Very unprofessional, it’s like a scam!!One day they told us that they’ll refund us because they were not able to fix our garage door issue and the garage opener needs to be replaced, and another day they said that they won’t do a refund and to go find another company!!! Unbelievable!!Then they offered to send me new garage opener options and never did even though I called multiple times asking for the options they said they would give me!! I called many times after and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and she claimed that they fixed our garage issues, which they never did, and they knew that!! Now my garage doesn’t open, I’m still left with an unfixed issue and ended up paying for nothing!! Save your time and money and do NOT come here!! Too many issues with no outcome!!
Yuyu: A disaster…had such a bad experience, would NOT recommend.Had an issue with our garage and called per a recommendation. They came and claimed to have ‘fixed the garage’. Ever since they came the garage started making a weird noise and would not close and open smoothly, soon after the garage stopped opening. Called the company explaining that the issue has still not been fixed, they exclaimed that the issue was the old garage opener. I had asked for them to send me options which they had offered to give and I got no response. Fine, I then asked for a refund since I still was dealing with an unfixed garage, they refused to give a refund even though we explained that we just wanted it to be fixed and they said there isn’t much they could do about it. Like any other customer, you pay with the intention of getting the issue fixed!!! Which was not the case. Called back multiple times, explained the situation yet again in a calm manner, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, she closed the phone in my face multiple times!! I gave too much effort and time and money into this company and they don’t deserve a dime. Save yourself and DO NOT use this company. Felt like a scam.

its_shonda _b_: Owner Ted Campbell found my wallet in the middle of a busy street, took the time to stop and grab it, tried to find an address on my DL to return it to but mine is from TN.. It had fallen out of my saddle bag from my motorcycle and I didn't realize it. Tim didn't take my wallet to TN, but he did take it straight to the Gennessee Township Police Department, who then dug deeper in my wallet (this lets me know he didn't even want to go through my wallet!!! talk about a once in a lifetime situation..which I think says even more about his integrity) .. they found the insurance card which had my Dad's info, they contacted me and got me my wallet back... Michael Kors wallet, 8 major credit cards, two debit cards, 2 Amazon Gift Cards and my license.. the wrong person would have had all they needed to completely steal my identity, yet Ted didn't even go through it far enough to find insurance cards... I haven't gotten a garage door installed by him, but I can tell you he's an honest man who believes what goes around comes around.. and that's hard to find these days! Ted, if I ever find myself or anyone I know needing a garage door, you're my guy! I might slide you some extra cash on the backend of my bill since you refuse to accept a reward for all the headache you saved me, today :)

GO BLUE: 2 years ago I ordered a front door and screen door. After several tries, they could not get the the front door ordered correct and gave me a discount to take the door we didn't want. Now my screen door is now coming apart. They never returned my calls to get the door fixed. I had to find somebody else to fix my door. I won't use them again

Matt Lewis: Asked for a quote for 4 patio doors standard 72x80.2k x 4 doors cost = 8Ksame door carter or churches = 1500 x4 = ~6kSo on top of the 500$ they are making off each door, they quoted me 2k per door to install. I get you need your business to make money but this is ridiculous. I was referred from a friend who had a good experience, but it seems this sales guy is just seeing $$ signs.. 16K for 6k worth of (4) doors installed. It was your business to lose, had you quoted me a reasonable install cost I probably would have gone with you... Its a big nope from me at this point..I bought exact same doors they quoted me. I don't need to pay an extra 8K for service down the road... I could just buy new doors again for that price. I tried to reach back to Antcliff for new quote, they chose not to respond. Then post later that they match the price.. You didn't match my price you made no other attempts. Professional window company installed all 4 doors for 2K, not 8k for installation. Don't try to raise prices based on what you think you can get. Just provide an honest quote.

Guy eventually made it out after I had to remind them. Eventually patio door was delivered but without the screen door. I installed the patio door then eventually the screen door was delivered. Went to install the screen door and discovered no hardware was installed on the patio door to install the screen door. From door delivery to getting the screen door took a couple of months. Getting the hardware to install the screen door took several months. After 5 long months the full installation is finally complete.Please go anywhere else but here. Lisa Raab: Do not let Don complete your installation! He told us the screen for our slider was the wrong screen. Weeks went by & no word on a new screen. After calling Antcliff we were told that Don did not know how to install the original screen. Also, there was no hardware on a storm door that he installed. Two months later, we called to find out when the hardware would be installed and found out it had never been ordered. Will not recommend Antcliff to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!!

Jay R Taylor: Fast, easy and great install! I have a screened-in porch that I wanted to use even in the colder Michigan months, so I called AntCliff in Burton, MI for a quote. Patrick was very helpful via email. I then went to their office in mid-September 2019 to make the deposit and view what windows and door would be installed, and was very pleased. Next they came to measure, and pointed out to me that the window I picked would not exactly match the color of my existing Anderson Silverline windows, due to the type of white tinting. They said I might consider using the same Anderson window, but with the much taller size I needed in the porch. It even saved me $600 to make the switch! Yesterday (Oct. 22) Don and Don came to do the install, and they were in and out much more quickly than I expected. They even finished up the last hour or so with rain coming down. The fit was perfect, and all I had to do was paint the new trim today at the base of the 8 windows and at the top of the new storm door to match my house color. They were easy to clean also. I highly recommend these guys.
