The receptionist went way above and beyond her duties with the insurance company to be sure they covered the treatment I needed. . The office was beautiful and immaculate. Pamela Bessey: I suffer from severe anxiety at the thought of dental work. So, I avoided the dentist at all costs. I finally had an issue that had to be taken care of. The dentist and staff at New You are so patient and kind. I felt totally at ease. I have been to the office 3 times in 2 weeks, and my teeth look better than they have in years!! The staff is very knowledgeable regarding insurance, and they got me in quickly. I am now sending my daughter there. I definitely recommend this office!!!

Tiffany Nicole: I have no idea why this place allowed me to come at all. I stated I'd need an extraction. They said they could assist me in a few days. The first appointment was canceled. It was two weeks later I got in to find they couldn't do anything but suggest I get an extraction. So I rushed to find someone last minute. Someone was able to fit me in last minute at Deluxe Dental. The procedure had a lot of pain and it was hard for them to numb me for some reason. Afterwards Deluxe Dental ENTIRELY FAILED at pain management after the procedure. I had to go back and ask for help. Then I was given 10 tablets that last only 4hr to 6hr tops. It was enough for not even two full days given on a Thursday evening. Well, that left me in excruciating pain from late night Saturday on. I do not suggest either of these dentists EVER to ANYONE. DO NOT GO HERE EVER, unless you want to suffer a week or two, and not be able to eat. Since the last time I ever asked for or was prescribed pain medicine was over 6 years prior there is simply no reason. This is exactly why people avoid dentists.

Dorothy Adams: I love my dentist Dr Calloway she is so gentle and so nice to talk you. She pulled two teeth and I didn’t feel anything. She was done and I didn’t realize she had even pulled them. I have recommended two other people to her.

Valerie Endicott: Family Dental Group was recommended to me. I live with periodontal disease and have for years. I have an autoimmune disease, Sjogrens, and dental care is paramount. The one thing that immediately made me understand the professionalism of this office was before my appointment as a new patient I received a call to review my dental insurance to ensure I understood what was and was not covered. This is HUGE in a environment where quality health care is sliding. In fact, the technician who took my x-rays went to the front desk to ensure my insurance covered the particular x-rays needed! I found the staff professional and friendly. The exams as a new patient were thorough and comfortable. I felt the team had my best interest at heart when I talked to them about my health and caring for my teeth. At the end of the day when it comes to great dental care one must determine if they are in experienced and professional hands and I feel I am at Family Dental Group.
Margaret Riley: They made me think I was gonna get a partial to make me feel confident n smile more n I got a whole different partial n now I’m stuck w it since my insurance won’t pay for another one for 5 years really sad they take advantage of their patients I even gave the lady who works there a really nice treadmill since she couldn’tafford one . such awful dishonest people I would never recommend them ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️💯

Barbara Gratsch: It used to be a great dental office. The staff now is extremely rude & the manager was also rude to my cardiologist’s office when I needed clearance for blood thinners. The dentist was in the room with me for about two minutes and all she did was try to sell me a high priced implant or a crown instead of pulling the tooth like I wanted. When I tried to get another appointment again to have it pulled because half of it had now broken off I was told she couldn’t get me in for almost 3 weeks. I ended up finding a new dental office &they got me in the next day & that dentist told me the tooth was too badly broken to even put a crown on and pulled it. I’ll never recommend anyone to go to Family Dental on Miller Rd.

Bethany Hazard: I have been going to family dental for years. Angie, the lady that cleans my teeth does a wonderful job. Recently I had to have two teeth pulled. I was shocked because I go to the dentist as I should. Angie took more x rays and found the two bad teeth. She told me the last x rays did not turn out, (upside down) so my bad teeth were not caught. I was referred to an oral surgeon. When my tooth starting hurting terribly over the weekend, I called on Monday to get something for pain and antibiotics. The lady on the phone said she would call me back. When she never called, I called back again and talked to someone different and they said they called the scripts into a rite aid in the township. I drove to the pharmacy of their choice, and the pharmacist said they never called anything in. I was in terrible pain, and by that time this dentist office was closed. After years of going to this place I am very disappointed in my treatment. Moreover, they change dentists often and no dentists stay there long, which may be part of the problem. The manager did call me back, which I appreciated. However, she is training a new girl and but her in change of calling the pharmacy. I was in horrible pain and felt I was not taken seriously. Moreover, them not catching that I had two bad teeth sooner was disappointing and costed me a lot of $$ since the oral surgeon had to take more x rays. I wonder why they did not send my rays over to the oral surgeon? As a long time patient, I feel they do not want me as a patient, or that my business was valued. I have always paid my bill have have been nice to everyone there. For them to turn on me like this makes me feel like they knew they made a mistake in the x rays. Would not it be better to be upfront and honest, than to loose a patient?

Larissa Neff: Where do I start? The place is trashy and disgusting dirty. The ladies at the desk are rude and don't know what they are talking about. The hygienist are incompetent and the doctor is too. If I could do negative stars I would. Please do not go here. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere where they actually know what they are doing and care.

Well over 3 hours by time the process even started

He has made my entire world different having teeth I I proud to show off. He has the skill for anything u need to be done. I have been recommending this dental practice to all my friends and family!

Elaine Vandermey: Sent my husband in for a routine cleaning. They wanted him to get a deep root cleaning which we can't afford. Wanted him to sign a waiver stating that he is no longer their patient because of it. I can't believe a dentist wouldn't consider just cleaning his teeth instead of denying it because he wouldn't get the deep root cleaning.

Mindy Schwab: I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like it is necessary here. I took two teens here yesterday because they take our insurance. I knew it was in a "low rent" district, but I still expected to find that the service was not reflected in the address. It was the weirdest, least professional dental appointment I've ever had. One of the kids had her x-rays done immediately, and the other was getting cleaned while waiting for x-rays. When she was done with her cleaning, the hygienist went to work on my other child. No one came to do x-rays on the second kid. When she was done on the second one, we were still waiting for x-rays and to see a dentist. Apparently they had a staff meeting in the middle of our appointment. We were left almost entirely unattended while they had their meeting. When they were finally done with their meeting, the tech finally came out and did the x-rays on the one child. The dentist finally came did the shortest exam on both of the kids. It was almost like he was disinterested in the process. The hygienist and the techs were nice; the doctor was nice, but did not inspire any trust. After we left, one of my teens said that she would have been okay with the less than pleasant office facilities if the service had been great. forever lasted: Super rude and unprofessional receptionist waited 2 hours for a tooth extraction after being numbed and the medicine wore off and the dentist refused to help any further and refused to pull the tooth due to infection, but would not treat the infection... do not go here way better dentists in the area! Not to mention the moldy ceiling tiles from water leaking...
Tiffany Mitchell: They were able to fit me in without notice.I'm sorry to say my sincere feelings are DO NOT go here. They will get the job done, but they will leave you unable to eat or rest afterwards. I had to beg for them to give me something other than ibuprofen after a wisdom tooth was pulled, and a cavity drilled and filled. They didn't manage the pain. There is no other way to put it. I asked for help, they said it was taken care off, but I still had to return, and even then I still wasn't provided with adequate pain relief to last beyond 2 days. This on a Thurs going into the weekend for a procedure that is known to result in 1 to 2 wks recovery.I would have highly recommended these guys, because I initially liked their bedside manner. Except, I told them repeatedly I was in pain and that I didn't want to suffer all weekend. The Dr. assured me I wouldn't suffer and they would take care of it. They definitely did not see to that. It's just the truth. I'll never go back because of this.
Javonna Watt: If you go to this dentist clear out your whole day. You’ll sit for hours waiting for them. I’ve currently been numbed and in the chair for 2 hours with no one coming in. Was here 3 hours Saturday for a 40 minute job.

April Carstensen: I have been getting my teeth cleaned here for a few years now and they have all been really kind to me. I had a tooth brake completely off in the back and it needed a root canal. My insurance didn’t cover that so instead of me having to get it pulled she was able to fix my tooth and it has been fine ever since. Dr. Naik is amazing at what she does. Highly recommend!!!!

Aaron Bowers: I saw the dentist, he recommended doing a specific procedure, which wasn’t what I wanted, but went along with it anyways, then just said he didn’t WANT to the the procedure HE himself suggested. I then asked if we could go another route and was told I’d have to come in again and pay for another appointment. I asked to talk directly to the Dr and was told he doesn’t speak over the phone, I then asked if the hygienist who worked with me was available and I got hung up on. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never go back there
Nathan Berry: Terrible Dentist Dr Fireberg did nothing. Only spent 30 sec and did not address the reason for my visit gave me antibiotics for a chipped tooth I have no infection. He seemed to busy to do his job. Long wait over 2 hours for nothing. He did no procedure what so ever and did not speak with me about the reason I came just wanted to pass me off to another Dentist. I will not return and I would not reccomend them unless you want sub par care. They are not worth the time.
Steadily Onward: I visited Fireberg Dental today for the first time, and they exceeded my expectations. I let Dr. Fireberg know that I suffered a bad stroke 2 months ago (Thanks, Covid!) and still healing up. He and his staff were very careful to make sure they didn't do anything that could compromise my situation. Their office staff and dental staff were all excellent. I told my adult daughter about the visit and she plans on trying them as well. 👍🏻

Timmy myers (Jack of hearts): Well I have first went in there and I thought I was downtown the old welfare office I went up to the window and there was no room in the waiting room they had so many people crammed in there I got the paperwork and filled it out they made me fill out duplicates by accident. It was I asked a woman that goes I had a 12:30 appointment there and I was 15 minutes early I said is there going to be a long wait she goes I hope not and then I sit down in there and these people the chosen people was on their telephones with the speakers on and you could hear everything the other person was saying so I got up and waited in the other waiting room and it was so dirty and it smelled of rotting lumber from being wet that is making me sick there were flies in the I mean tons of dead flies in the light fixtures it was the grossest place I've ever been I sat there for an hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes and then I got out of there I told him I can't do this no more she goes I understand and the one guy told me the people leave there all the time do not make an appointment at this office it's a grossest place I've ever been and I wonder how clean they keep their other part

Yaakov Ross: If I had the choice between having a homeless man with a pair of pliers or this dentist office working on my mouth again I would choose the homeless man because he would probably be more gentle than the people that work at this Chop Shop. Avoid the place like a plague they gave me many unnecessary fillings I had to go to a different dentist office to redo the work that they did and not only that they also missed some fillings that actually had to be done. On top of that I also got an infection after going to this unsanitary place, my neck swelled up after going here. I've never experienced more pain discomfort in the entire life, it took me almost a year to get my mouth back to normal again. The level of suffering is place caused me was insurmountable. If you value you or your family safety and well-being do not go to this establishment.

Armond Holley: Like alot of people have stated..You have to get Dr. Fireberg. I've had 3 failed root canals from this office, 2 have been redone by another practice and 1 resulted in an extraction. Dr. Fireberg did my very first one and its still perfect after 4 years.
Autumn Wise: I had dental surgery there By Dr Fireburg prefomed that only specialized dentist booked for months would touch. He did it same week. Sweet releif! I also chipped a front tooth which he fixed right away, perfectly, insurance paid for, no pain! A lifesaver. I will always go there.
