterday because they take our insurance. I knew it was in a "low rent" district, but I still expected to find that the service was not reflected in the address. It was the weirdest, least professional dental appointment I've ever had. One of the kids had her x-rays done immediately, and the other was getting cleaned while waiting for x-rays. When she was done with her cleaning, the hygienist went to work on my other child. No one came to do x-rays on the second kid. When she was done on the second one, we were still waiting for x-rays and to see a dentist. Apparently they had a staff meeting in the middle of our appointment. We were left almost entirely unattended while they had their meeting. When they were finally done with their meeting, the tech finally came out and did the x-rays on the one child. The dentist finally came did the shortest exam on both of the kids. It was almost like he was disinterested in the process. The hygienist and the techs were nice; the doctor was nice, but did not inspire any trust. After we left, one of my teens said that she would have been okay with the less than pleasant office facilities if the service had been great. I feel like they could take some lessons from a high school kid. It was not a professional office experience.

forever lasted: Super rude and unprofessional receptionist waited 2 hours for a tooth extraction after being numbed and the medicine wore off and the dentist refused to help any further and refused to pull the tooth due to infection, but would not treat the infection... do not go here way better dentists in the area! Not to mention the moldy ceiling tiles from water leaking...
Tiffany Mitchell: They were able to fit me in without notice.I'm sorry to say my sincere feelings are DO NOT go here. They will get the job done, but they will leave you unable to eat or rest afterwards. I had to beg for them to give me something other than ibuprofen after a wisdom tooth was pulled, and a cavity drilled and filled. They didn't manage the pain. There is no other way to put it. I asked for help, they said it was taken care off, but I still had to return, and even then I still wasn't provided with adequate pain relief to last beyond 2 days. This on a Thurs going into the weekend for a procedure that is known to result in 1 to 2 wks recovery.I would have highly recommended these guys, because I initially liked their bedside manner. Except, I told them repeatedly I was in pain and that I didn't want to suffer all weekend. The Dr. assured me I wouldn't suffer and they would take care of it. They definitely did not see to that. It's just the truth. I'll never go back because of this.

My procedure went steadily and with no issues. the entire staff, including the dentist, were polite, helpful, and able to make me feel comfortable while my mouth was stuck open. Dorothy Adams: I love my dentist Dr Calloway she is so gentle and so nice to talk you. She pulled two teeth and I didn’t feel anything. She was done and I didn’t realize she had even pulled them. I have recommended two other people to her.

Valerie Endicott: Family Dental Group was recommended to me. I live with periodontal disease and have for years. I have an autoimmune disease, Sjogrens, and dental care is paramount. The one thing that immediately made me understand the professionalism of this office was before my appointment as a new patient I received a call to review my dental insurance to ensure I understood what was and was not covered. This is HUGE in a environment where quality health care is sliding. In fact, the technician who took my x-rays went to the front desk to ensure my insurance covered the particular x-rays needed! I found the staff professional and friendly. The exams as a new patient were thorough and comfortable. I felt the team had my best interest at heart when I talked to them about my health and caring for my teeth. At the end of the day when it comes to great dental care one must determine if they are in experienced and professional hands and I feel I am at Family Dental Group.

Barbara Gratsch: It used to be a great dental office. The staff now is extremely rude & the manager was also rude to my cardiologist’s office when I needed clearance for blood thinners. The dentist was in the room with me for about two minutes and all she did was try to sell me a high priced implant or a crown instead of pulling the tooth like I wanted. When I tried to get another appointment again to have it pulled because half of it had now broken off I was told she couldn’t get me in for almost 3 weeks. I ended up finding a new dental office &they got me in the next day & that dentist told me the tooth was too badly broken to even put a crown on and pulled it. I’ll never recommend anyone to go to Family Dental on Miller Rd.

Bethany Hazard: I have been going to family dental for years. Angie, the lady that cleans my teeth does a wonderful job. Recently I had to have two teeth pulled. I was shocked because I go to the dentist as I should. Angie took more x rays and found the two bad teeth. She told me the last x rays did not turn out, (upside down) so my bad teeth were not caught. I was referred to an oral surgeon. When my tooth starting hurting terribly over the weekend, I called on Monday to get something for pain and antibiotics. The lady on the phone said she would call me back. When she never called, I called back again and talked to someone different and they said they called the scripts into a rite aid in the township. I drove to the pharmacy of their choice, and the pharmacist said they never called anything in. I was in terrible pain, and by that time this dentist office was closed. After years of going to this place I am very disappointed in my treatment. Moreover, they change dentists often and no dentists stay there long, which may be part of the problem. The manager did call me back, which I appreciated. However, she is training a new girl and but her in change of calling the pharmacy. I was in horrible pain and felt I was not taken seriously. Moreover, them not catching that I had two bad teeth sooner was disappointing and costed me a lot of $$ since the oral surgeon had to take more x rays. I wonder why they did not send my rays over to the oral surgeon? As a long time patient, I feel they do not want me as a patient, or that my business was valued. I have always paid my bill have have been nice to everyone there. For them to turn on me like this makes me feel like they knew they made a mistake in the x rays. Would not it be better to be upfront and honest, than to loose a patient?

Razah B: I ended up having to do an emergency walk-in. Despite the inconvenience everyone was professional and friendly. Both Dr. Brian and Ms. Shay we’re both amazing. I don’t handle needles well, but they quickly created an environment that reassured me. I don’t recommend having cavities but I do recommend you come here for proper visits! 100000/5 stars⭐️
Miss Giles: The office was clean and staff friendly, however they referred me to an Oral Surgeon terribly did two extractions I was left traumatized from. What finally pushed me to look elsewhere for a Dentist is they cancelled my appointment because I didn't confirm my appointment the day prior. I never cancelled it but they took it apon themselves to and when I showed up they told me I wouldn't be seen. That to me is ridiculous.
