Missy Haralson: My fiance was recently in the care of two great EMS workers name Leigh Anna courneya and Cole Bosman. They were quick with arriving and very nice and pleasant!
Kyle James: God awful management. Terrible company. Terrible equipment. It’s now March and I have yet to receive a W-2 because they’re hemorrhaging employees and the owner can’t figure out how to do payroll.
Caroline Bowen: Not at all professional!!!! Fell and broke my femur, in excruciating pain and the one guy wanted to get me on a sheet to pull me out from under my kitchen table but was unwilling to take it slow as the pain was so intense. The other guy had sympathy for me but the second did not! Hope to never need their service in the future.

Susan Nunn: The EMS paramedics that helped me had to pick me up and move me from the bottom of my basement steps. Such kindness and love that was shown to me through the whole ordeal! They even took a moment to reassure my granddaughter that they would take good care of me and I would be okay. Wonderful people.

Wade O'Coyle: Sent me a bill for $1012.00 for a 12 mile ride, without any meds and the "intern" couldn't even do vitals correctly. I use to call this company approx 100 per year for my business. Not any more. Better Business Bureau here we come. I hope I bump into the owner out in public.
Danial Wilenius: Went to work got there at about 6 am and there was an ems truck there. Both the driver and passenger we're sleeping!!! Now it is 8:16 and they are still there sleeping! Truck 555 hope no one needs help in the grand Blanc area!!!
Josh Murray (Michigan Realtor): was dealing with identity theft and provided them with all the necessary information to have case cleared up. since the couldn't collect they sent out to collections. billing lady was rude. you should really verify identities of people you treat! horrible people, horrible company!
Steven Roberts: Liars. Told me my insurance took care of a call I didn’t even make and now sent it to collections.

James Matchett: They are the best! They have helped me when I have had heart issues as well as saving my dogs life when my home burnt down. True professionals!
No shame: Critical:Professionalism,QualityMMR did a sternum rub on me while I was unconscious multiple times, Due to this I was off work and it was painful. then when I made a complaint they sued me for the bill...I guess if you want subpar medical treatment or to be abused while tour suppose to be getting help then this is the one!

Aireonna Welch: They are WONDERFUL! The drivers show up on a timely manner and scheduling transport is very easy and convenient. Jason is super nice and comes to the building I work at often and with a smile. Marbella and Bretten and Kacy are super helpful in arranging transportation. What a great company!
Patricia G: No!! Carried my husband out without a gurney or flatboard! One man literally put husband in a 'bear hug' and walked him out. My husband had brain bleeds and fractured neck from fall and that's how they took him out??? Don't even think of sending me a bill!!
Michael Konen: We were forced to pay a portion even thought they were not needed and we did not call. They got paid by our insurance and still said that we had to pay as well or they would take it to a credit agency. Greedy
Darth Invid: My son is a type 1 diabetic and had a early morning low blood sugar that resulted in a seizure. The paramedics that arrived were both highly disrespectful and woefully uncaring and possibly untrained. They didn't do a workup and took a unreliable blood sugar reading. Then talked my son who was barely coherent into not going to the hospital and leaving as fast as possible. I can't believe that the county uses this service as part of the county 911 and I will be making complaints to the commissioners.

Kristie Carino: I had a young lady & young man answer a call for help. The patient is nearly 101 and was suffering from a broken hip. The team was so professional, kind and loving to the patient. I followed the ambulance to the hospital in this crazy time of COVId the team started until I could be with him and they went above and beyond. Thank you for being so kind and professional we can never repay you.
beryl gadson: Just picked up a patient the one in back with patient had No mask. Covid 19 . Can't protect the patient or himself. Don't know who was last one treated .

Ronda sturgis-vanraemdonck: Always going above and beyond. Excellent care, from the call takers, dispatchers professional medics and EMTs. Patriot will always be my first choice.

Kallie Garza: The crews are extremely friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond. I think it's because they all have a passion for helping people.
Josiah Jaster: Anyone but Patriot. Do not work with cash paying patients.
Ron Jaster: ALS charge 10% higher than Swartz and do not come close to the discount Swartz offered for paying cash. I have had experience with several Ambalance services and I will request "anyone but Patriot."

Pat Willson: I'm sure they have saved a lot of people. However, when hired to transport my 86 year old mother, their employees dropped her in the hospital parking lot and caused her to break her collar bone. She needed 2 months in rehab facility to address her injury. Patriot denied all claims and responsibility for her injury. Too bad their service isn't as good as their team of attorneys!!!

Safiyah El-Ganainy: To be honest, I was a little nervous before walking in, but Mr. Cooper made me feel comfortable right away. He is a very kind instructor who helped me without making me feel bad. I felt like I was actually able to learn without feeling like I’m messing everything up. If you ever need to take a CPR course or want to, I would 100% recommend this class. Mr. Cooper is a great instructor. Truly.

Vanessa: 5 Stars for an overall great experience. Renewing your CPR every two years can be a drag, however there are classes and instructors out there that can make it fun. This is one of those spots! Jim is a wonderful instructor, positive attitude, fun sense of humor and full of all the essential knowledge you need to know to feel confident doing CPR. I highly recommend.
