He doesnt take credit cards, wants payment up front in cash before leaving the property... Hmmm does that sound like a creditable company? Dont think so. After that statement i advised him, if he created an invoice our company would cut a check. The response i got was, well if you cannot pay on the property before we leave you get that figured out and call back because im not sticking my neck out.Very unprofessional and rude.

When I called them two or three times I just got blew off and basically was told I was on my own with this problem. I just got a plumbing company out here and it's going to cost me about $700 to fix this issue. So watch out because if this happens to you you're going to end up paying for whatever line they hit. This has been very stressful and very costly for me, I'm a single female with middle class income. The well cost took me months to save for. Now this on top of it- its just not right.

Chelsea Buzzell: I am writing this review to save other customers from suffering the damage and financial loss caused directly by this company. My parents hired them to install a well and they caused excessive damage to the yard. The workers openly admitted that the wrong equipment was ordered for the job and still refused to fix it. My parents had to spend hundreds of dollars in sod, seed and straw and hours of backbreaking work to fix this mess.After this, water began leaking in the basement from the lack of seal in the conduit installed by their company. There has never been one drop of water in the partially finished basement until this company serviced the well. They contacted the company to have them come out to fix it and they patched the conduit on the inside. After this repair, water was still coming in. Once again they contacted the company and the person that was sent claimed to not be able to see any issues.Hoping that this nightmare was finally over my parents began watering the new grass seed that we had to plant to fix the mess that this company caused. Once again, water began leaking in directly from the conduit. They called the company a third time requesting that they return to fix the issue. They pointed out that we found the source of the leak outside where the company failed to seal the conduit (funny that their trained person was unable to identify the issue..) We were told that they "are really busy and might be able to get to it Friday but maybe not until the beginning of next week." This was on Monday. My parents have water coming into my basement, causing damage, and this company is treating them like an inconvenience for asking them to fix the problem that THEY caused. I only pray that this will be the final time we have to contact them and this nightmare will be over.

Landon H: They did a good job putting a new well in for me at my Dad's house, but I wasn't happy that they neglected to tell me that I had to have a coliform bacteria sample test done. They made me think they would take care of all of the legal stuff. They should inform the customer if there is anything else that needs to be done on their end because I had no idea that I had anything else to do .

Samantha Ascencio: After contacting Lyon/Coons and getting no call backs, I gave Snider a call and he was able to come out right away, and replaced my pump and tank and within 24 hours I had water! Took my old tank and him and his partner cleaned up everything else and explained the process as they went. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy folks! Cost was about $1500.

Leatherneck40: I was haveing some issues with my well pump priming and I had another company come out and tell me I needed a new well so I called Wes Snider they were at my house within the hour and checked out the issue from there he gave me some advice and told me my options I went from there and found out my pressure switch wasnt working properly so I changed it and I've had water ever since id be 6000 plus dollars into something I didnt need to do if it wasnt for this company highly recommend them they are very honest people which is something you dont find to offend in businesses these days.
