Deidrie Hunt: Mr. Brian Sude came to my home to look at my pump. However, my neighbor already had it working be the time. Mr. Sunde told me he would have his girl check into the records for my well and call me Monday. I waited all week for the call. Did not receive one, however I did receive a bill for $95.00 for a service call where he did absolutely nothing. So, I sent a check in for $47.50 with note that I did not receive a response of any kind. Oh, he called left a message saying that there were no records of my well at all with Genesee County. Which I find out is a BOLD FACE LIE. The county just e-mailed me the records. Also, the law requires him to inform his customers of a service call fee and he did not. I however did pay Mr. Sunde the other $47.50 and will not ever be using his services in the future. Very rude and demeaning man. I just received the record from Genesee County Department of Enviromental Services and guess what. To funny Mr. Sunde said no records guess who the operator for the installation of my well was Mr. Brian Sunde himself. What a joke.Service:Pump repairs installation

They replaced a pressure regulator and holding tank to get our well up and running again. Gil & son were great. Prompt. Professional. Fair Priced. Highly recommend!

Landings East Hill: After being referred to this company. The call back i got was very rude, the gentleman would talk over me when explaining, then when got past that part. He doesnt take credit cards, wants payment up front in cash before leaving the property... Hmmm does that sound like a creditable company? Dont think so. After that statement i advised him, if he created an invoice our company would cut a check. The response i got was, well if you cannot pay on the property before we leave you get that figured out and call back because im not sticking my neck out.Very unprofessional and rude.

They charged me $95 told me I needed a new well, but they couldn't actually fix it for 30 DAYS! Horrible experience we obviously went with another company. Don't waste your time or money.

Kaitlyn: I called Hazard because of the glowing reviews on Google and I was not disappointed! Randy was friendly, knowledge, and prompt! We were experiencing water pressure issues and they were able to come out the same day I called to diagnose the problem! Within the same week they replaced our well pump and removed a tank from an old water system. The price was very reasonable and they got everything done in only a couple of hours! I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for our well/plumbing needs!

Sherry Long: Last Fall I had a well put in by Burns.. then this Spring I see water flooding all over my backyard ...come to find out they hit my septic line and the washer water is flooding my backyard. When I called them two or three times I just got blew off and basically was told I was on my own with this problem. I just got a plumbing company out here and it's going to cost me about $700 to fix this issue. So watch out because if this happens to you you're going to end up paying for whatever line they hit. This has been very stressful and very costly for me, I'm a single female with middle class income. The well cost took me months to save for. Now this on top of it- its just not right.
