Russ White: I NEVER write a review but in this case...I couldn't have been happier. They told me my inducer blower assembly would arrive on Monday or Tuesday and the next day, Saturday, it was delivered and my furnace was up and running like a top. I tested my old capacitor to make sure it was good and when I went to throw the box and paperwork away I found that a NEW capacitor was in the box as well. I will replace that just because I can. Service above expectation. I will keep their information handy!

They could have sold me an expensive motor but checked and found a faulty capacitor instead. It was a cheap fix due to the diligence and professionalism of their staff. This was the second visit and second time they went above and beyond to assist me with the best fix. I highly recommend this place.

I unplugged the cord and called the toll free number on the invoice.Spoke with Greg and explained said story. A new motor was delivered in a week! Installed power cord and was working perfectly! Included in box was a return label for the other bad motor.Very good customer service and I will purchase from electric motor warehouse again. My highest recommendation.

Valerian Goumberidze: After I agree for the price and delivery, item was shipped. On delivery I was ask to pay almost 50% of what I already paid. This wasn't on agreement during purchase. Seller refunded price of item and did not want to refund shipping. Canadian buyers, be aware that the price in CAD does not means that item will be come to your door without any additional fee like brokerage fee from UPS. CSH did not mention it during purchasing and saying that they have it in there policy. Make sure to multiply price on CSH page by 1.8 (approximately) to get the real price for the item you would like to buy.

Ben Lester: Be careful about purchasing motors that aren't an exact stock # match from this company. Company says they will waive restocking but wanted to charge me for return shipping. I had an old 8830 Nutone that needed a new motor - website states that motor assembly is no longer available but suggests replacement motor that will work. After ordering, I ended up needing to saw off 6 screw bolts and 2" off the drive shaft that weren't close to working with original enclosure (clearly engraved with model #). I also had to replace the plug since the orientation wouldn't allow the grill to be attached. The motor is also 1.5" taller than the stock and still doesn't fit like it should. I understand it's hard to verify every motor really matches what the techs say it should but the pushback on sending a return shipping label rubbed me the wrong way (probably $20 I would need to pay). Anyone without the know how or means to make these alterations would be stuck and need to hire someone incurring more costs. In my view - if you suggest something is an aftermarket replacement, it shouldn't need these type of alterations to make it somewhat usable. I'm sure they're completely fine for anything you have an exact model # replacement for but be careful about "suggested replacements" and don't expect them to stand by what they sell.
