He explained things to me in ways and educated me about my own physiology like no one ever has. I left my appointment feeling confident knowing that he will take good care of me. Dr.Hanson put his hand on my shoulder upon leaving the room, looked me in my eyes and assured me he would not let me fall through the cracks and he would take excellent care of me. I cannot say enough. Thank you for giving me such a comforting feeling and for reassuring me that I wasn't on my own. He is a true gem, and a one of a kind Doctor.

J K: Yes the wait may be a long time but that is because he is actually trying to find out what is wrong with you instead of shove pills down your throat for wrong diseases. He is the one that found my rare condition after 10 years of other doctors multiple doctors ignoring it. So sometimes yeah you have to wait a long time but when you need to be in there for that long time he will be there for you to be in there and well help you with whatever you need.

Candy Rainwater: Dr. Hanson has been our family Dr. for 40 yrs..absolutely best Dr in town! Comes to the hospital & calls to be sure we are ok! Has always been there in our emergent care situations.. Yes, you have wait time to see him... but, he is so worth the wait!

Steven Wickham: I am forced to switched Dr.'s after 3 appointments that Dr. Hanson didn't show up for..... that's right, he did not come to work on that day. On 3 separate appointments I sat in a room for 90-150 mins without a word from the Dr. or anyone on his staff. As I walked out on the 1st two Appointments I was told that he wasn't coming in due to a Emergency. They office staff let me sit in a room for god knows how long knowing that the Dr. wasn't coming in on one day and let me sit in the waiting room with about 5 other people on another. Today I had the 1st appointment of the day at 11:00am. I was taken right in, weighted & had my blood pressure taken and then sat there for 90 mins. At 12:15 I asked if they knew when he was coming in and I was told "he should be here any second" At 12:30 I decided to leave and the staff apologized but still couldn't give me an explanation of when he would be in or where he was? They were not shocked he wasn't there or concerned. Him not showing up to an appointment is not only inconsiderate it is just FLAT OUT RUDE!! I wasted almost 8 hours (considering blood work) of my time for 3 separate appointments that Dr. Hanson had more important thing to do.

I don’t know how anyone, doctor or not, can be so inconsiderate of other people’s time and still claim to be a professional.He’s a great doctor with years of experience, but my time is just as valuable as his.

Brandy Lynn: Dr. Hanson has been my doctor since birth (35 years) and yes, you have to wait a long time to see him - it is actually a family joke. The longest we have waited in our family is 4 hours. That is crazy, but Dr. Hanson is worth the wait. He is the kindest, most caring man. He also has hospital rounds, so that plays into his time and if he has been my doctor for 35 years, then that should tell you that he has a lot of older patients that need him. He takes care of his patients. He does so much more than any other doctor. He is worth the wait! He cares! I love this man! He is an incredible doctor and human being and you will not find better!

MICHELLE WILLIAMS: If you don't wait long for a physician to see you then that physician is not worth waiting for, Dr.Hanson is a very knowledgeable caring doctor, that's why he spends so much time with each & every patient. I recommend Dr.Hanson to anybody & everybody that needs a primary physician.

Kirt Billings: Let me start by saying, Dr Hanson is a knowledgeable physician. However, he loves to talk to everyone about their problems (medical and non-medical). Meaning: he talks and talks and talks. There isn't a problem with a social doctor, but, when it jeopardizes the time of the other PAYING patients, it becomes an issue. I have had 3 separate appointments, all three appointments I have arrived earlier than my scheduled time and all three appointments I have waited at LEAST 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room!!! I have waited up to 3 hours and 45 minutes before I complained and miraculously was just getting called back. Absolutely ridiculous! Also, even when you are called back into the examination room, you still wait anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour to even see Dr Hanson. In the meantime you hear him chatting away with the other patients (side note: if you do select to see him, remember, the walls are paper-thin and the surrounding patients can hear your conversations!)Not to mention the secretaries would be passed in a race by a sloth!I gave him 2 stars because, when he does see you, he knows what he's talking about. When it comes to the agony of scheduling or waiting for an appointment, I can justifiably eliminate 3 stars!Synopsis: If you don't mind wasting the better of a morning or an afternoon waiting, come here. Otherwise, seek another physician.
