This was a job they posted on their site then decided it wasn’t available after THREE INTERVIEWS WITH THEM. Funny because the other woman working said oh you’ll defiantly get the job etc etc. so I think the branch manager didn’t like the fact I had an education and felt her job was threatened. The hiring manager then went on to tell me what is wrong with my resume. I find it ironic because if I am over qualified, what could be wrong with my resume? I was told how to fix my resume during the interview. I’ve had proffesionls, lawyers, and professors look at my resume. I think the woman was in fear of me taking her position eventually. They said they would call if another company had work. It’s been months. What a joke. Also, they will give you a $5 gift card for giving them a good review. It’s a shame you have to pay someone for a good review.

Kelly Eyzaguirre: First time I used this company was back in Miami 2015. I had a great concept of this company and I got a great job with a very nice company. I have always tell my friends or family to come here for help, but I am very disappointed with this office and the person that I had the interview with. Frisch, Trevor who after 2 week of not responding to my voicemail or called me like he promised that he will do. He told me that he can't help me because my skills were to high and they didn't have anything to offer me. I told him that I was open even for something less and he cut me again saying that he can't help.

K J: I went in looking to see what kind of employment Aerotek had to offer. I spoke with a friendly guy named Justin. He was very upbeat and helpful with asking what kind of jobs I was looking for. He told me about a couple different places and that he would send my resume over. By the end of the day he called me with a position lined up that was perfect for me. Highly recommend Aerotek. They are a lot better than most staffing agencies I've been to.

I was lacking 7 hours from my check that somehow did not get submitted. Just to go get a pay card that they said it was ready. To get there activate the card with 0 dollars on it. For them to tell me it won't be in until the next day. Then Why send someone to you say it was ready then find out there's no money on it. Your wasting your time with this place. If someone didn't have barely any gas to rely on a card that was supposed to have money on it to find out they gotta wait a day. So you wasted the time and gas. Not worth it to me anyways. Not sure if this was helpful to anyone but I'm far from not happy.

Rob: I've had 2 job though them. Jobs are decent that being said I have had to fight for a overnight pay I also got blown off and never received unemployment after being laid off. I am now fighting for holiday pay but nobody answers the phones and when they do its played down like it doesn't matter and that they will "take care of it"I dont have animosity towards them but it's very unprofessional and total BS

The last assignment I had with them lasted a year and then when the company wanted a full-time employee I had established myself so well I was way ahead of the competition and got the best, longest-lasting job I ever had, working for GCCARD Head Start's central office.

Twelfth Dumas: Reported a hostile work environment and asked to transfer to another assignment. Was told by John Nicholson, District Director that it would be no problem because "We want our employees happy, not just the client". Never heard from them again. They told DHS that I was "laid-off and waiting on a new assignment" but changed that tune when I applied for unemployment to "she voluntarily quit the position". Kelly Services is the worst company you could hope to work for - they listen very nicely, then go out and do precisely nothing that would work for your benefit. They work tirelessly to keep you a temp instead of allowing you to hire in to a company and when you think you are finally going to get a leg up, they shoot it off with your hands to keep you DOWN! Zaid Sabur: Iv took a job ticket that was scheduled for tomorrow morning and I took the job ticket at least a week & a half ago. Now the JobStack server is down so I decide to call and make sure everything is scheduled as planned through the app. The lady tells me not to go in the morning because all the spots were filled. I’m very confused because they never called me to tell me that and the ticket was still available everyday on the app after I had accepted it. And with less than an hour until they closed she tried to convince me someone would have called me before I left at 5am in the morning to be turned right around after waiting nearly two weeks to go to work. By the way Iv been dealing with people ready for years this is just one of the many wretched games they’ve played. Might be Time to change the name again because they don’t give a dam about people.

jim fawcett: worked for labor ready for a long time. was always in the first 5 line up for whatever the ladies had. i didnt ask questions. if you werent at the door by 430am. you risked no work. i got ft work every job they put me on. others nsm. i have to say the landfill on m57 Clio in January Feb was the hardest pulling all the trash off the property lines in the subzero temp howling and frozen mudd for 7 dollars per hour all day. they would check how many bags you filled a day.but you learn what you're made of. this is flint at its toughest.over 20 years ago now. i own my own business make my own money. hard work is good for a person. brutal cut. i would walk with 98 dollars a day if i got flagman job they worked 14 hrs a day. no breaks 7.00 an hour

Rachel Verville: We were told we would have a job today went in for training and at the end we were told 3pm to 12pm the person there would send us a text alert and tell us the location of the job and the person who we would check in with when we got there. Never recieved text now am out of a day of work. We dont even know where to go from here left several messages and emailed people ready. How are we supposed to work somewhere with out a location and a check in person????

Acelia spencer: I've gone into people ready multiple times, each time there has been at least one black child in there with their mother. Today I went to go in, nobody was in there but the two lady's at the desk. As soon as I stepped in they were both yelling " no kids aloud". Also, every person I have worked with, which was black, they did not drug test. I was drug tested before I began working here. I do not recommend going here as they are very rude and obviously racist.

I’ve been pretty much getting the run around from this place. They don’t even respond to jobs I’ve applied for via their app. They have a no caring attitude at that place. They’re about as helpful as eyeglasses on a blind person. I would not recommend anyone going to this place. Try their other locations. Ralph Englehart: resource mfg is a staffing company, they place ppl in job openings! i have never had any issues with resource mfg! they've place me at 1 job that i unfortunately had to quit due to a health scare. a few months later my health issue was resolved and resource mfg got me back into the company i had to quit. I'm very happy with them, they have never lied or mislead me. i know ppl tend to wanna lay blame on any staffing companies because they think its the staffing companies fault that the job they were placed in didn't work out or were treated bad. its rarely the staffing companies fault when this happens!! as for resource mfg i feel they are a very good staffing company and i would highly recommend them!!

Marjorie Robertson: DO NOT WORK FOR THIS TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SERVICE PLEASE 🚫. I experienced a problem with an outsourced security officer while working at a facility. This particular security officer was conducting herself in a very rude & unprofessional manner. After, I informed the security officer that she had done way too much. Hours later, I received a text message from Meghan employee of Resource MFG. Meghan an employee of Resource MFG was informing me via text message that my assignment was terminated. Meghan employee of Resource MFG said the company had sent her an email. I later tried to retrieve the name of company's representative who had sent her the email. Meghan an employee of Resource MFG absolutely refused to cooperate in the matter. I don't know whether or not the representative from the company was a legitimate source or not. Meghan an employee of Resource MFG did not further investigate the matter or anything. As a result of this security officer's retaliation against me my employment assignment was terminated. Meghan an employee of Resource MFG never further looked into the matter to verify whether or not statement made by security officer was true or false. Furthermore, incident reported was on my time while I waited inside facility's cafeteria after my shift. I also contacted the security company's Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources indicated that this particular security officer was not in compliance within their company's guidelines. The HR Director indicated that security officer did not treat me with integrity as a human being. The security company's Director of Human Resources also stated that she is fully investigating the incident. Resource MFG does not offer their employees any support or protection from mishaps that may occur while on an assignment.

Yhung Humble Music: Probably the most unprofessional group of people in Flint. They make you take quizzes and drug test for the job then never call you back. I passed my drug test, came in for orientation. Was told I was gonna be called Monday or wedbesday. Never received a call. Update - they keep making excuses saying Update your availability online. I'm available at all times and every day. So what is there to update as I still have the same availability? I've told them I don't care what place they put me at I just need a job asap. They couldn't even comprehend that. Horrible staffing. Don't waste your time with them!

When I had trouble at a factory I was hired into after being there for a year I called resource up and they found me work within a week 😊 I LOVE the work I do now but unfortunately they do not hire in as it is seasonal 😞 Wish I could just continue through resource and go back but I can't see myself going to another job for 2 to 3 months and then going back to the job I am in now! The computer questions that asked "how ofter in the last year do you think to yourself that your work would be effected by alcohol" i put never becuse i dont drink or do any drugs for that matter. Well that was the wrong and im not allowed to fill out another 6 months.
