Batoe 1: My Community Dental office in Flint is OUTSTANDING! It was my 3 yr old daughters first time at a dentist and everyone was lovely. The hygienist and Dentist were AMAZING with her. They made her very comfortable and had her laughing the whole time. They took their time, explained everything they were gonna use on her and what it was for. She is already ready to go back!I also am a Patient and they all were just as kind and friendly with me. I HIGHLY Recommend this dentist office.

Erika Diehl: I've had a cleaning and an appointment for filling. They are booked far out for cleanings but I got lucky and there was a cancellation so I was able to get in months early. The staff is great, wait time to be called back is minimal and they are thorough and efficient. Highly recommend this dentist.

This had been very frustrating before my experience at RMI because of a lack of answers. I felt much better after going through this and appreciate the staff at RMI for their help.

Tobi English: I experienced difficulties with authorization department which delayed me getting a sooner appointment. Insurance issue was rectified after a week and I ended up not even needing an prior authorization and was informed they notated my account. I experienced this for my initial CT appointment 4/21 as well. CT& MRI was a success and appointment was moved up and results came right back. I will return to this facility and would highly recommend to family and friends. I thank both Pam & Todd for making me comfortable during both procedures.

Ashley HIle: I went a month ago for consultations for impressions, they happily took my money and set up my try on. I was supposed to go in a week ago to get my fitting. I was called and they canceled my appointment due to a down "system", I understood. But they never called back to reschedule. I have been trying to get In touch with anyone to reschedule for week now calling and leaving voicemails everyday. Horrible customer service... absolutely... horrible. Apparently they will take your money and run? Perhaps you get what you pay for with place, but I would never reccomend it. And don't bother calling customer service line, apparently they are in meetings mon-fri 9-5 because no one answers there either.
Michele Titran: I had the best experience that I've ever had at a Dentist, Everybody at Aspen on Miller Rd. Flint, Michigan are very kind, thoughtful and professional, everyone at Aspen treat patients as if there Family, Love Love the Atmosphere and everyone there.

Team is very friendly.Amira worked 5 minutes after time to ensure all my measurements were done correctly. 👌🏾👌🏾👍🏾Cons; Long wait times after check-in 45min-1hr. Long wait for someone to pick up the phone when you call, 10minutes or more. Otherwise its a nice place. Didn't get my welcome kit after my cleaning. I'm not sure if it's their custom as I've always gotten a care pack at all my dentist visits in the past.

Ryan Price: My first visit was a walking the entire staff was great and friendly. They fixed a problem caused by another dentist. Doctor was knowledgeable kind and got things done quickly and efficiently. I have actually made this my new family dental office.
Shannon Keahey: I've had a couple consultations for ortho, but I feel like I finally found the right place at Aspen. The other places I visited suggested further cosmetic work once the braces are removed to "fix" my smile more. (thought that's what the braces were for?🤔) The other places I went also told me I would look "so much better" after braces.So definitely some weird vibes from orthodontists, and I almost decided to leave my teeth as-is. Everyone at Aspen in Flint was SO kind and encouraging, and I actually felt excited after my visit. I'm getting their brand of Invisalign called motto for about $2500 instead of $5000+. I always hated going to the dentist because I take care of my teeth, but they'd always complain and find something to fix. At Aspen they actually acknowledged that I take care of my teeth. I was skeptical at first because I haven't had good dentist/ortho experiences, but I like Aspen and I'm glad I scheduled an appointment there!
Melissa Vest: Awesome staff, the doctor was amazing. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. When I was a child I was never taken which resulted in bad anxiety of the unknown. I felt comfortable and listened too! Didn’t feel judged due to my horrible teeth. The price to get the tooth pulled was reasonable! Something I could definitely afford.
Susan Wilcox: Went in for a dental emergency. The office was not very clean. Because my appointment was near closing the dentist told me “We close in thirty minutes so if you want your teeth pulled, you need to hurry and decide.” I was not offered antibiotics for the infection. Then they proceeded to tell me that they could not do anything until they contacted my insurance first and never called me back.
