He would ORDER the target to perform a task incorrectly. Then he would privately report that failure to the boss. Next thing, that person was released and they wouldn't know why...He told me this!My 2nd placement:I was told that the husband "would deal with me" if I messed with his wife. ON MY 1ST DAY!?I also learned the phrase "These guys go through people like water."PMC's response:They told me I had to "learn how to work with people."It was painful to realize that my family and my home were expendable.The feeling I get...PMC will protect it's clients no matter how poorly behaved. Not unlike how a Michigan university protected a sports medicine doctor. The things written on the website are meaningless.I was surrounded by "you can't prove it" attitudes.Whom among these placements were recreational users? Was my future being decided by users? I will never know the truth.I could have moved mountains and drained oceans. Still, after 10 years of trying to survive employers like this, I lost everything. PMC played a part in that.A powerful pharma family made this kind of "business" decision. What did they care about the lives they hurt?...and nobody went to prison?This is the world I live in?

She had an interview for me the next day, which was only postponed by a power outage, or otherwise I would be able to say I was hired the very next day. The low level of professionalism demonstrated by both staff and the director is utterly appalling to say the least. From not returning phone calls, to talking down on other people, you are much better off going to see Express or Aerotek. I advise you do not waste your time at PMC. This staffing agency is much more concerned about their "clients" than helping middle class people find a good job. I tried relentlessly to communicate with them in an open manner but was told; "this doesn't sound like our problem" when explaining the initial shortcomings of the job that they said would be "just what I was looking for". Needless to say as a qualified bilingual candidate with multiple degrees from an accredited university, I do not suggest you even step foot into the PMC Works office. They called my employer and told them I was considering leaving, and when I asked the director she denied the whole thing after finally returning my phone call. I was lied to repeatedly and mislead by PMC. The staff is bad enough, but their shady business practices will leave you confused and weary of ever working with a staffing agency ever again.And don't bother even replying to this review, it won't do you any good.
