Kevin Lorentz: Our experience with Dover Doors & Windows was excellent from start to finish. Steve arrived on time and quickly set about examining our aging garage doors. He had several recommendations for us, and we ended up opting for a complete replacement of the openers. Within a couple hours, Steve had our openers replaced and working! We had been having a solid week's worth of issues with our old openers, and Dover/Steve was able to be here within a couple days and fix our issue. We're hoping Dover can do some additional work on our gutters this summer. Highly recommend and will be using Dover's services again! (And also highly recommend Steve for his fast, friendly, and high quality service!)

its_shonda _b_: Owner Ted Campbell found my wallet in the middle of a busy street, took the time to stop and grab it, tried to find an address on my DL to return it to but mine is from TN.. It had fallen out of my saddle bag from my motorcycle and I didn't realize it. Tim didn't take my wallet to TN, but he did take it straight to the Gennessee Township Police Department, who then dug deeper in my wallet (this lets me know he didn't even want to go through my wallet!!! talk about a once in a lifetime situation..which I think says even more about his integrity) .. they found the insurance card which had my Dad's info, they contacted me and got me my wallet back... Michael Kors wallet, 8 major credit cards, two debit cards, 2 Amazon Gift Cards and my license.. the wrong person would have had all they needed to completely steal my identity, yet Ted didn't even go through it far enough to find insurance cards... I haven't gotten a garage door installed by him, but I can tell you he's an honest man who believes what goes around comes around.. and that's hard to find these days! Ted, if I ever find myself or anyone I know needing a garage door, you're my guy! I might slide you some extra cash on the backend of my bill since you refuse to accept a reward for all the headache you saved me, today :)

Very unprofessional, it’s like a scam!!One day they told us that they’ll refund us because they were not able to fix our garage door issue and the garage opener needs to be replaced, and another day they said that they won’t do a refund and to go find another company!!! Unbelievable!!Then they offered to send me new garage opener options and never did even though I called multiple times asking for the options they said they would give me!! I called many times after and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and she claimed that they fixed our garage issues, which they never did, and they knew that!! Now my garage doesn’t open, I’m still left with an unfixed issue and ended up paying for nothing!! Save your time and money and do NOT come here!! Too many issues with no outcome!!
Yuyu: A disaster…had such a bad experience, would NOT recommend.Had an issue with our garage and called per a recommendation. They came and claimed to have ‘fixed the garage’. Ever since they came the garage started making a weird noise and would not close and open smoothly, soon after the garage stopped opening. Called the company explaining that the issue has still not been fixed, they exclaimed that the issue was the old garage opener. I had asked for them to send me options which they had offered to give and I got no response. Fine, I then asked for a refund since I still was dealing with an unfixed garage, they refused to give a refund even though we explained that we just wanted it to be fixed and they said there isn’t much they could do about it. Like any other customer, you pay with the intention of getting the issue fixed!!! Which was not the case. Called back multiple times, explained the situation yet again in a calm manner, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, she closed the phone in my face multiple times!! I gave too much effort and time and money into this company and they don’t deserve a dime. Save yourself and DO NOT use this company. Felt like a scam.

They said they could have someone out tomorrow morning, gave me the price for someone to come out and didn't give any run around and made the appt quickly. The repair man who came out was John, and was amazing. He quickly resolved the issue, the price was exactly what they said, no extra fees tacked on, he went above and beyond my expectations and explained what he did and why. Can't recommend Budget Garage Door enough!

Steve Muller: I recently had 2 garage doors installed. Jake from Shipley Garage Doors who I believe is the son of the owner. Jake gave me the quote and did the work. I was traveling with my family on vacation when he called to let me know the Doors had come in, this was right before the snowstorm in December. He said he could get them installed while I was gone.once the job was completed he sent me a text letting me know he had finished installing both garage doors and 2 new garage door openers. He provided me with the door codes so I could open my garage doors when I returned.When I arrived home several days later I was amazed at what a fantastic job he had done. Jake hauled away my old nasty wood doors and cleaned up like he was never there. He left an invoice and a note letting me know to call him when I get back he would come over and show me how to change the entry codesJake treated me like a VIP from the start to finish of this project. sandra moulton: Our garage door would close part way then stop.we found out Our cable kept popping off the drum, after trying to do adjustments it worked for a little while and popped back off. I texted them and they came out within 20 minutes and replaced the tension spring. They was fast, friendly and efficient. They deducted the service call from the original visit, which they didn’t have to do 😊 very well priced. I would highly recommend. So glad we can use our garage again.
