Vera January: The initial consultation was great. The orthodontist was very informative. Today we came to start the process. We saw a tech. she really didn't clean the chair after one client left & my grandson sat down. She cleaned it well when he got up. She didn't explain what she was doing. When we finally got to see a doctor, the same tech. was setting up a chair for my grandson with no gloves on. I don't even think who we spoke to was a doctor. Just someone in a white coat. I'm out $400. & have to start over somewhere else. Not going back.

Liz Moore: Every single staff member was extremely warm, kind, and generous. I have 2 littles that I had to bring with me, 3 and 9 months, and everyone was astronomically patient and loving with them. My 3 year old is a high-energy, busy boy. They even have him Goldfish crackers, a couple little bottles of water, and made a BLANKET FORT for him in the exam room lol!! Dr. Wendling loves children and you can tell it’s important to her that her staff loves them too. She was very accommodating and explained everything well. I’m definitely choosing her for my orthodontic revision!

Nikky Rhoades: Brought my niece here for a consultation the price was much higher then 2 other offices. The wait was long, but that's ok. One thing I didn't like was the treatment coordinator talked about another office saying they charge breakage fees but their office doesn't. When I looked over the paperwork it definitely showed fees for breakage. I liked the digital option of sending x-rays to the dentist right then and there. But there was no reason to pay $2,000 MORE then other offices.

Kristy Peters: The office staff are friendly, but every time my daughter goes in for her 6 week visit, (it often takes 7 weeks and once she couldn't get in for 3 months), her brackets and or buildup comes off and she has to go back in for an urgent visit. Sometimes more than once. I don't know if this is normal as this is our first experience with braces, but for 7,000 dollars all in, I would think we shouldn't have these problems. She gets her braces off in a few months--- (that three month problem caused her to have to keep them on longer) I must say, her teeth are looking very straight. I see a big difference. It's a pain and it's very expensive, but we had to do it. It was medical not just for looks. Her teeth were extremely crooked. We will see in a few months if this was all worth it. Hopeful.

He didn't feel like an afterthought. Now we are on our third child with braces. They'll be removed soon. They've looked great and it was overall a great experience. Valerie Endicott: Family Dental Group was recommended to me. I live with periodontal disease and have for years. I have an autoimmune disease, Sjogrens, and dental care is paramount. The one thing that immediately made me understand the professionalism of this office was before my appointment as a new patient I received a call to review my dental insurance to ensure I understood what was and was not covered. This is HUGE in a environment where quality health care is sliding. In fact, the technician who took my x-rays went to the front desk to ensure my insurance covered the particular x-rays needed! I found the staff professional and friendly. The exams as a new patient were thorough and comfortable. I felt the team had my best interest at heart when I talked to them about my health and caring for my teeth. At the end of the day when it comes to great dental care one must determine if they are in experienced and professional hands and I feel I am at Family Dental Group.

Barbara Gratsch: It used to be a great dental office. The staff now is extremely rude & the manager was also rude to my cardiologist’s office when I needed clearance for blood thinners. The dentist was in the room with me for about two minutes and all she did was try to sell me a high priced implant or a crown instead of pulling the tooth like I wanted. When I tried to get another appointment again to have it pulled because half of it had now broken off I was told she couldn’t get me in for almost 3 weeks. I ended up finding a new dental office &they got me in the next day & that dentist told me the tooth was too badly broken to even put a crown on and pulled it. I’ll never recommend anyone to go to Family Dental on Miller Rd.

Bethany Hazard: I have been going to family dental for years. Angie, the lady that cleans my teeth does a wonderful job. Recently I had to have two teeth pulled. I was shocked because I go to the dentist as I should. Angie took more x rays and found the two bad teeth. She told me the last x rays did not turn out, (upside down) so my bad teeth were not caught. I was referred to an oral surgeon. When my tooth starting hurting terribly over the weekend, I called on Monday to get something for pain and antibiotics. The lady on the phone said she would call me back. When she never called, I called back again and talked to someone different and they said they called the scripts into a rite aid in the township. I drove to the pharmacy of their choice, and the pharmacist said they never called anything in. I was in terrible pain, and by that time this dentist office was closed. After years of going to this place I am very disappointed in my treatment. Moreover, they change dentists often and no dentists stay there long, which may be part of the problem. The manager did call me back, which I appreciated. However, she is training a new girl and but her in change of calling the pharmacy. I was in horrible pain and felt I was not taken seriously. Moreover, them not catching that I had two bad teeth sooner was disappointing and costed me a lot of $$ since the oral surgeon had to take more x rays. I wonder why they did not send my rays over to the oral surgeon? As a long time patient, I feel they do not want me as a patient, or that my business was valued. I have always paid my bill have have been nice to everyone there. For them to turn on me like this makes me feel like they knew they made a mistake in the x rays. Would not it be better to be upfront and honest, than to loose a patient?

Yes, it is not a beautiful waiting room, but the treatment rooms are very clean and well equipped. We have found our new dentist.

Christy Sisco: Amber and Dr.Anbari were great, since my insurance just started doing root canals all these dentist places have been packed, they told me there was gonna be a wait for my root canal, which I already knew there was gonna be,I waited patiently, they keep coming in and checking on me which was very kind, and my root canel went great, :)

Rekeeva Bowman: They was able to see me the same day I had a scheduled appointment with fireburg dentist on dort hwy my appointment was at 12pm I end up coming early then never seen me so I call Deluxe Dental in Flint they seem me the same day and help with my services as well great job you guys I will be sending people to them for sure.

Mindy Schwab: I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like it is necessary here. I took two teens here yesterday because they take our insurance. I knew it was in a "low rent" district, but I still expected to find that the service was not reflected in the address. It was the weirdest, least professional dental appointment I've ever had. One of the kids had her x-rays done immediately, and the other was getting cleaned while waiting for x-rays. When she was done with her cleaning, the hygienist went to work on my other child. No one came to do x-rays on the second kid. When she was done on the second one, we were still waiting for x-rays and to see a dentist. Apparently they had a staff meeting in the middle of our appointment. We were left almost entirely unattended while they had their meeting. When they were finally done with their meeting, the tech finally came out and did the x-rays on the one child. The dentist finally came did the shortest exam on both of the kids. It was almost like he was disinterested in the process. The hygienist and the techs were nice; the doctor was nice, but did not inspire any trust. After we left, one of my teens said that she would have been okay with the less than pleasant office facilities if the service had been great. I feel like they could take some lessons from a high school kid. It was not a professional office experience.

Cory M: Today I had some extractions done and Dr. Anbari, and D.A. Amber were amazing! The process went a lot smoother than I anticipated and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. A world of difference compared to dentist offices I've been to previously. Thanks Deluxe Dental!

forever lasted: Super rude and unprofessional receptionist waited 2 hours for a tooth extraction after being numbed and the medicine wore off and the dentist refused to help any further and refused to pull the tooth due to infection, but would not treat the infection... do not go here way better dentists in the area! Not to mention the moldy ceiling tiles from water leaking...

Tiffany Mitchell: They were able to fit me in without notice.I'm sorry to say my sincere feelings are DO NOT go here. They will get the job done, but they will leave you unable to eat or rest afterwards. I had to beg for them to give me something other than ibuprofen after a wisdom tooth was pulled, and a cavity drilled and filled. They didn't manage the pain. There is no other way to put it. I asked for help, they said it was taken care off, but I still had to return, and even then I still wasn't provided with adequate pain relief to last beyond 2 days. This on a Thurs going into the weekend for a procedure that is known to result in 1 to 2 wks recovery.I would have highly recommended these guys, because I initially liked their bedside manner. Except, I told them repeatedly I was in pain and that I didn't want to suffer all weekend. The Dr. assured me I wouldn't suffer and they would take care of it. They definitely did not see to that. It's just the truth. I'll never go back because of this.

Javonna Watt: If you go to this dentist clear out your whole day. You’ll sit for hours waiting for them. I’ve currently been numbed and in the chair for 2 hours with no one coming in. Was here 3 hours Saturday for a 40 minute job.

Jessica Day Day: This place was horrible!! Cleaned my teeth super rough and wasn't sterilized tools a all. Nursing assistant was super rude!! And left me with pain and a infection in my mouth! Requested a manager ,refused to get him or her!! I would never go back!! All the tools looked dirty,horrible glove changing!!

Cody Lord: I came in for my first visit, which was for a root canal, and was set up quickly and easily. My procedure went steadily and with no issues. the entire staff, including the dentist, were polite, helpful, and able to make me feel comfortable while my mouth was stuck open. This office is definitely worth the visit.

Talalia Lindsay: Dr.Ali & Amber I've been going to Deluxe dental for a couple of years now and when I say I love how they work they make you feel very comfortable and they listen because I told them I have panic attacks they walk me through it they listen and they ask me if I'm feeling uncomfortable or I need to get up let them know and I was feeling very comfortable yesterday for my appointment at 9 yesterday and Dr Ali & Amber thank you and I appreciate you guys cuz a lot of people don't listen to people when they trying to tell them something about the condition thank you very much 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
